FRENTE AL MAR - Precioso condominio en el tercer piso, con fácil acceso a la playa y amplias vistas al océano. Patio con vista al famoso Paseo Marítimo y con solo unos pasos hacia el sendero de la playa, este condominio es perfecto para una escapada a la playa. Restaurantes y tiendas están a 2 cuadras al norte, y por supuesto, la playa; solo pasos hacia adelante. El dormitorio tiene cama King, TV por cable y el baño principal tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. El segundo baño es común al pasillo. Sala de estar con cama Queen Murphy, TV de pantalla plana grande / DVD. La cocina está totalmente equipada e incluye lavavajillas. Muebles de exterior para su disfrute en el patio para ver las hermosas puestas de sol. Lavadora y secadora en el sitio disponibles para uso de los huéspedes. Estacionamiento para 2 vehículos. We stayed for a quick family getaway. The condo was clean and had kitchen supplies and beach supplies readily available. We were close to the beach and town center. The checkin and checkout was easy and the property was exactly as listed. The sliding screen door to the balcony could use a little grease, it sticks.

We had a great week here. It was clean and comfortable. It is exactly as the listing says it is. The view is amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars as that is my real rating.
Only negative for me was check-in process was a little hectic as I wasnt able/didnt receive the check-in instructions via email , had to call customer service but it all worked out.
Other than that , great location , comfy beds, clean place, and can’t beat the view over a morning cup of coffee.
Our upstairs neighbors sounded like they were playing basketball with how loud some of the thumps were , but we weren’t in the room that much to let it bother us.

Our stay would have been wonderful except for the upstairs neighbors stomping on the floor loudenough to make our light shake, and until very late at night. Zero sleep, sad on a vacation.

The location couldn’t be better! Right on the Prom. Walking to shops and restaurants an easy stroll. The only negative for us was the noise! The people upstairs were the noisiest I have ever experienced! It was like having a heard of elephants above us. Sound proofing is an issue.

the views are just what we needed. Beautiful!!! We also loved that it was so close to the beach, spent a lot of times walking the beach and going out to eat. The condo was clean and had every thing we needed. The bedroom window did let in a lot of cold air at night, it doesn't close properly and nights were cold. But other than that our stay was Great!!

this was our first time to Seaside. This condo exceeded our expectations. view is incredible. kitchen is well stocked. walkable to many restaurants and shops. will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Location was perfect - walking distance to all Seaside attractions and a great base for exploring the coast. Property was as described. Loved that there was a Murphy bed so didn’t have to deal with the hassle of the sofa bed. Access to the unit was easy and everything was clean. But bring your own frying pans! The ones in the unit could use replacing.

Everything was easy! The condo was just right for a quiet beach week. The kitchen is nice and has just about everything you'd need. There has obviously been some updating, and some things not so up-to-date, but it was lovely nonetheless.

We were looking for a gentle easy time away with a balcony view of the ocean. This was perfect. The space was just as photographed. Communication was trouble- free. No complaints.

The location was terrific. Beautiful ocean views and we walked the prom every morning and walked to dinners.
The property manager was wonderful and came over to help us with the tv.

Everything was perfect! The property was great and walking distance to everything. The view unbeatable and the unit was very well stocked. I can't recommend this rental enough- we had such a wonderful time!

It was a nice condo and the late night support staff were very nice and helpful.
Unfortunately, they were either doing loud construction on other units or loud cleaning in other units almost our entire stay - even as late as past midnight. The noise was pretty awful. Would not stay here again.

Just what the "doctor" ordered - relaxing, wonderful ocean view, west facing for perfect sunsets. Unit was spacious and comfortable for two people. Murphy bed and Hide-a-bed couch available. Sitting on balcony and watching the waves was relaxing. We will return!

Just what we needed
We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. View was amazing, all amenities needed were provided and I have nothing negative to say about it. It is very nice being able to walk to all the shops & restaurants in Seaside, it really is a great vacation spot to enjoy with your family and friends 👍🏻

Great Location
This was in a great location on the promenade within walking distance to everything in Seaside. New carpet was a plus. The rest of the unit is still dated but clean. We very much enjoyed our stay!
