The house had everything we needed and was in a great location. We had a wonderful time!

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed the location of this home very much! Short walk to the beach and you can see the ocean from the living room and sun room. Also a short walk to the Pier, restaurants, ice cream and shops. The place is a little run down... a door knob was missing off one bedroom door and some doors needed quite a bit of oomph to close. This was a problem for people who were sleeping as this provided quite a loud bang to get them to close. This was more problematic for people's sleep than the train near by. You clearly heard it but for us the fans or air conditioners provided in every room were helpful. Some windows would not stay open due to broken brackets. On days with lovely breezes this was somewhat of a problem. I would say this house is more comfortable for four due to the lack of space to put things. There is a lot of stuff/clutter on shelves around the house which was a problem. In the bedroom with the king bed, there just isn't enough space for two people, their stuff and their luggage. The king sized bed, though comfortable and what we needed, filled up too much of the bedroom with the other furniture in the room. The kitchen was ampley stocked but the table in the kitchen didn't fit 6 adults so we had to eat out on the sun porch which was not an issue other then the floors get marked up easily by the chairs that do not have appropriate padding on the bottom of the legs to prevent scratches on the floors. Though we did enjoy the sun porch!

Property had something for everyone. Beach for those who love it, porch for quiet reading, walking distance to Pier activities for the young ones and fire pit for those who like quiet times. House was roomy and perfect for our family of 8 ranging in age from 78 to 9.

Room for everyone to be downstairs, close to the beach but no sheets/towels and expensive

We had a wonderful stay. The home is older but the owner maintains it very well. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean and newer. The back yard is wonderful, the fire pit came in very handy. The owner is very nice and responds quickly. The location is minutes to the beach. We had a wonderful time!!!

We enjoyed the open floor plan. (large porch with plenty of seating for all 11 of us + a small table and chairs and 3 very comfortable fold out futons, huge living room , kitchen with ice/water making refrigerator, and deck with two small tables and chairs) Beds were comfortable. The yard is private. The fire pit was a nice bonus. Very close to the beach. A short walk to the pier. We were very happy with the house !

This house was nice and spacious. Has a private backyard with a firepit and grill. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants are in walking distance. Trash pick up twice a week was a plus. There is a train near the house that is required to blow its whistle at the crossings all day and night. Some of us got used to it and others did not. We had a great week!

This is our second year renting this property. We were not disappointed. The house is perfect. Close to the beach, fire pit, grill. The house is very inviting and you feel at home as soon as you walk in. Looking forward to vacation 2020.
