First time staying Estancia and it was great. Super clean, friendly staff and good times. Curt is a good host and communicates in a timely manner. Condo has everything you would need for your stay. Would definitely book again.

Curt and his property were wonderful. Curt was quick with answers, recommendations and tips. His home was well stocked and had very comfortable rooms that fit 8 people perfectly. Access to the pools and ocean was ideal. Highly recommend!

Long story short-- GO! It is beautiful, comfortable, and easy. We stayed at Villa la Estancia for 5 nights this March/April and it was perfect for our family (grandparents, parents, uncle, preschooler, infant). I had stayed at Villa la Estancia previously directly through the resort with some girlfriends so I was familiar with the overall property. This time, though, we did not do the all-included meal plan-- we grocery shopped, then ate out one meal each day. Everything was so easy. Here are some highlights for us: -Spacious rooms with en suite bathrooms. My husband and I, our preschooler, and our infant in a crib shared the room with two queen beds and were still very comfortable! -Very helpful and friendly staff -Curt was so helpful answering questions before our arrival (and during our stay) -the picture in this posting of the Tabasco beach bar-- go! It's just past the resorts toward town as you walk along the beach and it was really fun! Delicious food and 2 for 1 beer until 6pm every day. Also the beach in front of the bar is a little gentler and better for kids -Grocery shopping was the play! The resort arranged a shuttle to Walmart ($9 each way, pay the driver), we bought food and beer for 6 people for 5 days ($200), then we went back to the drop point and there was a man there who helped get us a shuttle back. Back at Villa la Estancia the bell hops have a special cart to take groceries to the room-- so easy and a big money saver! -11% tip is included on all bills -The staff get a little money if you mention them by name in a review on the website that *advises* your *trip* but that I'm not allowed to write here or VRBO won't let me post this review lol Good to know: -The resort can provide a crib -Sand toys and a few left over non perishables and condiments in the fridge/pantry -You can drink the water from the tap and fridge filter! (We did and had no problems-- including for the kids) -It might have been user error, but we needed matches to light the grill (which was as clean as a whistle!) Thank you Curt-- we look forward to a return trip!

The host was extremely helpful and easy to work with and the property was spectacular. Huge open space with a ton of natural light, well maintained and in a perfect location to enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation with the family. Highly recommended.

The accommodations were wonderful. A cable shorted while we were cooking dinner. All the fuses blew. Finished dinner using grill outside. Maintenance came and replaced the cable the very next day. Had a great time as usual. Pat

Absolutely perfect villa for an 8 month old and a 3 year old who brought their Parents and Grandmother to Cabo for a week!! Villa is just great for families. Highly recommend this lovely villa and the resort. What makes it so special is the kind and friendly people who work there.

We absolutely loved it there! The most exquisite Villa and views! The apartment had all the accoutrements, including kitchen for cooking, washer dryer, excellent service! We have traveled the world and I would go back there in a second!

As soon as our transportation arrived at Villa Estancia we knew we had decided on the right place for a week of family time and fun. The staff was extremely friendly, and check in was a breeze. We had a bit of time before we could get into the condo, so had some drinks and took in the fabulous views. Once in the condo our anticipation of waiting was worth it. The 3 very large bedroom and bathrooms were beyond our expectations. Everything was as pictured , and the large balcony with the most fabulous views were beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms. The housekeeper was very efficient and did a wonderful job. Our grandson proposed to his girlfriend, so sure this will always be a memorable trip for them. Curt was very good an fast at answering two of my “dumb” questions! Summing it up , the 6 of us had a fabulous time, the restaurants were excellent right in the area to walk to, and when we decided to go in town taxi was 11 dollars one way for all of us. Would highly recommend Villla Estancia.

The location and facility were awesome! A small hiccup when we arrived was quickly overcome by onsite staff. Otherwise, it was top notch!!

The overall experience was very good. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The property was just as advertised. All the positive reviews (going back 4+yrs) that I read still apply . Highly recommend this property.

This property was amazing! Curt was very responsive in my many questions I had for him. The location was also a great selling point as it was close to town but also not in a super busy area. If I could rate this higher I would!

This place was amazing! The villa was huge and perfect for our family (we took our 2 college-aged sons and their girlfriends). Everything was SO clean, kitchen extremely well stocked. We cooked breakfast every morning and shopped in the on-site market that had everything we needed for breakfast, snacks, drinks, etc. Curt, the owner was so nice and helpful and offered so much info about the villa and La Estancia, as well as answering so many of our questions. The staff there was friendly, helpful, and courteous. We ate most lunches at the pool and the food was excellent, as was the service! We loved that there were not tons of little kids there, so it was perfect for our older kids and us. Location was perfect and so close to the marina and all the fabulous restaurants in town. Can't say enough about this villa! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had an excellent view. The “It’s 5 O’clock Somewhere” group (owners of the unit) sent us a care package and the room even had kitchen supplies we used to cook breakfast and make drinks. Will not only be staying here again but will check if they have other properties to rent from in the future

This Villa was amazing! This has to be the cleanest VRBO as well as La Estancia itself. Customer service here was top notch. The Villa itself is equipped with everything you need! The location is amazing, just a short taxi into town or about a 30 minute walk….which we did several times! The beach is beautiful and the view is honestly breathtaking. We have been to Cabo a few times before but after this trip, I don’t want to stay anywhere else!! Thank you so much Curt! We look forward to returning!!

We come to this property several times a year and it was our first in this condo. We loved it - very well stocked kitchen and very comfortable condo.

We decided to choose Estancia because were meeting up with other families. The location was Central. The villa was exactly as described. Great kitchen area for cooking for families. The host answered all our questions and concerns before the trip. Curt was fast to respond to any questions we had. Would definately reccomend for a family needing 3 bedrooms

The condo was very nice, clean, and spacious. There are several restaurants in the resort and the two resorts next door. The pool is very big and was not too crowded in January (plus there is a bar in the pool!). We felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely amazing condo and view!! We love staying at Villa Estancia but this was our favorite condo! We appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with garbage bags, paper towels, dish washing powder, tide and bounce!!! Thank you again!

Villa was in a great location within the complex which provided a great view out to the Sea of Cortez. Everything we needed in villa necessary for us to enjoy our week. Owner was more the accommodating in working with us to schedule our week and always very responsive to questions. Would definitely rent this villa again.

We love Cabo and Villa La Estancia! Our 3-bedroom unit was perfect for my husband and I, my daughter and her husband and my other daughter. We were celebrating a 60th birthday and retirement! Plenty of room to be together and spread out as necessary. Beautiful unit with a spectacular view. VLE is perfectly situated on the beach between two other resorts. We enjoyed the restaurants and spa at both of them. Fun to walk down the beach towards town as well. Staff at VLE are always so friendly and helpful. Thanks for sharing your great condo with our family. We will be back for sure.

Curt was extremely easy to work with & was quick to respond to any questions prior to arrival. He even offered suggestions for excursions & restaurants. The property was beautiful, very well manicured and the staff over the top courteous. When you pass they say "Hola" and place their hand over their heart. I asked the concierge what it meant & Lupita shared "it means Hello from the heart." I thought that was just lovely. The Villa itself was incredible, well stocked with all amenities & oh wow- just wait until you see the view. Stunning. Absolutely breath taking. The restaurants on-site were incredible. Loved the facilities, the staff, the well manicured property. Just everything. Even the on-site covid test was convenient!This was our first time to Cabo. Can't wait until our next!
