Very nice for large groups. Easy access to the lake and outdoor activities. Quiet street and neighborhood. Gloria the manger was very responsive to any needs. Dock was new with easy docking. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils and equipment.

While we did have a good time, and enjoyed ourselves, we would not come back. The other reviews stated that the house was very clean, we did not find that to be so. We had to go buy paper towels and dish soap. The beds were not comfortable at all. I also didn't like having to take out insurance due to the Chinese antiques throughout the house. That's just a money grab.

The property was immaculate. Everything was as described. Gloria the property manager was a peach, always available, and helpful. I give her 5 stars! The only downside was Mother Nature. The lake was experiencing a algae bloom and was unswimmable in the area. A few suggestions, a few more dish towels are needed, there were only 3. The hot pads are worn thru, you had to be careful. I understand cost, but removing the dead fish & trash that blows into the breakwall once/week would make the outdoor area a little more pleasant and pleasing to the eye. All in all a great place, worth the cost. Kudos to Laura for the thoughtful surprise on arrival!

It was a quick 2 night visit. The house accomondated our large group easily. the layout provided so much space and made sleeping a quiet situation even with our large group. The outdoor space was especially appreciated and probided plenty of seating. We experienced a water break in the neighborhood that cut off all our water for 1/2 a day. The property manager responded quickly to our texts and kept us informed. Our host was also was responsive to our concerns regarding the impact this event had on our stay. Great location, great home, along with an easy check-in & check-out process.

Our large family had the best weekend at Laura's place. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our group. The location of the house is perfect - situated right on the water, but a close walk to playground - ball field and short drive to Wegman's, Walmart etc. Laura was a fabulous host and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We will be back!

This house was perfect for our bachelor weekend with a large group. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone to not feel crammed. Communication with owner/house manager made preparing for the trip simple. Both very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Backyard was awesome with plenty of space for yard games, fire pit with chairs, dock for our boats, grill and hot tub! House is a very short drive from grocery, gas, restaurants, etc. We loved this house and would recommend to anyone with a large group

This is a great property for large family groups. With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and double laundry this house is well above other rentals. It is spacious, updated and well appointed with comfy beds and a great lake view with hot tub.

My group of adult hockey players had an amazing stay. Laura and Gloria both provided great informaiton. Gloria came to make sure the hot tub was in good working order and a pleasure to chat with. Laura provided great information about her lovely home. It can easily sleep 15 and that's not couting a few couches as well. The one upstairs area has a full living area, full bath and small kitchen with a king bed and another with a queen, twin and trundle It was a nice area to get away if you wanted to. The other room tucked in by garage is amazing. Queen bed, bathroom and quiet. It also has a balcony. The main living area and bedrooms are amazing. Huge kitchen with everything you need. The lawn area next to the house was great for lawn games. The patio and fire pit was amazing. We spent a lot of time outside because the weather was amazing, but even inside there is so much room to spreadout and even watch TV with 10+ people. Plenty of room to be social or have some quiet time. Convenient to Wegmans and Aldi's supermarkets, mall, restaurants, ice cream, gas stations, Southern Tier Brewery, etc. So close. And the view is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone loved it and we will be back next year!!

There were 15 of us. Our stay was Wonderful! The accommodations were great! We fished, also used our Boat to go tubing. Near Grocery Stores and Shopping. We all had a Fun time!

This home is nicely updated and well stocked. Our three families loved it. The location is terrific: right on the water, but also on a quiet street with a larger side yard for activities. Our kids loved the dock and the kayaks. It was great being able to tie up a boat overnight. Also, this could be the best house in the region for a game of hide and go seek.

Ready to go back! Wonderful week on Lake Chautauqua! Spacious, comfortable, flexible, interesting decor facilitated a 3 generation gathering for a week that everyone enjoyed. Great Getaway
Great house for our weekend getaway. We had five couples for the weekend and the house had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped, all the rooms were very nice. Hot tub was great! Very nice place to stay.

Perfect house for large families and multiple families
The house was perfect for a Thanksgiving gathering. The expansive layout meant we could gather as a family, but everyone still had their own space to retreat to for quiet moments. The YWCA (and playground) was an easy walk down the road, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/utensils, and Gloria was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend!

Chautauqua Lake
The house works well for very large families or gatherings. It is like 2 separate houses that are connected together. There is a large kitchen which worked well for preparing family meals during the week. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and clean. The dock outside was sturdy and comfortable to be on with the small children.
I was disappointed when we walked up to the house to see that the grass wasn’t mowed, and the porches weren’t swept off. When we walked into the house everything appeared clean but at closer inspection it was really just surface clean. (I am VERY fussy about cleanliness) We also had some maintenance issues but the owners were able to resolve the issues, almost immediately.
On the whole we enjoyed the house, location and working with the owners very much. I would rent the house again.

Perfect Home for large families
Everything about this stay was wonderful. The house is very large and beautiful. Plenty of room for our big family reunion. We had to stay inside the majority of the stay because of bad weather and we’re so happy we rented this house because of the space. The two sides of the house were very convenient allowing the kids to have space away from the adults. Owner of the home was great with communication as well as the house manager. Although nothing was needed to attend to while we stayed. We can’t wait to stay here again!!

Amazing Bachelorette Winter Weekend!💕
We were a group of about 15 women and we had an absolute blast all weekend in this beautiful and spacious home on the lake in February! It is even more roomy and elegant than the pictures depict. The kitchen and living area are perfect for a large group to hang out comfortably, and the bedrooms are so accommodating, with wonderful beds and luxurious bedding. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching people on the frozen lake cross country skiing and icefishing! Both of the property manager and homeowner were very gracious, extending to us amazing customer service during our stay. No doubt we would have even more fun here over the summer!

A Great Week
This property was just as advertised. A level lot with plenty of room for the 8 kids (7-12) in our party to run around without disturbing anyone. There were also some very friendly ducks and we caught a lot of white perch right off the the dock.

Great house for young families
All 8 of us (two families with 4 kids under 6) were very comfortable in this spacious house. The kids enjoyed playing with the toys, running and fishing off the dock and just playing around outside. It was a great location for day trips to Lake Erie, Niagra
Falls and the Chautauqua Institute. Tons of space and great for two families- there are basically two different parts of the house. Fire pit for s’mores and hot tub too! Great house and a great time.

Perfect Location
This is a wonderful spot. We all loved it. It is private and yet very close to all sorts of services and opportunities for entertainment. This huge house worked perfectly for us. The open plan living room, kitchen, dining area made it so that we could all be together when we wanted to and still there were places where we could go when we needed privacy. There was instrument practicing and the 3year-old great granddaughter kept to her regular wake up time of 6 0’clock without anyone else being disturbed. The extra kitchen on the second floor was a great convenience for refrigerator overflow and the extra oven. Some of us always used it for breakfast. We also enjoyed the “porch swing” at the end of the dock. We used the lawn and patio all the time Everything was spotlessly clean. The house manager, Gloria was immediately responsive and helpful. Laura was flexible and cooperative. She is my new best friend.

The sunsets were beautiful, there was lots of room in the house for 17 of us. Great shopping nearby with all the benefits of the cultural events at the Institution.
