Great location, loved the hot tub and condo was very clean. Condo is small but it worked because we were outside most of the time.

Property is great. My only complaint is that although it is listed as sleeping 12, we were only comfortable sleeping 8. The mattress on the sofa bed was all springs. Not possible to sleep on. We ended up getting a room at a hotel next door.

The condo was in a great location, close to the Snowmass Mall on top on the hill and the Collective area at the bottom. Plenty of places to eat and lots of activities for the kids and adults. The condo bedrooms were a bit small for the two beds in each bedroom. But we managed and had a nice stay. I would choose a bigger place for my family of four next trip.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us, it was clean, easy check in, no issues with parking. Plenty of towels and all amenities.

Condo was clean and as advertised. Communication was appropriate and accurate. I rated it 5 stars as I believe the following items will be addressed ✅ There were three items that could and should be addressed 1) one of the fold out couch mattress was very poor and spring/bumps could be felt everywhere- unusable, just slept on couch 2) exhaust fan above stove (microwave ) is vented to the cupboard… so when you use the air just blows into cabinet above microwave- should be ducted to exterior or through filters and returned to room 3) screens in front two windows are incorrect replacement size and do not properly latch , when window is open this is a fall hazard as unit is on third floor, it is loose enough that a small bird found it’s way inside (of course we opened the door and released it )

This condo was amazing. We were a few steps from the ski run right under Village Express which made going out to ski super convenient. The condo itself was well stocked with comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking that can be expected. The hot tub was very close to this unit and was big and never crowded. The internet was good and the TVs were big and nice. The kitchen was stocked with a day or two's worth of coffee and had salt and pepper. There is a market a short drive away if you want groceries, or the Snowmass mall is a 5-10 min walk away with lots of restaurant options as well as the mall gondola entrance.

The unit exceeded all of our expectations. There were three of us staying there for a ski vacation. It is approximately one hundred yards from the ski run that takes you to the main village. The unit had recently been updated with many upgrades. The kitchen was very well stocked and everything was as pictured. This is a great unit, and we will be back again.

This is the second year we stayed here and it's even better than last time. The place has been recently remodeled and feels very fresh and up to date! Location is amazing and the Hot Tub is still our favorite part. New keyless locks make it even easier to access. Highly recommend!

All went well

Well appointed and newly updated condo (online pics don’t show beautiful bathrooms!). Two queen beds in both rooms was great. 60 steps from the slopes and 20 steps from the Jacuzzi. Short five minute walk to the restaurants at the Snowmass mall. Will definitely stay here again if it is available on our next ski vacation.

Conveniently located, clean, and had everything we needed. Needs new deadbolt, we had a difficult time opening the front door. After we finally got the deadbolt open, we only used the door knob lock for fear of not getting back in with the deadbolt.

Only complaint was that the condo was very hot when we arrived, but opening all window and turning on fans helped. Otherwise, all was good and the location was convenient to the base and mall/Viewline area.

Condo worked well for our trip to Snowmass,Maroon Bells and Aspen. check in directions were fine but only talked about pool nearby and there was a hot tub on site that we weren't aware of until we left plus needed code to get into hottub which wasn't supplied.

The kitchen falls a little short in Cups/plates as there was only enough for one meal so you are doing dishes every time you want to eat. Even with our small group, baking bacon is much easier than pan frying 10-15 pieces. There was no baking sheet to be found. Only a pizza pan. For two adults in each room, the bedrooms were short on space to move around or put your clothes. Easy to get over though! Everything else was great. Location is unbeatable and the hot tub area is magnificent! For a guys ski weekend this is hard to beat.

The location can't be beat. Half a block walk to skiing, and 1 block to Snowmass Mall. Can even walk to dinner at the base village by walking on the ski run, and take the small gondola back up if you don't want to walk uphill. Didn't have any major issues, but management was incredibly responsive when we needed help.

Excellent space very near the mall. Stayed here during the spring and it was lovely. Really great to have 4 queen sized beds.

The room was very comfortable. Small but cozy. Very convenient to Snowmass Village and skiing.

We arrived later than anticipated, but were given excellent directions on how to retrieve the key when the office was closed. The unit was spotless, well maintained, the keys worked, there was ice in the freezer, and the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water! (I know, it's the little things that make me happy). Our entire stay never necessitated a call to or from the property management company. We came, we played and we left the keys on the kitchen counter when we left. I'm sure the staff would have been happy to help with any problems, but it was wonderful to not waste any of our precious time dealing with issues. Rent this place! We plan to be back next year. Hope I didn't just jinx myself :)

Very nice and rustic! Loved the vaulted ceilings and fireplace. Decor was nice and rooms were clean. Appliance were modern and worked very well. In room humidifier really helped with the dry air. Walk to ski school and base village was easy. In between mall and base was great for us. Nice restaurants all in walking distance. Short 5 minute walk to the shuttle service. I recommend stopping for groceries on the way in or using the shuttle if you don't have a car. It's not far, but it's uphill coming back with any groceries. Fitness center had a sauna room and good (useable) equipment. The hot tubs and pool were terrific for giving us relaxation and the kids a break from all the skiing. Condo is on the third floor and can be tiring after a long day in ski boots, but worth it for the nice high ceilings and the view. The view was terrific! Looks across skittles gondola up to the other mountain side. We plan to stay here again soon!

We travelled to Snowmass for an extended weekend with our two Kids. When we first walked in we thought the decor was cute and cozy; however, we found the top blankets in the master bedroom were dirty along with the couch, the additional blankets in the closets smelled like mildew and were covered in hair. There was a sticky spot on the carpet. We also found that the bathroom fans and additional lights didn't work and the TV's only worked intermittently. The dishwasher worked once but not after that. While the management company worked with us on a later checkout, we were surprised by the 9a scheduled checkout time. With a few tweaks and closer attention the cleanliness, this is a cute unit.
