Hermosa casa remodelada! Casa de 1370 pies cuadrados en Sun City West 55+ Community. Esta es la vida de lujo en su máxima expresión. Casa de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños con pisos nuevos, gabinetes, electrodomésticos y muebles. TV de pantalla plana en la sala de estar, WiFi gratuito, lavadora / secadora, comer en la cocina y el comedor. Enorme patio cubierto con mesa de comedor.
Nuestro alquiler de vacaciones está ubicado en Sun City West, (aproximadamente a 30 millas al noroeste del aeropuerto Phoenix Sky Harbor).

Quiet neighborhood in a good location. The house was just as pictured, everything was clean and new. Furnishings were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, beds comfortable and linens plush. We would recommend the house and look forward to staying there again.

From start to finish my stay at Heritage House was great!
David, checked in with me a couple of times to make sure everything was OK and to ask if I needed anything. Because I would be arriving at the house late in the evening, he made sure lights were on so I didn’t have to walk into a dark home…it was very thoughtful and much appreciated!
I look forward to staying at Heritage House on my next visit!

The property was magnificent. Exactly as advertise. The house was awesome in fact we are bringing home decor ideas from it to update our house. The location was perfect to visit our son. Close to food and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood. (note it is in Sun City West a 55+ community) We are going back to Phoenix area a couple of more times this year and hope this location is open.

We have stayed in many VRBO's throughout the world and I can honestly say this was my favorite to date. The house was pristinely cleaned and kept. The attention to every detail for hospitality was 5 star. We loved the decor, the linens, amenities were above and beyond with coffee, snacks and fresh flowers, games and blankets to wrap up in for leisurely naps in the living room. Nice neighborhood. Close to our parents in Sun City West. We will continue to use this as a home base moving forward while visiting our folks. And we are recommending it to our family and friends who are looking for this location in Arizona.

This two bedroom two bath home was as lovely in person as it is depicted in the photographs. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants close-by. It was everything we needed for our stay in sunny Surprise.
