A beautiful vacation home. We had the beach to ourselves. The back patio and pool are a spacious and welcoming gathering place to relax or have a great time. We had the Chef Rossy (Ms. Megalina De La Cruz) cook for us for 3 of our days and they did a nice job allowing us to relax and enjoy beautifully prepared meals. Joel did an outstanding job transporting us wherever we wanted to go and was very attentive to our needs. I recommend utilizing the driver as driving in DR looks very challenging and Joel is very patient, safe and attentive. The maid(s) helped keep the house clean to allow us to enjoy ourselves. The photos capture the beauty of the house and the location. There is normal wear from being an oceanfront home, however, nothing major. The AC in the bedrooms was great to ensure sleep comfort. There is no AC in the main part of the house which is fine most of the time as there is a nice breeze. With no breeze it can get very toasty (we were there in June, so makes sense). Overall, we had an amazing trip.

We have a yearly international couples trip (5 couples) and I have to say this properly was one of the best we've stayed at. The house is stunning - from the views, to the pool, to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff was top- notch and so much fun. Alex met us upon arrival and showed us around the house, making us feel at home. He is a great host. I highly recommend this property!

Our 4 days at the villa was unforgettable, from the moment we walked into the villa we were pampered. From the luxe design, and the perfect layout, the house was ideal for large my group of friends. My particular group have been traveling together for over 15 years. Over the past 5 years we’ve all began the journey of marriage and had the opportunity to travel the world, celebrating brides. This weekend was my turn and it was truly remarkable. Since we have lots of experience traveling, we tend to be hyper organized. Alex was helpful throughout the entire planning process and I was able to have our itinerary and agenda set, months in advance. The villa staff was welcoming, generous, and made the weekend. Megalina and Ouasco made incredible dishes for us throughout the trip, they made delicious authentic dishes with ultra fresh produce and kept us nourished the entire weekend. The security was very kind, made us feel safe and we greatly appreciated their presence. The cleaning staff was very attentive and came each morning to freshen up the space, clean individual rooms, also incredibly kind. Extras:We hired Melina massage and it felt like we were on the set of White Lotus. As well as Gaby from Dharma Yoga, who created a beautiful session for us, highly recommend both. The true MVP of the weekend was our driver Joel. From the moment he picked us up to our departure, we felt safe and cared for with him as our driver. WE ALL LOVED Joel 💕

I loved the place from the amazing view to staff the cook, driver, security and housekeeper. They were fun to be around made us feel welcomed. The food that was prepared was delicious cook never disappointed us. We couldn’t wait to see what the next meal was. She out did herself everyday. The villa needs just a little work done nothing major and nothing that would prevent you from staying there. Our overall experience was simply Devine. We also felt very safe and relaxed. Alex the host was available to answer any questions that I had.

This home was AMAZING, just as pictured. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food they prepared for us was delicious. We felt very safe in the home, and we can’t wait to return again someday.

Words cannot properly describe the beauty of this property and its grounds. The general consensus amongst our group of well travelled 9 adults was that Alex’s property was one of the most beautiful destinations we ve ever been to. Communication with Alex great, cleaning staff and everyone else who helped us amazing - shoutout to Joel who drove us around and Rosi who cooked us the most amazing meals including my dad’s 60th surprise party on Day 1! Absolutely marvellous! Thank you! The house is super spacious with entrances to the rooms from both inside and outside, pool table, fast wifi and TVs dotted everywhere. Recommend wholeheartedly! 5* + Thank you Alex for having us!

A family of eleven converged on this property with ages between 15 and 75. Alex was most helpful, as were the housekeepers and the security guards. Joel the driver was phenomenal. Two great places to eat were Taco Tuesday at the Martini Bar, and Front Loop right on or near Kite Beach! Lots of activities(horseback riding, ATV excursions,etc) or enjoying the beach and the fabulous pool. Jenny gave several of us the best massage, so that was such a treat! Several trips to Janet’s Market, thanks to Joel. Great time had by all.

The house was amazing, clean and pretty much the same as the pictures. Every room had views of the beach / ocean, which felt private just for our party! The housekeepers who were also the cooks, cooked amazing Dominican style food and was extremely flexible for special requests from the guests. This house beyond served its purposes for a beautiful 45th birthday celebration for my husband! Would book this house again in a heartbeat the next time we are in DR!

The property overall is beautiful but the pictures make the house look more stunning and newer than it actually is. Once you arrive you start to notice the small things like old faucets broken cabinet doors and the wear and tear on the furniture, air conditioning, shower ext. as for amenities note that this misrepresented. The hair dryer was a must for me and this item was missing so bring your own hair dryer. Washer/dryer we were told that this can only be used to wash towels and not our clothing which was disappointing since we had children with us. Wifi did not work well in some of the bedrooms. They also locked up the room that had towels, toilet paper and paper towels which poses a problem if this is needed at night and the staff is gone for the day. There was no AC in the main area only one fan and there were nights where the temperature was too hot for the kids and older folks. Also the freezer/fridge was leaking water which made the kitchen floor slippery. Now on to the GOOD The cooks/cleaning ladies and guard were GREAT! They took care of us and made our stay pleasant. The beach is beautiful!!!

