Nice and clean, spacious, and a kind host. Good location away from the chaos.

Air conditioner was noisy and needs servicing. Daily garbage collection was weird, but normal for Venice I guess.

Perfect location for the Biennale and near restaurants and shops

The location was perfect for visiting Venice. Close to local amenities, shops & restaurants but far enough away for a peaceful nights sleep. The property was clean, with all the essentials needed for a great stay. Very helpful hosts who provided a warm welcome.

Paulos place is at a great location in Venice, We loved the Giardini area. Paulo was super helpful in giving detailed instructions for us to checkin and also with other help regarding the site seeing and airport transfers.

We dearly missed an Iron box in this place, we had reached Venice after a long 10 day Italy trip and had planned to do our laundry, one of the reasons We had booked Paulos place was because he had Washer and Tumble Dryer, however, absence of an Iron box, although mentioned in the listing, was a big let down.

Everything was spot on. Location, the apartament (2 big bedrooms), the bathroom (clean, good shower) and the kitchen (you have everything you need for cooking and making coffee). Our host great, very good communication. We also had WiFi, which was perfect, given the fact that phone signal is weak inside the apartment.
