Beautiful flat in an amazing location, you could hear the waves at night as it was close to the sea. The host really went the extra mile, messaging us to check we were happy on arrival, and leaving some local fudge and cookies for us to eat. The flat was clean, tidy, cosy, and warm, and instantly felt like a wonderful home away from home.

Fantastic location, the welcome pack was a lovely touch and great contact from the host (phoning ahead to see what milk we preferred and a text after we had arrived to check if everything was okay). Flat was clean and exactly as pictured. There are stairs leading down to the secret door to the beach which was great for popping in and out as well as the short path to the Marine Parade with all the shops and cafes so less than a minute's walk to everything! Accommodation was well set up for babies/kids with games, jigsaws, dvds, plates and cups. It was our first time to Lyme Regis but we'll definitely come back...and stay here again. Have already recommended to friends!

Nothing, we loved everything : ) There are a number of car parks nearby (about 8 mins walk away) but you can easily load and unload the car at the secret door when checking in/out.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Perfect family getaway. Amazing location and super clean. Our little one loves the gruffalo so it was brilliant to see the dvd there. The whole property was just so comfortable and homely. We hope to come back!

cozy apartment with all amenities catered for , beautifully decorated , comfy beds and bedding ,towels provided, a few yards from both seafront and high street with cafes,shops, pubs and restaurants, lovely touch with birthday balloons and bottle of bubbles left by our host on arrival , lovely seaside town for a perfect break 🥰 thank you 😊

Just a few steps to the beach, whilst also central to the town

Lovely weekend stay, the flat is in a great location with easy access to the beach ,restaurants and pubs and high street ,the flat was very welcoming & super clean we had everything we needed . Enjoyed relaxing walks along the beach with a nearby a kiosk to get coffee and bagel, we would definitely stay here again 😀👍

Beautiful flat, very quiet neighbourhood, right on the beach in lovely Lyme Regis.

The plumbing could have some improvement. Running water pipe makes a loud noise, and the hot water supply is a bit slow.

The apartment was all that you needed for a seaside holiday with fabulous proximity to the sea, beach and coastal walks. Also on your doorstep are coffee shops, delicious gelato, a good range of shops, interesting streets to explore, history and mini golf!!

Due to the age and position of the town, the largest long stay car parks are up steep hills, not the fault of the property owners of course!!
