The Plantation es uno de los complejos más nuevos de Princeville, y nuestro condominio tiene todo lo que necesita para una maravillosa estadía en Paradise. Estamos ubicados aproximadamente a 28 millas del aeropuerto de Lihue en la N. Orilla de Kauai.
Nuestra unidad cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños completos, y tiene aire acondicionado, además de tener ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones y la sala de estar. La cocina está totalmente equipada y cuenta con encimeras de granito, gabinetes a medida y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Las 3 puertas corredizas de vidrio fuera de la sala de estar y el comedor y el dormitorio principal traen la isla al interior y se abren a la espaciosa terraza cubierta, con capacidad para 6 personas, ¡perfecta para atrapar esos arcoíris, puestas de sol y brisas tropicales! Para el entretenimiento, hay un televisor de pantalla plana LCD de 42 'con TV de alta definición, reproductor de DVD y el condominio está equipado con wifi si desea mantenerse conectado. La suite principal cuenta con una cama king size, amplio baño con doble lavamanos y mostradores, una gran bañera y ducha, vestidor y un sistema de reloj / altavoz con reproductor de MP3. Ambas habitaciones están equipadas con camas queen, televisores (la habitación de huéspedes # 2 tiene una pantalla plana de 32 ') y baños privados. Nos enorgullecemos de nuestro Hawaiian Hale, y hemos hecho todo lo posible para decorarlo y mantenerlo con muebles y suministros de calidad. We so enjoyed our stay at this condo. So well maintained and cared for, it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect for getting around to various beaches, while being quiet and family friendly. Walking distance to Princeville center, and the Princeville Farmer's Market on Saturdays. We loved every minute of our time there!

We loved our stay! The condo was great for our family - large and comfortable with a beautiful lanai. We loved the pool and everything we needed for the beach was available as well. Karla was great with communication and provided us with lots of recommendations. We’d definitely stay here again!

We live in Oahu and wanted to have a short getaway to Kauai and this was the perfect place for us. We had young children and older adults and each one of us had a relaxing time. Karla was a fantastic host and accommodated our needs when we requested it. Loved our stay. 10/10

Our family had a fantastic stay at the condo in Princeville. We felt right at home after just a few hours of being in the place. The kitchen is well-stocked, the furniture is high-quality, and the place is spotless. It's situated in a nice neighborhood and very close to all the north shore spots. We loved swimming at Hanalei Bay, sitting by the pool, and cooking breakfast in the kitchen. I highly recommend this place to future guests!

Couldn’t be better!! Home was well laid out and spacious - comfortably accommodated us, our grown sons, and their wives. Kitchen fully stocked for every meal’s prepping needs. Deck was perfect size for morning coffees and night time visiting. The whole complex was very peaceful and homey, surrounded by beautiful strolling paths, and the location a scenic short drive to all the hikes, beach sites and activities on our list. Greatly appreciated availability of coolers and enough beach chairs for all of us.
Hosts are very responsive and focused on making your stay a pleasant one. Than you for sharing your space!!

We had a lot to celebrate on our vaca to Kauai 2024. 50th & 70th Birthdays, 1st ever vacations, & celebrating life after a brain tumor!
This place was the perfect place for 3 groups to enjoy each other as a family, while everyone having their own space! Karla was a very gracious host, from special welcome gifts to amazing communication throughout the whole stay!
Not if, but when, we return to Kauai, we would definitely stay here again!!

Me and my mom absolutely loved staying here. We found it after filtering the search for condos with A/C. This place was awesome - beautiful spacious back balcony where we ate breakfast and enjoyed a view of the garden plantation. The front yard is so nice too, I enjoyed working out on the grass in the mornings. If you're lucky, at night you can also star gaze. The kitchen was super equipped, you'll have everything you need. We cooked a full steak dinner with poi, rice, and other dishes.
My mom kept raving about how much better it was that we stayed at this condo instead of a hotel, since it was so comfortable, convenient, had our own kitchen, each had a comfortable bed/privacy, and so forth. No complaints whatsover, would definitely stay again in the future!

