Wonderful place for a family. The beach is only a few houses away, no roads to cross! The house has everything you need to make meals or go down the street for food. You can park and walk to everything you need. Love the outdoor shower and the hot tub is a bonus!!

The owners were very accommodating and you could tell they took care of their house. Great evenings on the rooftop deck. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is as excellent as it looks in the booking. The owners keep the house clean and stocked with lots of beach necessities. It is an easy check-in process and instructions to work everything in the house are clearly communicated! It is maybe 100 yards from the beach and sit right in downtown Dewey. This is our second time staying at this property and once again we made great memories!

Parking is a little tight but if other shared driveway group cooperates then no issues. Owners had plenty of extras for beach so we did not need to bring chairs, umbrella, boards... Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans... Good AC. Nice rooftop area with big hot tub nice for early June temps. Overall very nice place.

Myself, my husband and 3 year old stayed at this condo with our siblings, nephews and our parents. It was a wonderful place and all information posted about it was accurate! Super clean, close to the beach, and walking distance to all of Dewey’s best restaurants! The owner Jane was awesome and was so easy to get in touch with! Definitely will stay here again!!!

We stayed at this property twice and really enjoy the amenities (hot tub, room layout) as well as how close it is to Dewey Beach (~2 minute walk, we often set up in the morning, then leave our stuff on the beach when we go back home for lunch so that we can go back in the afternoon). Dewey Beer Co is really close, as is an excellent diner. The hosts are highly responsive; we had an issue with the garbage disposal and they coordinated a repair fairly quickly.

We had a wonderful week’s stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place close to the beach. It’s comfortable, spacious, and allowed us the necessary time to relax with family.

this property is wonderful. great communication with the property manager. so close to the beach. lots of amenities including beach chairs/umbrellas. so close to restaurants and night life, but located in a quiet area for families. would stay again!

Home Away from Home
This beach house is a hidden gem. As soon as we walked in, we fell in love with the house. The house was the perfect size for 10 adults. The rooftop deck was the gathering spot after a day at the beach or boardwalk. When we arrived we noticed that the refrigerator was not as cold as it should be, so we contacted the owners. They went above and beyond to help not only fix the issue, but brought a beverage cooler, mini-frig and coolers of ice. Truly owners who value their renters and go out of their way to ensure a relaxing week for all.

Perfect Dewey location, comfortable place with everything we needed for a fun beach week. We especially enjoyed the rooftop at sunset and appreciated having plenty of parking. We would definitely rent again.

Fabulous Fourth!
Our family enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Rehoboth by the Sea! The property was clean and well maintained. The online pictures, description, and reviews were all very accurate. We would definitely consider coming back!

June 2021 Beach week
Great property with large living/dinning open area, wrap around deck, ground floor patio with table and fabulous roof deck with hot tub.
Location is great! Short walk to beach, restaurants, Mini Golf and more. Family loved the week and Jane is a great host!

Dewey, a way of life.
Great week at Dewey Beach, even with a hurricane!! The house was great for us and the rooftop deck is wonderful. We all enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after a day on the beach. The extra beach chairs and toys were nice. Thanks Jane for sharing your lovely home.

A Wonderful Experience!
A wonderful time was had by all. I think the only negative thing that I can think of was a couple of the nights were a bit loud, but the sound machines in the rooms did help a lot. Our family loved it and it was nice not having to drive everywhere! The art in the home was quite impressive. Beautiful work!

The most beautifully kept, well stocked welcoming house we have ever rented in Dewey. Our family loved spending evenings eating and enjoying the breeze on the roof top deck. We felt instantly at home from the moment we walked in the door and appreciated your hospitality. we are on the calendar for next summer

Comfy beach home
This home is comfy and convenient! It is clean and well maintained. Nicely decorated too. My family stayed for two weeks and hope to stay again next year. Very convenient location (walking distance) to beach, restaurants and bars yet far enough away from the nightlife, that it's quiet. Mostly families rented on this street. Lots of off street parking. The rooftop hot tub is great for winding down at the end of the day with a great view of Dewey. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook family meals and lots of room. The owners are super nice too!

What a view!
Spacious 4BR, 3.5 BA condo on ocean block with great view of the ocean and the bay. Exactly as represented. Would recommend and hope to stay again in the future.
