O check-in é muito prático, as instruções são claras. O quarto é simples, mas equipado e confortável. Ambiente calmo e tranquilo, está próximo ao centro, com bastante opção do que fazer. O pequeno almoço é clássico e servem no quarto. A equipa é bastante simpática.
A comunicação poderia ser mais rápida.

Bra låssystem, fräscht och snyggt rum och badrum, sköna sängar. Hyfsat bra läge.
Kommunikationen med värden fungerade inte så bra. Man glömde dels att svara på frågor, fixade inte kaffe och te till frukosten de första dagarna, man fick påminna om toalettpapper, fixade inte TV:n m.m. Inga stora grejer, men oftast är det de små detaljerna som avgör.

Para entrar é necessário senha, no entanto não haviam nos enviado a mesma. Não conseguimos entrar quando chegamos.

Estacionamento e localização próxima ao centro
O quarto é muito bonito porém estava com bastante cheiro de mofo e o banheiro com algum cheiro de esgoto. Nós somos um casal de asmáticos e tivemos que dormir com as janelas abertas para ventilar bastante sendo que estava frio. Com as janelas abertas eu não conseguia ligar o aquecedor para compensar o frio de fora. O quarto também era no térreo e então ficamos um pouco inseguros com as janelas abertas já que qualquer um poderia entrar pelo estacionamento. E não há funcionários no local para conversar sobre o problema. Como só ficamos uma noite, nem tentamos tratar do problema com os responsáveis de forma online.

A very comfortable apartment with great parking facilities if driving. The room itself had a small kitchen area, kitted for 2 and was clean and tidy. All items you need were provided.
The bedroom was fairly small but adequate with a TV and small table and 2 stools. Bathroom was functional and clean.
My lack of understanding on access. No human interaction.

Der Service war super! Wir hatten Probleme mit der Heizung, hatten angerufen und die Dame hat gleich eine gute Lösung gefunden. Vielen dank.

Everything was perfect. It was clean, nice smelling, quiet, spacious room, big parking lot including chargers for electric cars, placed near a lot of good restaurants, easy to access room and doors.

- Easy checkin and checkout with code, clear and very friendly communication via WhatsApp.
- Very nice modern and stylish room with comortable bed, we got upgaded from twin to double bed for free.
- Room has fridge and mini kitchen.
- Nice shower and bathroom.
- Longer time in shower to go from cold to hot and vice versa..but not a big issue.

It's a very nice place. Tatiana was very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to find this guesthouse. And Leiria is an atmospheric town, with excellent restaurants, our tip:Vista. It was a perfect trip for us!

Had a mixup with the dates but Tatiana was super responsive and sorted this out for us. The stay itself was wonderful super impressed, lovely decor very clean great location. May potentially come again this week!
Automatic AC system not allowing you to adjust to the settings you actually need. We realised it wasn’t wise for us to call in the late AM to adjust this so ended up not using it at all

It was a perfect stay in a perfect place. Lovely to meet Tatiana, who was extremely helpful and made some great suggestions. Super clean, comfortable bed, good location and parking. All you need.

The location was quite close to the historical centre and easy to walk to. The breakfast was really good delivered in a carrier bag and left on the door. The building was quiet and we had a lovely time. Communication fantastic.

It perfectly suited our needs - clean, modern & comfortable room. Very clever access system using an app - no need for a “reception” area and a very responsive WhatsApp service. Great location - quiet area yet easy access to walk everywhere and lovely to be so close to the river.
Nothing we didn’t like but it would have been nice to have an area to sit outside or just a second chair to relax in the room. The shower is very small.

The communications with the host were quick and efficient. The room was perfect, everything was high quality and jus what I needed. Walking distance to good restaurants. And there was parking on the premises.

The double room was extremely nice and cosy. My colleague stayed in a single room and it was little bit too small but also cosy. The double room was exceptionally large and really nice to stay at. Breakfast was also nice but it was an additional service. The service was handeled really nicely via Whatsapp- what ever you needed to ask you got a prompt reply.
