We loved our stay! The pool was great, location was very convenient and the host was fantastic to work with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The home is in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is super clean, beds are comfortable, has pots and pans to use, bathrooms had plenty of towels, wifi is good -- just an overall beautiful house. The highlight of our stay was the pool! If you keep the cover on it and go swimming later in the day, the water is warm. Nice chairs to sit on outside. I highly recommend this rental. The owner always answered our questions.

We loved our stay at this house. It was conveniently located between all our favorite places to visit (13 minutes to Pioneer Park, 20 minutes to Snow Canyon State Park, 30 to Kolob Canyon part fo Zion, 45 minutes to Zion). It was clean, comfortable, roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. My kids spent most of the time in the pool even though we never figured out how to turn on the slide!

Great location close to many things but in a quiet area. Minutes to hiking. Loved the pool and spacious living room and kitchen areas!

This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the pool is the absolute best! Communication was easy and we loved being close to all of our favorite spots in St. George! I have a feeling we will be staying here again!

The house and pool were great. The host responded very quickly to questions. The kitchen was well stocked - the grill was used every night and cooked everything to perfection. Our party was three retired couples and there was plenty of space for indoor and outdoor seating. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping, golf and Zion. We enjoyed our time in the house and plan to go back!

House was perfect size for our family of 6. We had a blast using the pool, and the house had all the amenities we needed! Host was easy to communicate with and it was nice to know we could reach out if we needed anything.

This home was perfect we had 4 adults and 6 kids ages 9-16. The pool was perfect kept the kids busy when we werent out soing stuff.

we loved the pool! perfect place for 8 adults and 3 little ones. It was pretty clean, and the beds were nice. plenty of room for our family. We will keep this place in mind for our next St George vacation.

We spent 6 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. It was 100+ every day, but the AC worked great. Having a private pool to cool off in the heat after morning hikes was really fun and the teenagers lived in it. House was really nice and spacious. Will stay again if in St George.

I can’t say enough about this property. Beautiful, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was amazing! DebbieJoy is an awesome host and we would definitely stay here again.

The pool with the water slide was the main attraction for our kids. They loved spending time in the pool every morning before we went out for other events around town in the evenings. The room with the four bunk beds was perfect for our kids as well. The house is clean, comfortable, and well organized and the owner was quick to reply to any questions. I recommend a stay, especially with kids.

This house was in a perfect location for our hiking trip! We were able to hit Bryce, Zion, and Snow Canyons easily. The house sits in a nice, quiet neighborhood and there are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. There was plenty of space for our family of five. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils we needed. The owner was wonderful with communication and responded quickly with any questions we had. The house could use a deep cleaning in areas, but I thought it was a good deal for the price we paid.

We have stayed here before and was glad it became available again. The home was clean, plenty of amenities and the location was accessible to what we needed and where we needed to be. The pool was very refreshing and the water was clear. Definitely will stay here again.

DebbieJoy was amazing any questions we had she answered immediately! We tried to go to Zion one day and the whole time all the kids wanted to do was get back to the house to play in the pool! So we decided just to stay at the house for the rest of our vacation there. The house was perfect, we BBQ everynight and hung out at the pool! The house had everything and more. Can't wait to go back next year!

House was exactly as described - quiet neighborhood and close to shopping, restaurants, and plenty of outdoor activities. Host was quick to reply to all texts and phone calls and graciously accommodated an early check in and late check out for us. Pool and slide were used everyday! Unfortunately there were also a lot of little things we noticed that should be addressed including a loose pool handrail, creaky doors, a creaky master bed headboard, worn patio furniture, garbage under the bed, and mismatched light bulbs throughout the house including above the master vanity. As another reviewer pointed out, the interior could use a fresh paint job, but overall we enjoyed our time in the house and easy access to Snow Canyon, Zion, and more.

We loved our stay! The kids really loved the pool slide. We couldn’t get them out of the pool ! House was clean and close to everything. This was our first stay in Utah and will definitely be coming back! Thanks so much for your hospitality Debbiejoy!

Great location in a very quiet neighbor. Home was very clean, and nicely decorated. Enjoyed the private pool. Excellent host that provided easy to follow directions to the home and got back with us immediately with any questions or concerns we had. We had a great time and are already planning a follow up stay.

I would not stay here again. The house is in need of repairs. The walls need paint, the ceiling sheetrock has cracks, there’s a pile of stained pillows in the master closet, and the tubs/showers are stained. There are light bulbs burnt out, candy, wrappers and shoes found under beds, and no soap in the showers. I felt like interactions with host were unprofessional. Each time she sent a message, she expected a reply. If I didn’t text back she would send badgering messages until I confirmed receipt. Normally hosts, send check in and out information and leave it at that. I don’t want to have to check in multiple times with the host on vacation. This shouldn’t be necessary. We were asked to limit towel use to one towel per guest because another guest was coming in right behind us. One towel for a four night stay is gross. To make things more awkward, the night before check out, the host asked me to do as many loads of laundry the morning of check out as I could. Her reasoning for this request was that another guest was coming the same day. Why charge a cleaning fee if you are asking guests to do multiple loads of laundry of items that should be included in the stay. I understand asking for trash to be taken out, beds to be stripped, or even a load of towels and the dishwasher started upon leaving, but asking for multiple loads of laundry to be done is not ok. If you don’t have time between guests for normal cleaning or upkeep, you need to look at your schedule.

We found a great place to stay for visiting Zion national park, and all the other outdoor options around the St. George area. The house was perfect for our family. One wing of the house has a nice master bedroom and bath, and the other wing of the house has to nice bedrooms with king and queen bed, and one bedroom with 2 bunkbed for the grandkids. The absolute hit for everybody was the backyard privacy with a nice swimming pool and slide. We lived out there when we weren’t seeing the sides or doing the fun things like golf, ATV, riding and hiking. There is a nice trail head call the Grapevine Trail just a bout 1 mile from the home. It feels like a desert mountain community by itself but only a few minutes to all the restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend this property.

Little run down… some lightbulbs burned out, dings in the paint, etc. But an overall nice space and the private pool was great.

Overall the location is very central the neighborhood and house was quiet and relaxing.

Nice 4 bed 2 bath home. Pool was warm and slide was enjoyed. Our weather wasn’t great but we managed to enjoy the pool still. Close by restaurants and shopping and hiking in Snow Canyon just 20min away. Hosts checked in with us appropriately and were friendly. Plenty of towels and pillows and blankets. No toiletries or bar soap bring your own. Neighbors were quiet it’s an older neighborhood but still pretty nice. Would recommend and use again also.

This is a great property for families. Our granddaughters loved the pool and slide! We had a fun time, this area has plenty of things to enjoy. This is a heavily used property, but the price was good; we would stay here again!
