We loved our stay. Great location, amazing views: we didn’t want to leave!!

We had 8 adults stay here with the permission of the property owner. We brought 2 extra air mattresses which had plenty of space to fit into the bedrooms. The views from this property are amazing! The bathrooms/showers are a little quirky, but it's part of the charm of the house. We spent all of our mornings and evenings on the patio. A hot tub would sure be nice to have here, but the Manitou Spa is just down the road. Everything worked great for our trip.

Very clean, comfortable home with sweeping views of Manitou Springs. Unique, fun design with plenty of space and easy driving access. We were also very pleased that all local attractions are so close. Highly recommended!

Our family loved everything about this beautiful spacious property! Walked to Manitou Springs for shopping, snacks, and eats. Close drive to all the attractions we wanted to visit for our awesome family vacation…just wish we could have stayed longer. Will surely come back to visit in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is clean, fit our family of four perfectly, and was central to Maintou Springs, Seven Falls, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, along with the restaurants where we had reservations. These accommodations helped to make our short get away a relaxing retreat.

The location and views are incredible, as it's an easy walk downhill to the heart of town. The house is designed to take in the best angles from all directions of the valley and is really inspiring! As a frequent VRBO user, this host made everything super easy and efficient. This is definitely a recommended spot to explore the broader area!

It was an absolute escape that was so therapeutic between the views of pikes peak and the town and other mountains as well as the amazing architecture that I appreciated so much and the wildlife around the house and the walks into town for coffee and Springs exploration. The beds were comfortable and the house was stored with all needed amenities!

My three oldest grandchildren and I have a Writer’s Retreat once a year. We try to book a place that will inspire the creative juices to flow. And this place delivered!! The views were better than photos show. The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had everything I needed (I cooked. They wrote.). At the end of the day, we all rested in comfortable bedding. It will be hard to find a better place for our 2025 Writer’s Retreat. It won’t surprise me if the girls say we must come back here!

The property was very accommodating for my wife and I and two of her brothers and their spouses, as we met with them over the course of the three days we were at our stay. Only my wife and I stayed at the unit overnight. 5 Stars for the entire trip

My family of 4 (two boys under 12) had a wonderful time. The location was perfect to explore the area and enjoy the evenings at home admiring the amazing mountains. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and the house was just what we needed - still thinking about the gorgeous views.

This was an amazing stay!! Location was perfect, access was easy, view was breathtaking!!! It was hard to pick what room I wanted to stay in because all had the best view!! This is definitely on our “return stay” list!! We do plan on returning in the future to complete our outings that were canceled due to weather. Which gives us a reason to return!!!

A unique house with amazing views!

Beautiful home with gorgeous Mountain View’s in every room. Host was amazing and very welcoming and most of all understanding as we needed to extend our stay due to snowstorm. Everything you need in the house is provided. This is a home you definitely will fall in love with. Will definitely love to visit again.

Loved everything about the home!! Gorgeous views to wake up to or just look at from every space in the home. Host was very communicative and helpful. Definitely one of the best places ive stayed, cannot wait to come back again.

This house is incredibly unique and has an amazing view. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I’m thinking the housekeeper might have been under a time crunch between guests. The kitchen counter had bits of dried food and what looked like glitter on it. We cleaned it, so it was minor. One of the bathroom towels had Cheetoh dust on it, but again- easy fix…plenty of linens to swap it out. We would 100% stay here again. Oh and it snowed about 5 inches one day and the shovel they have made it easy to clear off the steps. Wonderful home! Thank you for letting us stay!

Great location & great views! Bathrooms (showers in particular) are very small but the rest of the house is really nice. There are a lot of stairs which might be difficult for some.

View was fantastic, the house is beginning to show some neglect. Grout missing in tiles in hallway, grout in bathroom was filthy, 4’ tub shower backed up with someone else's hair floating at my feet. Snowed about 4” and no one shoveled making the steps hazardous. Book asked that we shovel, but there was no shovel. I’m stretching to give this location 4 stars and do so only because of the views. Oh, forgot to mention the lack of doors and walls so once one person is up everyone can hear you in the kitchen.

The view is breath taking!! This was my first time renting a VBRO and the process was simple. I will for sure come back in the future for another stay, I could never get bored with such a beautiful place and view. The house was very clean and I have no complaints.

Stunning views, well appointed and a kitchen with all we needed to make Christmas dinner, and a short walk to the wonderful town of Manitou Springs. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

This house was furnished with everything you would need to make yourself feel right at home. We have a 19 month old that was very interested in all the stairs, but there were multiple sets of baby gates to help keep him off. The view was even more beautiful than the pictures online.

Property location was wonderful! Even had some deer on the yard for an extended amount of time. Little town is great

Wonderful view

This property is ideally located perched above downtown Manitou Springs. Very walkable to the shops and restaurants but high enough to have incredible views of the town, the mountains, sunrises and sunsets. Very unique design that is a little quirky at times but very interesting. Extremely clean with everything in the house in working order. Would highly recommend for multiple couples traveling or for families.

The view from the house is breathtaking. During morning coffee we even had a 9 point deer look in the window. What a huge surprise! Recommend

The house and the views did not disappoint. House was very clean and ready for us earlier than check in time. Location was wonderful and close to everything Manitou and a few minutes from Colorado Springs. I Was not able to reach the property manager regarding a Bluetooth speaker that we would have liked to have been able to use. The only one they had in the house would not connect to my iPhone. Would have liked to be able to listen to music but next time I’ll bring my own. The shower in the upstairs bedroom with the king size bed was extremely small and awkward. We ended up using the tub shower on the main floor. These are minor inconveniences. overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the location of this house in Manitou Springs! The views were stunning of the surrounding mountains! The house has a very unique and modern architecture with large windows to take advantage of the views which you don’t get tired of. I could look at the view all day. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and dishes, pots and pans. Manitou Springs is in the prettiest setting. We enjoyed walking around the main streets and it has several restaurants and coffee shops. It was about a 10 minute walk down into the town from the house (a little steep on the way back but great exercise!). The town is close to Pikes Peak, and other wonderful hiking areas which we really enjoyed like North Cheyenne Mountain State Park and Mueller State park. The owners are very responsive to any questions. The house does get warm in late afternoon because of the western exposure and the large shades in the house really help with that. The upstairs and downstairs bedrooms do not have doors so you can hear a lot of noises if someone is in the kitchen or living room. Overall, this is a wonderful house in a great location.

The view doesn’t get any better in Manitou! The house is very unique and comfortable. I loved the separation of bedrooms to give everyone their privacy. It’s location is a short 5-10 min walk to town giving the convenience of enjoying everything Manitou has to offer.

Very happy with the house! It was more than my husband and I needed but it was wonderful with great views of the mountains. No complaints I would highly recommend this property.

This is our second year staying in this beautiful home and this time was just as wonderful as the first. Immediately upon entrance you are greeted with a grand view of the mountains from an impeccably clean home. Every direction you turn allows you to take in the iconic Colorado views. The home is appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay with family. We look forward to continuing our yearly adventures to this beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house is absolutely beautiful, clean and very comfortable for six adults. Manitou Springs has a lot of character and is in a perfect location to explore the surrounding attractions. We had a great time visiting The Gardens of the Gods, Pikes Peak, the Manitou Cliff Dwellings and hiking in Cheyenne Canyon. If you are looking for an adventure vacation this location is truly hard to beat.
