No AC and it was difficult to open the balcony door because of the noise. My room balcony was in front of the street

Location
We we’re family with 2 months kid, even though no one helped us to bring the luggage to the room.
Also, we booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, they told us to pay additional fees for extra bed, I told them it’s not my mistake, they insist us to pay before check in, i did because we were tiered. After they received email from booking, they apologized and returned money back. But was not good way to treat with guests. Breakfast was very poor. There is no coffee imagine that :(

Wanted to spend time alone and so did I , was nice choice I guess price was reasonable and food was amazing.
Had a lot work to do so this facility helped me to archive my goal , had nice rest and job done!

liked everything here but I think playroom has potential to become best because of PS5, poker and board games.

Staff was good. Location is not excellent but it is okay.
Room was cold. There was not any heating. Bathroom was not clean.

clean and spacious Hotel. Amazing breakfast (a lot of food and good too). I even got a call in the room that breakfast was ready. good hot shower (best shower I had in 2 weeks). Nice mountain view only revealed itself the next morning, after clouds had moved on. Good WIFI and comfy bed. Parking right outside the Hotel.
Most of staff were super friendly (except for one guy at reception who came across a bit cold), There is no food/eating (or cooking) allowed in rooms. I get the no cooking part (they must have had very unpleasant experiences) , but not eating goes a bit far (defeats room service and a nice relaxed evening in the room, watching a movie and snacking). Warning signs at reception (yes, they will even FINE guests who they catch doing it...) makes you feel like a criminal or at the very least not very welcome.
Hotel has a lounge and bar (that at times has live music and can be noisy).