We are a group of 12 couples looking for a great getaway in Cabarete. The house itself is beautiful and lives up to the images, expect for the beach which based on the season had sting undercurrent and had a lot of debris. Great for surfers but not ideal for swimmers. The housekeepers and cooks where great to work with and very flexible with our needs. The manager Alex was also accessible and responsive. Immediate neighborhood had a lot of closed down business but there were plenty accessible within a few miles. Wilson’s Boca Seafood would be highly recommended based on the food and experience.

We absolutely loved this house! Alex the property manager was extremely helpful with all of our requests and answered our texts any time of day. Floyra the housekeeper was very kind and cooked us some of the best meals we ate in Dominican! Joel was our taxi driver and took us everywhere we needed to go at very reasonable rates and was very kind and helpful. Overall this house was beautiful and we had a fantastic stay!! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to returning again!

Wow this was such a fantastic time. Upon our arrival, Alex was there with his staff and introduced our family to everyone. Alex was very kind and had purchased us some groceries to get us through the first day. He took us through a tour of the house and reviewed everything with us. He was also very responsive any time we had questions. The house is beautiful and met all of our needs. The views were incredible! Being able to sit in the pool and look directly out to the beautiful ocean was awesome. The security guards did a great job and were very friendly. Florida and Socorro were absolutely wonderful. They took care of the house and us! We highly recommend having them cook some of your meals. Their was never any food left as our whole family enjoyed every bite!! We had great fun learning to communicate with them, some of our grandchildren could speak a little spanish and we used our translator on our phones and it worked out perfect. We also had Jenny come out two days and we each had a wonderful massage out by the pool. Highly recommend having her come to the house. It was so relaxing and she did 10 of us and every massage was great. The girls all did a horseback ride along the beach at 5pm and it was so beautiful. There was a great breeze and the pricing was very reasonable. Definitely recommend going to the Monkey Jungle!! Also recommend a couple of places we ate that were outstanding: The Crazy Ranch, Papi, Sea Horse Ranch, Vegamudo (a cute little coffee shop that has great breakfast) but the girls cooking was soooo good to top it off. We loved the DR and would not hesitate coming back and staying at the villa. Thank you so much Alex and your great staff for making our trip a memorable time.

From the moment we were picked up at the airport with a big friendly smile from Joel and warmly greeted at the Ultimate Beach House by Alex we knew we were in a special place. The house was simply stunning, the photos don’t do it justice. The beach and ocean views were spectacular and visible from every room! The beach and ocean were only steps away!! The staff Is amazing. The security was always there day and night, but unobtrusive. For our transportation needs Joel was only a phone call away and was always prompt. The pool and hot tub were cleaned daily. The housekeepers Floida and Socorro kept the house cleaned and always with a smile. They also prepared Dominican dishes that would top any restaurant. We highly recommend trying that service. Alex, our family is looking forward to a returning trip. This home and it’s service are highly recommended. Words cannot describe the vacation we experienced. Thanks for everything!

For my wife's 50th birthday 5 couples stayed in this villa. #kier50 It was perfect. Alex, the manager, was responsive and helpful. Joel, the driver was always prompt and gave great suggestions. The house is very safe with a 24/7 security guard. Floira and Socorro, the house rock stars, were amazing! As a group of people who enjoy cooking we somewhat reluctantly decided to have them do the cooking. We bought lots of random items and cut them lose and we were never disappointed! It was easier to give them cash and have them do the shopping as they knew which ingredients to buy - highly recommend that option. The house is beautiful and every room has an ocean view. Everyone commented that their beds and pillows were very comfortable. The master is much larger, but the other 5 rooms are equally nice. First day and a half we had nice calm large waves so we enjoyed some ocean swimming day and night. The wind picked up and the waves became pretty aggressive and choppy. Cabarete is somewhat remote with Sosua, a small town, nearby. Sosua was great for a little shopping and fantastic/incredibly inexpensive dinner at The Mojito Bar (a must - 4:00-8:00 is happy hour and two for one mojitos). 4 of our group of 10 took a horseback riding tour. It was quite the adventure and they loved it!! Everyone ran and/or walked the beaches, laid by the pool, sat in the hot tub, read books, played cards - all in all a perfect trip. The group chartered a snorkeling trip from SOSUA GAME FISHING. Do NOT use this charter. We paid extra to have food and drinks included. This charter, kept us waiting over almost two hours for the boat, ran out of rum in second hour (and only a couple of us were drinking it), had no punch for rum punch, fed us cheap white bread sandwiches (wasn't enough for everyone to have a whole sandwich), and only went slightly outside the cove to snorkel over one isolated tiny reef area. One of the crew must have thought the old farts too boring because he swam to a nearby anchored boat that was partying with their music overpowering ours - which the crew didn't seem to notice or care about. After being just outside the cove for an hour, they brought us back into the cove with 2 hours left of our 4 hour trip, with no food or drinks and little to see on the sandy cove bottom, we elected to end our trip a little early. This was our only disappointment during the trip. Gracias - Alex, Joel, Floira, & Socorro!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Ultimate. The house has amazing views, and it was large enough to accommodate our big group of 15 people. Soccoro and Floira were so nice. They cooked delicious meals for us. Alex, the house manager was very responsive and helped us with good recommendations. The beach was a little rough with big waves but the kids had so much fun. Such a great vacation. We would definitely go back to this villa.

