Our family stayed here and enjoyed our stay. Our small grandchildren were able to play on the deck or sit in the screened porch. The downstairs outside showers were a great hit for them and keeping sand out of the house. The short walk to the beach or to the pier/pavilion was wonderful.

Very clean and spacious.The five bedrooms allowed privacy for all guests. Kitchen was equipped with anything you would want including dish detergent, paper towels and hand soap. Access to beach was a minute away and we loved having the outdoor showers When we returned from beach. My husband especially enjoyed the deck. He watched the sunrise and had an awesome view of the ocean.Great outdoor space for family to gather. It was great having the large fenced in area for our dogs .They enjoyed it. We went to some nearby attractions and restaurants recommended by the property manager and had a great time. Every member of our family was very impressed with your home and will recommend it to other family members and friends . Thank you for the privilege of staying in the "Mud Monkeys" beach house.

Great location, close to beach and pier just a few blocks away. House was well equipped. Having the robot vacuums available was a plus, easily ran them when we headed for quick clean. Having fenced backyard was also big plus for the pups! Would def stay here again!

House was awesome. Tons to do close by. Beach right across the street. Couldn’t ask for better location.

We traveled with 5 couples for a four-night vacation and enjoyed every minute of our stay! The house is beautiful and in the perfect location...across the street from the ocean, a short walk to the pier where you can fish, have fun in the arcade, have a bite to eat, or listen to some good music. It's also a short drive to plenty of other shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for having meals at home. There's plenty of furniture for lounging with a large group, the beds were all super comfortable, and the porches, decks, and tables under the house were great for hanging outside and enjoying the fresh beach air! Check-in and communication were easy. I would highly recommend this rental home & hope to visit again.

House is in the most perfect location. Love the back deck to have dinner and just hang out. Excellent water pressure and temp for many to shower back to back. Great parking too! Definitely would stay here again

This vacation home is very nice and our family had a wonderful vacation.

The location of this house was great, quick walk to beach!! We had four families staying here. Although the sleeping arrangements were fine, there were only two showers/tubs. There are two showers outside, but a little chilly in November to shower outside! The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc. We enjoyed our stay!!

This house was perfect for our group . We were glad that we were still able to have our women retreat at this location due to Hurricane Ian. If the group would ever like to come back close to the Myrtle Beach area we would consider coming back to this exact house.

Right across the street from the beach. Plenty of room for us, we had 7 adults and a dog. Fenced in yard was good for the dog. Nice location. Would come back again.

The house was very nice and was in the perfect location. Right across from a beach access and 3 blocks to the pier. This was of the most fully stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen. I even spoke with Lisa before we came and she left us a large pot for a Low Country Boil. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for everyone. I would definitely stay again.

We have a very large family and three generations that stayed here. Everyone was so happy with the house and location. The openness of the living and dining spaces made it feel big, and there was plenty of seating in both areas. We played many games around the table, and could also have a group playing games in the living room at the same time. Little table in the kitchen accommodated the little ones for meals. The house was clean, updated, and had a ton of storage. The outside deck was used constantly and again, had a lot of chairs plus two chaise lounges. The little screened porch was nice to get out of the sun or rain. We loved having a backyard to play cornhole. Plenty of space for parking…we had 5 cars and still had room! Outdoor showers were convenient. Plenty of room under the house for us to keep our beach chairs and such, and even hung a hammock on the posts. The location was ideal! Just across the street was beach access. The beach area wasn’t too crowded either since the hotels are further up and down the beach. There were also a few places to walk to….places to grab food, ice cream, the pier, and even beach volleyball. This was one of the best places our family has stayed in. Totally recommend!!

This home is right across from the beach and close to stores and the pier. The house is nice. The only downfall is that the beds didn't seem very clean and the carpet is very stained. Overall was a great vacation!

Great location! Easy walk to the beach.

This is the second year we stayed in this house! We had 6 adults, 3 children and a dog and there was plenty of room. The house was upgraded this year as the kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled. The deck was replaced since last summer and we spent a lot of time out there. We enjoyed family meals at the large picnic table and were also able to watch the fireworks from the deck each evening. The house is one block from the beach which is beautiful and family-friendly! Our grandchildren loved every minute of the vacation! Definitely would stay there again!

Had everything we wanted. Close to beach access, and the pier! For those with pets it was nice to have a fenced in back yard. Plenty of parking and loved the screened porch. There is a very large stain on the carpet upstairs and should probably be replaced. We enjoyed our trip and will be back!

This was our family’s second stay in this house. We came from all over the US to meet there last summer and had such a great time so we booked it again. The house was a block from the beach and was large enough for all of us. There were many upgrades made to the house so it was even better than last year! The deck that was being replaced when we were there last year was finished and we really enjoyed spending time there. We also loved being able to bring our dog with us on vacation. There was even a fenced backyard for the dog to run around in. The only issue has nothing to do with the house. It was the young kids driving their loud pickups up and down the street every evening. Someone called the local police about it but were told they couldn’t do anything unless it continued after 11pm.

We really had a great time! We had most everything we needed. Just a few concerns with the cleaning. Just the right size.

Just two houses down to the access path to the beach. House was very comfortable, and in very good condition. Would gladly stay again.

House was nice, the road at the property was very busy. Had a hard time enjoying the deck area due to loud cars and rude people. Cleaning company needs to check the tub drains, one had so much hair it wouldn’t drain. I pulled a large gross amount of slimy hair to get it to drain.

Excellent location. Great house with plenty of room. Overall we had a excellent stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay bringing in the New Year. Plenty of sleeping arrangements. Great location and close to all the restaurants. Thanks for allowing us to rent!

We really liked the property and the location was great. Only issue was late info from property owner and dust on top vents in living room.. other than that was a great place and clean
