The condo was in the perfect location, close to the slopes, near the city shuttle and across the street from the grocery story. It’s hard to find a better location. The condo itself was wonderful, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals in. There was plenty of room for 4 adults with room for more. Heather was great, she answered all of our questions promptly. We would stay again.

Good location, plenty of room, nice gas fireplace, reasonable walk to buses and a pool table. The host was very responsive.

Property is physically accurately described in the listing except the 3 blocks to the lift. Property is located at one end of the large complex and is approximately a 2 block walk to the bus stop. No way are you walking to the lifts or town. No idea where the 3 blocks comes from. The hot tub and pool use will require a car ride or a long cold walk. The gas fireplace cycles on and off every 15 mins. due to over heating which we've never experienced nor advised of.

CONS:There is construction happening in the unit adjacent that shares a wall. The noise was loud and annoying. Not mentioned in the booking process. When I complained to the host they never responded. PROS: Comfortable beds and amazing location

Heather was great to communicate with, check in was accurate and easy. My family loved the pool table, and the space was plenty for our family of 5. Kitchen had all the necessities.. it snowed a lot so we mainly ate at home. The location is in close proximity to the shuttle pick up, maybe a 3min walk. It was easy access to the slopes at Park City. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

Really enjoyed our stay in Park City. The condo was in a great spot for skiing. Very close to everything we needed for our ski trip. The condo itself had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a few home cook meals. The beds were comfy and the pool table was fun.

We really enjoyed our stay in March. The property matched description and Heather was very responsive to all of our questions. We found the location convenient to slopes and bus stops. We wished the buses ran more frequently though. It was nice to have the option to walk to and from PCM when the bus service didn't match our needs. Storing boots and skis on the mountain made this option very feasible - especially walking back to the unit, downhill:-).

The location is awesome. The view out the back is beautiful. The layout was great for our family of teen boys. They loved the pool table. The kitchen was sufficient for what we needed. The beds and linens comfy. Park city is an amazing place to ski and we will be back. One side note- the laundry is communal and coin operated. Might want to bring quarters from home.

The property is a little dated, the hot tub and sauna close around 9-10pm (probably a good thing), clearer shuttle instructions would have been nice, and one of the queen rooms isn't all that private. However with all that said, the host, property, and location deserve 5 stars and my friends and I would gladly stay again. The price we paid per night comparative to other properties at this distance was spot on. The shuttle is incredibly convenient, the size and location are fantastic, beds are super comfortable, the amount of bathrooms and size of the rooms are just right. Shops, grocery stores, liquor store, and if you really wanted to, even the resort is walking distance. Thank you for the fantastic gateway!

Great experience. This rental had All the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The host was assessable and responsive to all my pre stay and ‘during stay’ questions and outreach. Great location and access to all that Park City offers! I would stay here again and recommend to others.

This stay was our group's first time visiting Park City. There were 6 adults and the 3 bdrm condo was a good size for everyone to get their own space. The place was tidy and we were even allowed to check in early! The pool table provided ample fun for us as well. The 3rd bedroom is a loft area so not exactly a private space but worked out just fine. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook which we used for breakfasts and dinner. The only thing that didn't work out great was the grill seemed to have propane but wouldn't light. I never even brought the issue up to Heather although with how quickly she was to respond I would imagine she would have taken care of the issue promptly. The location is probably the best part of this condo. It is around a 5-minute walk to the grocery store, a good breakfast spot (five5eeds), and the bus stop. This was the first trip we were able to skip renting a car and just used the bus to get around. The bus system in Park City is amazing. We used it to get to the mountain and downtown every day and night. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to experience Park City! We will definitely keep Heather and her space in mind during our next visit.

I loved the location of this place! Bus line yep, grocery store-yep ,view of winter cross country track (golf course). Lots of room. The pool table was a hit. We walked almost everyday to the slopes because it was so easy to do. The only thing I would say that wasn’t my favorite was the fact that this condo sits close to the road. The master bedroom has traffic noise at night so if you’re a light sleeper sleep in the loft bedroom - where you can look out the window and see the deer!

Location was ideal. The Townhouse was dated but perfect for a family. Pool table made for lots of fun. Walking distance to shops and mountain but recommend leaving skies at mountain. We'll be back!

We had a great time staying at Heather’s condo. You can’t beat the location being close to food, skiing, and town. Great place and I would stay there again.

Walking distance to market and free bus pickup spots. Lots of room in the house. The pool table was big hit for the family. 10min walk to the the ski lifts.

It was amazing! Great location we truly enjoy every minute of it! We had everything we needed and a huge pile of snow for the kids to play with. Even my husband was impressed with the location. Space was perfect too for my family of 6. 2 adults, 1 infant, 1 7year old and two teenage boys!

Location perfect...very short distance to base of Park City ski area and short drive to Deer Valley, only a couple blocks to a really good grocery store, drug store, and coffee shop, and view out onto a pond with a cross country course in the winter. And host Adrienne was extremely helpful and gracious. Great location, home, host. David

The condo was more spacious than pictures gave credit - plenty of room to spread out with ski gear for a group of six. Carport immediately out front door was great. Nicely equipped kitchen including sandwich bags, napkins, tupperware and some food staples etc that are so helpful in addition to essential silverware, utensils, dishes etc. It would have been nice to have wine glasses, but we improvised. Owner is responsive – there is a cutting board since a recent review. Very comfortable, appropriately firm beds. Pictures don't do justice to new outside heated pool, two 12-person hot tubs and sauna plus shower and changing areas - we spent hour+ each day after skiing - very social and fun. And we had amusing times around the pool table in the condo. Great location across street from Fresh Market, a full grocery store which has a good selection of beer (a surprise to us) and is open til 1am daily - helpful for late night arrivals. We would definitely return!

We've stayed at this property several years in a row. It's a spacious and comfortable property, and we look forward to returning there, same time next year!

Condo was a bit dated but very clean and spacious. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the kitchen needs some attention. Most noticeable was the age of the utensils; most of the flatware was losing its finish and gave the appearance of being dirty(was just a bit unsettling). Some other minor kitchen issues like there was no cutting board anywhere were more annoying than significant. Overall, our stay was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again!.

Super close to park city lifts, great place and very accommodating host

We had a great time. The owner and her brother were super nice. The condo is super close to mainstreet and the shuttle isnt too far of a walk. I reccomend the shuttle/bus app for your phone. You can cross country ski right out the back door. There was a ton of snow so skiing was great at both park city and canyons but i liked canyons better because you can gondola from parking lot right to the lift less walking and standing in lines. The condo is really dated so you half to remember the location is setting the price and location was almost perfect. The only con for us was the hot tub and pool hours were 4 till 9. and the water pressure in the condo was poor, probably needed repiped. I cant wait till next year always fun with good friends.