Nice, comfortable, well appointed condo in Princeville. The three bedrooms were more than sufficient for our group of 5. The complex was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Could not have been better! 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms for our family meant enough space and privacy for all, eating on the lovely lanai with a 1 year old baby made meals so easy. Having the pool and close by beaches more pluses. The peaceful, colorful and Hawaiian feel of this condo and the comfy furniture all made for an extra special vacation. Mahalo Karla for going over and above making everything so nice for us.

My husband and I along with our daughter, son, and their partners stayed at this beautiful condo. Since there were 3 bedrooms and 3 baths it was perfect. We immediately felt comfortable staying here as the condo was so clean and inviting. The kitchen was beautiful and well supplied with coffee, spices, cookware, etc. There were great amenities such as beach towels, chairs, and coolers to use. The location to a grocery store, beaches, shopping and restaurants at Hanalei Bay, also HaEna State Park and Anini Beach for a snorkeling boat tour made this an exceptionally convenient place to stay. The owner was extremely responsive to questions which gave us peace in the renting process. We did see a rainbow one day and the warm breezes that come through the condo made this, along with everything else, such a wonderful way to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Thank you Karla.

Rainbows and Tropical Breezes was the perfect place for our family vacation. Karla's condo had everything that was needed for our stay. The lanai was very safe for our 1 year old granddaughter, and having a pool was nice for her as well. As listed, there were beach chairs, towels and beach toys that made our days at the beach very easy. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was safe for morning walks and the beach just minutes away. Karla returned our text quickly with a phone call for the question that we had. Princeville, and this home had everything needed for an unforgettable vacation.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The place was clean and well equipped with everything you would ever need. The beds were big and comfy. The kitchen has everything. The property itself was well maintained and the pool was great. Close to Foodland and shops. Would stay here again- 10/10 would recommend.
The only minor issue we had was the TV was very confusing and hard to get to work. We finally figured it out after a few days but then it stopped working again. We didnt need TV and didnt even reach out to property management about it because it was such a minor issue.

This is a beautiful condo in Princeville with a shared pool and hot tub. I selected this one because it had 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Perfect for creating 3 areas of privacy. The lanai has a large table where we had all of our meals as well as another seating area. Karla is an excellent host. We loved having access to beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Thank you, Karla! Hope to visit again!

Karla’s place felt just like home. Friends from around the world convened at Princeville and enjoyed our stay with comfortable beds, very clean surroundings and more than adequately equipped kitchen. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The condo is exactly as pictured. It was clean and the beds and furniture were very comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped and we used the bbq at the pool. Only negative was the bedroom facing the pool gets very warm and stuffy. It has no a/c And the fan works but it doesn’t get cool in the room. Beautifully maintained condo and grounds. We highly recommend this property. Karla was very responsive and easy to deal with.

We enjoyed a delightful 10 days at this Princeville property. Beautifully decorated and well stocked condo. Great location, close to pool. Many great restaurants in Hanilea and Princeville area. We loved sitting on our balcony enjoying morning coffee while watch the birds and lush landscaping!

Amazing scenery
We had a great stay. Unit is very functional and beds are comfortable. Only downside is the AC. They have you turn it off during the day and it takes a long time to cool down once you start it back up. Front bedroom has no AC at all and got quite warm. Portable fans provided help some. Great location for access to Hanalei. Quite a drive to anything down south which we expected though. Karla was very communicative and helpful.

A lovely stay!
Our family of four had such a wonderful time on Kauai with this condo as our home base. Everything was clean and well-stocked and the beds are very comfortable. We spent every morning and evening out on the lanai, which had a nice feeling of privacy with the trees around it. Karla was very responsive, easily accessible, and gracious. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo in a great location
This condo worked perfectly for our group. It was very comfortable, nicely appointed, with a great lanai. Karla was great to deal with, even letting us know about a local grocery store's refrigeration issue, with alternate options for us to use. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location on the north shore
This was our second time staying at Karla and Chris' place. It really has everything that you need and plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and offer each other their space. It's a short drive to Hanalei Bay and safe, quiet neighbourhood. I would not hesitate to recommend the property but then if I did, it won't be available for us to rent the next time we visit Kauai ;)!

Great property!
We’ve stayed in this complex before, but not this specific condo. Everything was great. We especially like the number of beach chairs and boogie boards and coolers available for use. Owner was responsive and very helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend!
