Gary’s place is well appointed with plenty of room for our two families. Kids loved the loft area & the extra TV in the lower level. Views and access to the Sachem are the highlights. As always a wonderful time at Okemo making memories. Thank you Gary!

Property was as expected, fit two families easily. Short walk to the slopes. Gary was quick to respond and attentive during our stay during the Arctic blast that came through. Very accommodating to requests/needs.

Great place that stretches out over three floors with two living areas. Our group could easily spread out and even accommodate a couple of extra friends one night. Charming attic and well-stocked kitchen. Interacting w Gary was easy and super prompt. He was accommodating on the check-out time which made departure easier. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Gary’s place had space where we could gather as a family but also had enough space to give all 8 of us our own space when needed. Easy access to slopes & short drive to town. Would definitely return,

Great location for a Spring Break Ski trip with my family of 4. It was comfortable and exactly as advertised. The house had everything we needed for a 5 day getaway. It is a pretty easy 5 minute walk to Sachem trail or a 7-8 minute drive to the base lodge. We did both. My son enjoyed the walk as it allowed him to do one last run and finish the day when he was ready. There is a small covered deck and it was a great apres-ski location to cool down and enjoy a proper beverage. It checked all the boxes - Location, Convenience, Bedroom choices, multiple bathrooms, plenty of hot water, good water pressure and easy seating for all of us at the kitchen peninsula. Looking forward to the next trip!!

Property was great for a ski vacation. Easy access to the Sachem trail, about 2minute walk. We had no issues with kids ranging in age from 4-9. And Gary was extremely responsive when we had a question!

We had a wonderful ski week at Gary’s condo at Okemo. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfy! The walk to the Sachem trail was a little longer than I would have liked and it got tiring after a couple days. Our kids didn’t mind the walk. We did find the shortcut back to the condo after the first day, so we didn’t have to carry our skis and walk down the road to get back to the condo. Other than that everything was wonderful.

We had 10 people and there was enough of everything to accommodate us. Enough dishes, enough pots and pans for cooking, enough towels, enough beds. About a 5 min walk to the ski hill.

This property was exceptionally clean and the whole family loved the layout with plenty of space to get together and also space to separate when needed. Kitchen has everything you need to eat in. Our visit was in Summer and we visited Okemo including Jackson Gore activities, Buttermilk Falls, Calvin Coolidge Homestead all within close driving distance.

The condo is in perfect proximity to Okemo for outdoor activities or to Ludlow if you need to grab a meal. The bedrooms are a great size. We had a great stay (despite three days of rain).

Truly the perfect place to rent if you want to ski on/ski off the mountain. Ski lodges were never my favorite place anyway - if you are looking to remove yourself from that experience, then this is the place for you. Want to get on the mountain early to catch that first chair? Perfect. Want to go back to the condo to eat lunch or grab a snack? Very easy.Do a few folks in your group not want to ski the whole day? Yep, they can just go to the condo and relax while others keep skiing.These are great benefits anytime, particularly during COVID .Comfortable beds, ample sleeping areas (loft is huge).Newer smart TV, dependable wifi.Well equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space .Owner very responsive to questions.Without question, would rent again.

Incredible location 4 minute walk from the mountain!! Perfect for our family of 6 adults. Gary was helpful and provided all the essentials/details we needed. The unit was well stocked and comfortable.

Property has everything needed to enjoy a ski getaway. Kids were comfortable in the loft and 2 TV areas came in handy.

Great location close to the slopes. Property has 3 bedrooms and a loft space with 3 twin beds. 2 living room spaces allow you to spread out but sound travels easily between the 2 spaces. Overall a nice place to stay and easy to get back for a quick lunch and avoid the lodges. Gary was a helpful host and very responsive.

The condo was very well located for our ski trip. We went back each day for lunch so made skiing during the pandemic easy. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. However the common area is split into 2 small couch areas so if you are one big party there is not a lot of space to hang out together and no dining table. Other than that, it was a great space.

We enjoyed this summer getaway to the mountains. The condo is in a very relaxing community high up on Okemo. It is a short walk to a great pool and access to hiking all over the ski trails. Our favorite part was sitting on the large covered balcony and watching passing storms or listening to nature. Absolutely delightful.

Great place for a ski weekend does sleep 12. A little cramped in the common living space after the lifts close. Not a problem if the kids split off down stairs.

The condo was an easy walk to Sachem trail which was very convenient. Especially on a cold day when we went in and out a few times. The kitchen is newly updated and the condo was very clean. Gary the owner was friendly, accommodating and very responsive. The first floor was a little tight with one couch and did not have a table, but we used the large island which was fine. The downstairs area was a nice option, we just didn’t use it. And the beds were a bit hard. Would have given the condo 4.5 stars but didn’t have the option. We would stay here again. Thanks again for letting us use t he condo, we had a great three days of skiing.

Great place with a short walk to the slopes. The space is well organized with two common areas so the kids and adults have their own space. It is large enough to comfortably accommodate two families. very clean. We can't wait to go back.

This place was just as described, great fit for our entire crew. Easy walk to the slopes and even easier to get your ski/board day started. Awesome host as well. Would highly recommend this place and this ski area.
