Ubicado en la tranquila comunidad de Grove by The Sea. Esta casa de 3 pisos estilo Florida Beach Cottage tiene un plano de planta muy abierto, perfecto para entretener a familias pequeñas y grandes por igual. Dos habitaciones principales (una king-size, una queen-size), una litera con capacidad para cuatro y un loft con un cómodo sofá cama y nido. Todas las habitaciones son espaciosas, con pisos de madera en todas partes y paredes con solapas en todo el nivel principal y el piso de arriba principal.
Pasee por la mañana a través de la comunidad de Sea Grove hacia las arenas blancas como el polvo de la playa de Sea Grove. Pasa todo el día en la playa o escapa a los tres grandes porches cubiertos donde puedes pasar toda la tarde leyendo o jugando.
Cuando llegue el hambre, prepárese algo para comer en nuestra espaciosa cocina totalmente equipada, o vaya en bicicleta a Seaside para cenar y tomar un helado. Una de las dos piscinas comunitarias está ubicada a solo dos lotes, y las canchas de tenis a pocos pasos de distancia. Bicicletas (uso bajo su propio riesgo) y sillas de playa también están disponibles. ¡No te decepcionará nuestra hermosa casa junto al mar!

Overall, it is a very beautiful property that is well located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The manager was very responsive to all of our requests, only issue was the amount of hot water seemed low after our shower. Otherwise, we look forward to our next stay at the property.

Our family of 5 adults have stayed here three summers. There's plenty of room for more people. Four BRs, 3.5 baths, lots of comfy seating in the den and outside on the three porches, a chef's kitchen, bikes and beach chairs! Meticulously clean. Can't wait to return next summer!

We loved this house and it's layout. The house was comfortable and clean and we love the neighborhood (not our first time - liked this house better!). The house provides bikes and the ice machine is a great bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent. We'll look forward to booking again. :)

The house was beautiful, lots of porches, quick walk to pool, and easy access to beach. Only complaint was minimal towels provided at the site requiring us to wash a load each day to make sure we had enough. Everything else was great.

This house literally was one of the best rentals we have stayed at. No details were missed! We loved the front wrap porch and the kitchen was amazing and plenty of room to sit for 7 people and watch tv! Comfy beds and beautiful baths! The only things you need except food would be body soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Also laundry detergent if you need to wash clothes. The location was perfect! Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home that had almost everything we needed! Bicycles provided with three locks saved us several hundred dollars in rentals. There are plenty of utensils and dishes, nice appliances. Beds are very comfortable. If someone plans to stay in the loft it gets really hot up there so plan accordingly. The house is a little over a mile bike ride to Seaside but that wasn't a problem for my crew. Beach access is easy to locate. If you haven't been to Seagrove, be aware that it is changing very rapidly. Although there was no construction close to this house, there is ongoing construction everywhere, as older beach homes are torn down and newer, very large homes are built. I've visited this area for over a decade, but it has grown so much, I'm just not sure how it will be in the future. Don't hesitate to visit this home, located one lot away from the community pool. Fantastic place! My only complaint was finding only a single wash cloth in the master bath. I'm guessing the cleaning crew just forgot.

The house was just as wonderful as the pictures. We have stayed in many houses on 30A through the years and this was the best equipped property yet. Kitchen had good quality products and anything you could desire, great selection of beach chairs and bikes. Will definitely rent again!

We rented this house for Thanksgiving week. Instructions and explanations were timely and clear, the house was clean and as described in the ad. There was plenty of room for us all. We were pleasantly surprised with the generous amount of bicycles and beach supplies.

Staying at “Seas The Day” was just what our family needed! This is our second time staying in this neighborhood, and to me it is heaven! My children loved how close we were to the pool (just down one house!) and I loved the beautiful kitchen that was well stocked with cooking pans and common tools used. We rented a golf cart for the week which allowed us to quickly access the beach, Seaside, Goatfeathers, and the donut store! Everything was clean and there was lots of space to spread out around the house. The front porch was also one of my favorite aspects of the visit! We would definitely come here again!

We’ve stayed in Grove By the Sea multiple times but this was probably one the nicest properties. Everything is as listed. Ken the owner is welcoming and easy to communicate with. We’d stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. It was the perfect size as we all felt like there was plenty of room to hang out together, but we also had our own spaces to retreat at the end of the day. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Would definitely recommend this property.

We could not have been more happy with our location at Grove by the Sea. This is our 6th stay on 30A and our third time is Seagrove. We finally found the absolute perfect location. We were close to the beach, yet once we got into the neighborhood, it felt like we were miles away from the hustle and bustle of 30A. The home is towards the back of the neighborhood, but still a short bike ride from the beach. Being just around the corner from the pool was a huge plus, as we had a week of double red flags so no ocean swimming. The location was amazing, but the house itself was also wonderful. The master suite on the first floor was to die for. The listing of a master on the second floor is a bit of a stretch, as the bed is much smaller, and the bathroom is nothing to write home over, but it does have an amazing second story porch off the bedroom. The wrap around screened in porch was one of our favorite features, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The check-in process was seamless and we really enjoyed our stay. We will absolutely be back.