There were 6 families that enjoyed this unit. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were attentive to our every need and Joel the taxi driver not only provided transportation on request but acted as a travel guide for restaurants and places to visit. The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Alex and the rest of the team were amazing. We had a few breakfasts and dinners cooked by the chef and she made wonderful Dominican meals. The house is around a 8 minute drive or 45 minute walk on the beach from the center of Cabarete. The area is very private and safe. I look forward to returning and staying at this beautiful house.

We had only been home a few hours and I already missed the entire staff at the "Casa Blanco". When I brought my entire family of in-laws & outlaws to the D.R. for vacation I was skeptical the house would be as beautiful as it appears in the VRBO pictures. It is. I was worried pre-ordering groceries, scheduling the staff to cook dinner, and the lack of air conditioning for the down stairs was going to be challenging. It wasn't. Alex and the entire staff made our stay nearly effortless so we could all relax and actually vacation. We are a family of divers who rarely visit the same place twice, but this one is worth another visit. What do we miss most? That pool. Enjoying the afternoon view while wading in the pool with a cold drink was worth the trip by itself. See below for some tips We used taxi's instead of renting a car. $20 to $30 dollars us to get to Sosua. Best dive shop - Dive Cabarete ( see Sebastian and Tanja) Best restaurant for lunch - Flip Flop O'clock, Sosua - The Fish Tacos are unrivaled Best restaurant for dinner - The ladies at the house Best grocery - super pola. They have the best selection and prices, with an ATM out front Buy lots of bottled water Buy fresh croissants

This house lives up to it's description and more. The staff at the house is friendly, helpful delightful and never in the way. We used the taxi drivers Tony and Joel that were recommended by Alex the house manager and they were both very accommodating and helpful.We all had a great vacation!

The house is beautiful as shown in the photos. We had 6 couples with us and everyone loved the house. The pool was gorgeous, which was cleaned daily by two housekeepers - they were super nice but spoke every little English however they understood what we were saying for the most part. They kept everything clean and cooked breakfast one day; I wish we would have utilized them more but we didn't feel like grocery shopping and figuring out meal plans. The guards were nice and we felt protected without feeling uncomfortable. We absolutely loved Joel, our dedicated driver, who Alex referred. He was fabulous and took us wherever we wanted to go. We highly recommend using his services. He transferred us to & from the airport, into town to eat and to 27 Waterfalls (highly recommend) he was just a phone call away and would wait for us wherever we went. I only have a few dislikes; there is no AC in the common living area so we had to leave the front door and back sliding glass doors open - in the morning it was hot but as the day progressed there was a nice breeze. The bedrooms have AC and felt great but the beds were harder than I like. The surrounding buildings and area were a little sketchy however when you arrive at the house it's worth it. The view of the pool / ocean is OUTSTANDING. I would stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us and the experience we had staying here.

The Ultra Modern Beachfrotn Villa was truly amazing. The house has everything you could want, it is well appointed, extremely spacious and the finishes are beautiful. We were concerned it may be to modern and cold, but it is much warmer in reality. It is close to Caberete, the pool is beautiful, it has a spa, the beach outfront is gorgeous. To boot, the staff was wonderful, especially the housekeeping crew, Flowida and her Sister who provided daily cleaning, prepared us meals, did art projects with our kids and were very accomodating. My only constructive criticism is the bedding could be better, owner should disclose you are not able to use the pool table and there is one very large master suite (don't get me wrong, the rest of the rooms are nice, it just would be nice to have one more well sized master when you are traveling with two families). Finally, it would be nice to have an option for concierge type services (for a price) to book things like tours, in home yoga, massage, etc. Based on what you get for the price, I would give it 6 stars. We looked at dozens of houses close to Cabarete and I am confiident this is the best house. We would definietly rent here again!

I can't say enough kind words about Alex (the manager) and the staff that welcomed us in Cabarate. We had the pleasure of staying at two of Alex's properties and both were pristine. There is a tremendous amount of care that is going into maintaining these houses and grounds and it's evident when you arrive. The house is kept clean at all times without ever feeling crowded. Floria made delicious meals at this home and Jenny at the second home. Annie was the best babysitter one could ask for and really made the fun in the vacation possible for those of us with little ones. I would absolutely go back to this house or any of Alex's properties. Thank you for a great experience.
