Best location. Quiet property with amazing view

The property was very nice and the people were friendly and quiet.

We had a wonderful time relaxing in McCall at this great lakefront Condo for our anniversary. It is perfect for 2 people. We will be back!

Property is small and lovely at edge of Lake Payette with view. Close to ponderosa park—you walk in, no fee. 1.5 miles from McCall center. I was there in early June so it was quiet. I imagine it could be a noisy place in summer.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort in the winter. I would like to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake.

We had a wonderful time. Woke up to sunrise over the Lake and dined with sunset over the lake. The condo is clean and well equipped with everything. In fact, we only left to get lunch and do a bit of shopping. The Murphy bed is fabulous! We had a wonderful, relaxing time.

Very happy with the peaceful and beautiful location. A perfect place for me and my husband. The apt. Had everything we needed.

Fantastic waterfront view

The condo was nice, clean with a perfect lake front view. The Ponderosa state park is a wonderful slice of heaven that has the perfect something for everyone. Thank you Bob and Cheri we enjoyed our stay.

I hate to rave about this place too much... I don't want it to get booked up so we can't come back - and we do plan to return. The view from the patio is the best part of this unit - and there is a lot to enjoy with this property. We spent the first afternoon having wine on the balcony overlooking the pool, beach, and lake and brought back a pizza for dinner because we just didn't want to leave the view. So peaceful and relaxing. The sun chased us away for a few hours each afternoon but, as soon as it dipped behind the pines we were back outside. Unit feels very updated and had all the necessary items. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and filters, wine opener and wine glasses and dishware. Highly recommend this unit with one caveat. The cleaning products used to both clean the property and wash the linens had a floral aroma that i was allergic to. Had to purchase some laundry soap and wash all the linens and towels. Have not had this happen before so did not realize until after I had used the towels and opened up the bed for the night. Would recommend using a fragrance free cleaning product for counters and linens. Otherwise great place.

We went to Mc Call for a wedding at Tamarack Lodge. We drove in from California and the condo was welcoming. Super easy check in and the owner was very responsive as we were on the road and not always internet accessible. Particularly enjoyed relaxing on the deck to the sound of the lake lapping on the shoreline.

I hate to review our stay because we don't want anyone else to know how awesome it was. The unit was as described and the location was perfect, we loved everything about it, we will be back next year.

Beautiful views and great location. Can easily walk or bike to town or Ponderosa park. Great kitchen/amenities. Would have liked a way to block out/shade westward facing windows from evening glare off lake and morning light.

Truly a lakefront property with amazing amenities. We loved the pool and beach area and very much appreciated the shade from the trees and umbrellas. The property is well maintained, inside and out. The condo is a studio, but had more than enough room for 2 people. The lakefront balcony off the unit was great for morning coffee, lunches and dinners. The new murphy bed was very comfortable and easy to use. The walk into town is easy and scenic. We walked to Ponderosa State Park one evening as well. We would love to come back!

This was a great property. The condo was stocked very well, including some cooking needs. The bed was comfortable and the view was stunning. We enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Bob and Cheri’s condo. There were great views and it was well-equipped. It’s about the size of a hotel suite with the added benefits of having a full kitchen. The property is less than a 5 minute drive from town. We ended up spending more time at the property than we planned because my wife got injured during one of our excursions. We were thankful for how cozy it was. Most essentials were provided. Don’t forget to pack your shampoo! 😂 the kitchen was well-stocked and anything else you need can be found a few minutes away. The property has great water pressure that heats up fast - that’s definitely a luxury considering some of the places we’ve experienced. We stayed in mid-June but it didn’t look like the pool was open yet. Temperatures were just getting into the 60-70° range. It will probably be open in July. Bob and Cheri were great hosts. They were always responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Great opportunity for 2 to be on the lake and enjoy the scenery and activities

Beautiful place. Very quiet, very attractively and comfortably furnished. Kitchen well-stocked with good quality cookware and dishes. Spotlessly clean. It was cold outside, but the condo stayed very warm, with a fireplace for extra coziness. Owner easy to get ahold of. When we had trouble figuring out the TV remote, owner came right over and got it working. And the view was glorious.

A good find for a weekend trip. Clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the fireplace and lake view. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Would stay again!

We enjoyed a couple of peaceful days enjoying the views and shopping in town. Recommend this place for a nice quiet getaway

We've stayed at Timberlake several times, but the studio (A4) in the sky was perfect. Bob and Cheri (property managers) were helpful and quick to respond with assistance and questions. It's an excellent location and the fall colors were so vibrant.

Enjoyed stay , great location and would like to return!

Nice view

Property owners were very responsive. The view is amazing. We found it conveniently located close enough to town to walk or ride bikes and also close to the State Park. It was clean and well stocked. We do wish the bed was larger than a full (it was either a full size Murphy bed or a sleeper sofa that you’d have to fold up each day) the Murphy bed was comfortable except for the size. Overall a nice stay.

Property Managers Cheri and Bob are amazingly conscientious and keep the grounds and property beautiful and restful. The Murphy bed was so easy to use, but if the full bed isn’t big enough for you (it was comfortable for myself - an overweight older lady and my 6ft husband) the pull out sofa is equally easy to use. The heating system was straight forward and easy to use. Plenty of high quality towels and well appointed kitchen. I’m almost reluctant to give the whole experience such rave reviews because I want to keep it all to myself. Can’t go wrong with Timberlake Condos.

This property was perfect for direct water access, and was close to many restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and the owners were great! We didn't particularly care for the Murphy bed because a full was too small for our liking however, the bed itself was soft and comfortable.

Seriously the only week during the summer that we get a chance to get away and the temperatures drop to the 60°s with wind and rain. However we had a wonderful time enjoying the outdoors (biking, kayaking and walks to town) when we could. Otherwise we were so comfortable in the condo. The views were lovely. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to eat in. The shower was amazing. The water pressure was strong and the temperature was hot. The property managers were pleasant and extremely accommodating. Both Tim and I appreciated the help with the fireplace and also extending our stay. I would recommend this rental to all who want a close to town lake front property. However I won’t because I am selfish and want it to always be available when we can get away. (Wink Wink)
