Beautiful decor, convenient location, very thoughtful hosts.

The attention to every little detail from Cathy and Grant was unbelievable. From a bottle of bubbles for us to celebrate, to a fridge with food, to bath amenities (and candles) and just every little thing you could wish for. The list of suggestions for places to visit and every effort to make our stay comfortable. Fantastic.

The view out the front lets the feeling down somewhat but I'm also aware this is still being developed.

Great breakfast provisions. Very close - walking distance/ to cellar doors. Bird life & waking trails from villa.

fine architecture + spellbinding views across the vineyards. Loved the proximity to all the cellar doors on seppeltsfield rd. Cath and Grant also left a delightful cheese board, wine, and other treats for us so we could sample some local cuisine while we were there! the kitchenette is also perfectly stocked if you want to turn all that produce into a lovely spread. I also loved the view from the bath and being amongst the eucalyptus without having to face those outside temperatures perfect for a relaxing getaway!

The bathroom towels were not soft, they were quite rough on the skin

Breakfast included was great quality and local produce. Central location. Everything seemed no more than a 10min drive and walking distance to many wineries

Peaceful and relaxing. Bird life was amazing. Use of all local products ie bathroom toiletries, breakfast supplies and host recommendations were amazing.

I feel little packets of coffee, sugar feels better then an opened container, didn't feel fresh.
