great location, clean, easy parking, never ran out of hot water, comfortable.

maybe a couple of spare pillows would be great.

The property was spacious, clean and the balcony overlooked the ocean. We were on the top floor and there is security to the building as well so you are quite safe. There is your own personal laundry downstairs if you need it. The Kitchen on facilities were fantastic. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. highly recommend to stay at this place. Right across the beach and a 15 minute walk to the manly ferry.

it was a nice view . that’s it !

the whole property was filthy. every surface was dirty, the bed linen and towels were dirty, the light fittings ( heat lamp ) in the bathroom were covered in grime, dirty linen left in the washing machine, hair scum in bathroom, air conditioner needs a thorough clean out, mouldy curtains, dirty oven / microwave oven, fold out lounge was broken and filthy underneath. All kitchen appliances were disgusting.. food left in freezer !! outside table still has the left overs of kfc from the guests before us. A TOTAL DISGRACE!! this property is very tired and needs a major overhaul. travelling with asthmatic children in this filth was less than desirable!

Location was great, right across the road from glorious Manly beach. Lovely walk each morning along the foreshore and a short stroll to the Corso and to the ferry terminal. Location was in between two bus stops which also made getting around easy. The apartment was also cleaned and fresh towels delivered on the fourth day.

Ideally there could have been a power point with a lamp on the bed side table in the second room, and a hook on the door to hang towels. I would also suggest offering some pantry/living essentials - glad wrap, serviettes, salad bowls, platters, air freshener, cheese knives etc The balcony would also be ideal for a BBQ.

Nice size apartment, nice location on sea front. Comfy beds, Tea, coffee, milk sachets for drink on arrival which was appreciated. a few toiletries supplied too.

Very tatty and grubby, needs a deep clean and an update in decor. Not an abundance of kitchen ware considering they advertise for up to 5 people ( only 3 of us) Balcony floor was absolutely filthy. Wi-Fi / internet not working the entire stay which meant hefty data charges as 2 of us worked some of the time. Agent / host not helpful and just said “it hasn’t been working for a while due to cable issue”. No offer to get it resolved - couldn’t care less attitude. Wasn’t particularly welcoming on arrival either, considering we’d flown half way round the world!

Room wasn’t ready for check in at 2 pm. We had to wait a few hours There were minimal kitchen utensils and pans The wifi did not provide internet connection

The internet didn’t work. Clothes left from last tenant. Dirty face washer in the bedroom draw. Not clean. Oven and hot plates couldn’t get to work no instructions.
