This property was exactly what my family of 5 needed for our 3 day, midweek getaway to visit Seattle. Sitting on the top floor balcony enjoying the view was a perfect way to finish off the day and have a cold drink. Having all the household amenities was perfect and access to a garage for parking, amazing! The local restaurant suggestions were spot on and within walking distance. Overall a home away from home feel!

We had a wonderful stay. The owner. Anne, was excellent with communication. The property was very well maintained, and had plenty of space for our large family. No detail was left undone. From having extra towels and sheets, to having necessary toiletries they we forgot, like Q-tips. The place was also spotless!
We loved the views, and definitely enjoyed our stay. 10 minutes from downtown! Couldn’t ask for more!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for the 4th of July and the view of the fireworks from the balcony couldn’t be beat. Everything was clean and everything we might need was available. We’d definitely stay here again!

Well appointed unit. Updated kitchen throughout. Showers were also well done. Our only caution to others is the number of stairs. Older people might struggle. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, set up and views! We stayed one night before heading to the San Juan Islands. This was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to walk to restaurants right on the water and get a good feel of the Seattle life! The place was very clean and had COFFEE!!!

We just had a one night stay and the house was perfect. Zero complaints, very clean, close to everything and easy to get to and park. Would definitely stay again!

Spotless home, beautifully decorated, great location near many restaurants and bus stop, amazing views from both balconies, comfy beds, easy check in, and informative digital touchscreen in kitchen.

Excellent place to stay in Seattle! The townhouse is very clean and the view of downtown was amazing. The beds are comfortable (even the pull-out). Even though we did not cook while visiting the place it seemed well stocked. I also liked being able to park in the garage. There are restaurants within walking distance. We visited Anacortes for whale watching, Whidbey Island, UW tour, Eat Seattle tour at the Pike Place Mkt, Space Needle, etc. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again when visiting the area.

Location is a quick Uber ride to Pike Market Place, Seattle Space Needle, and Cruise Port 91! Always message Uber driver, alley behind unit is pickup point.
Must be able to handle stairs! Unfortunately didn’t use the kitchen much but it seems like everything you need is there! Very clean! Keep curtains closed while gone during day because it gets warm inside! Views from upstairs balcony incredible!
Nice small market about 4 blocks away, Pete’s Supermarket. Be aware, it’s all up hill so limit groceries!
14 Carrot Cafe was awesome, and Pazzos on Eastlake was good pizza place!
Overall, had great time!! Even got to view the Northern Lights!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! I would highly recommend it, especially to anyone travelling with older children or teens. It's a spacious and immaculate home in a gorgeous location, and the property owner/host was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I'll be looking to stay here again, for sure!

This was a perfect place! Everything was so nice and comfy! When the evening got chilly, we turned on the fireplace with the flip of a switch. The view of the lake off the master balcony was beautiful! Having a garage to keep the car in was a great bonus.
Location was minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Walking distance of restaurants and a little market that had a great selection of local wines.
Host was available to answer questions and made the whole process so easy!
We were a little concerned about how far the interstate was! But we never heard anything at all. Certainly a place we would come back to again and again!

We can't say enough about how lovely the home is. It's beautifully appointed, wonderfully tended and thoughtfully outfitted. It's well located to food and attractions. Everything the four of us wanted or needed was at our fingertips.
The bonus features were the 2 car garage and the balcony off of the master suite. We had the benefit of a dry February weekend and sat out each night under blankets appreciating the beauty and ambiance of Seattle at night.
We most certainly would come back!

Nice furniture and clean house. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Owner promptly responds to email and provides detail housing info. We arrived at 9.30pm and she got us a gallon of drinking water too. Happy with our stay.

There was a total of three couples with us and it was so nice that we all had our own space. The location was perfect. The views were spectacular from the kitchen and master bedroom level! Especially during the fall/winter season and the trees changing. It was also very cozy with the fireplace and having our coffee in the mornings. We were able to walk to a few locations. There was also a convenience store about a block away for us to get anything we needed for the house. Overall we loved our stay and will be back!

The house was in a great location just outside of the city. The views from the top deck were stunning. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Having the garage was a bonus with no worries about parking.

This house was very comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen. The 3rd floor bedroom has a great view of Lake Union where you can watch seaplanes land and take off all day long. Having a garage is really nice too. Anne was a wonderful host and very accommodating and would definitely recommend this house and host to others.

Our group loved this property for our night in Seattle. The location was perfect and the views were incredible from the balconies on the third and fourth floor. The place was spotless and the kitchen was very comfortable for anyone who likes to cook. If we are ever in Seattle we will stay here again!

A top tier VRBO home. Accommodations were very nice with a well stocked kitchen. Linens and towels were very nice and plentiful. All this with beautiful Seattle views.

Property was equipped with everything you could need, it was located in a centralized location, and Anne was hospitable and helpful with all inquiries. Our stay was top notch and we will definitely stay here again when back in area.

Allowed us to drop luggage off early which helped us roam the city. The place was very clean and the view in the pictures is from the top bedroom balcony as advertised. The listing did show 4 bedroom/3 bath on the main page and needs to be changed as it's only a 3 bedroom /2.5 bath. We also notified the owner there were only a few washcloths and they explained someone took them previously and they were working to restock. I hate to put anything negative but this is just for full transparency. Again; great place and only a few miles from all the attractions of downtown. We actually walked from pikes market back to the house with 3 people in the party over 60 years old.

Anne has everything you need! This place is a gem for anybody shopping around. We had a wonderful time and will be rebooking for sure. From the garage to the linens and bathrooms to the kitchen EXTRAS, absolutely everything is dialed. The location is so easy, right off the freeway… but not too close. The shops and restaurants are so easy to walk to. The views are incredible. This place is great. We did three nights with kids (2,4,6,8). They wanted to move here. I highly highly recommend this spot, stop shopping now and book this one.
