This condo was the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation - swim in the ocean, walk on the beach, sit on the balcony. (There was also a pool). Walking distance to restaurants and pier. Very comfortably appointed condo. We had a lovely week.

This condo is absolutely stunning. Clean, well furnished with the best beach decor and comfort. Minutes to beach, pool and local fare. The view from the second floor looking out over the ocean was awesome. Wish I would have booked for a month!!! Kim was always available for any issues (didn’t have any issues) and Gigi had the place sparkling on our arrival. If you are looking for the perfect beach location THIS IS IT. We will be back!!

We really Enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view of the beach is very nice from the patio. We spent a lot of time sitting there and watching people on the beach. We also did a lot of walking on the beach. We also went to the park on the sound end to watch sunsets which were very pretty. The condo is well equipped and worked very well for us. We spent some time sitting on the beach and appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella available to us. There were also some other beach toys for people with younger kids.

Having been to Folly many, many times to vacation with my family, this was no doubt one of the best trips & best places to stay! Kim is an amazing host, leaving no stone unturned when it came to necessities! Condo is roomy, comfortable, well stocked, and provides the BEST oceanfront view. Loved the condo, especially the huge balcony that got perfect amount of sun, dolphin sightings and endless people watching. We never wanted to leave to go out but found some great restaurants nearby. Thanks to Gigi for thorough cleaning. Property owner, Kim was easily available to assist if needed. Easy and secure parking, well kept grounds and wonderful swimming pool along with a great beach. We will be back!!

Our family has been coming to Folly for 20+ years. Haven’t been in 8 years because of rising costs and crowds. We worked out a late summer family vacation this year… best decision! We got fall rates and no crowds!
The condo unit was great! Loved the quiet appliances! The beds were comfy. Not like our own of course. 😁 The couch is a sleeper sofa.. so not real comfy.. but we survived!
Had plenty of supplies. I appreciate little things that you don’t get in most rentals anymore .. like hand soap, cleaning supplies, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and dish soap.
They supply lots of beach towels and a key to the storage closet with beach chairs and a few beach toys.
Overall, great unit with plenty of supplies, seating and outdoor seating!!
