Just steps from the beach! Loved the ocean view from the deck and the lovely community pool. All linens and necessities were supplied. Great communication with the owner. The master was separated from the other 2 bedrooms which tor us worked well.

Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for everything you need in a vacation. Everything you could need for your stay is included, clean fresh linens, towels for the kitchen, pool, beach, all the accompaniments for beach fun, too! Perfect for 6 people stay where you don't feel on top of each other if you need space away. Owners so friendly and communicative to ensure your stay is amazing!! Amazing Week
The best part about this rental is that you don’t even need shoes to get to the beach. It has everything you could imagine, even the beach towels. It made the trip so mush less stressful, not having to worry about everything. The owners answered any questions quickly. I highly recommend this property for families of all ages. Amazing property and owner!
"Wow" is all I can say!! First off, the condo was super clean and decorated beautifully. The bedrooms were very nice sizes, with king beds in two rooms. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. Towels, linens, and even beach towels were provided. The property also had sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, rafts, a beach wagon, tons of tupperware containers, dishes, pots/pans, koozies, toilet paper, etc. Basically, everything we could possibly need was provided for us. The ONLY (very minor) complaint we had was that the deck furniture was not very comfortable. BUT, the view was amazing, and everything else was so great about the place that it easily made up for that one little thing! As for the property managers, we could not have been happier. Andy responded very quickly to every question I had, and let us into the condo earlier than expected. It was clear that he was willing to do everything possible to make our stay comfortable and fun. The little "extras" like digital clocks in the bedrooms, deodorizer sprays and nice soaps in the bathrooms, and clean quilts on every bed were appreciated, and it made the place top notch. All in all, we had a great week - so great that we already booked the condo for next year! Thank you to Andy and Cheri!

This unit was nicely decorated with attractive bed linens, throw pillows, and living/dining area furniture. The kitchen was updated. It felt clean and inviting. The host sent pictures and videos of how to access the garage and the unit. This was helpful. It was a great place to celebrate our daughter’s 20th birthday.

Everything was wonderful! Plenty of space for 3 adults and two active toddlers. Everything we could have needed was available condo was beautiful and had plenty of space well equipped kitchen. And we loved the view from the balcony and master bedroom. We will stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, however we were not notified that the pool would be closed prior to our arrival and the listing did not mention the 3rd floor and the steps involved. My mother recently had knee surgery so we would had chose differently had we known. Other than that everything was clean, the view was great and accessibility to beach chairs and toys was greatly appreciated.

Cozy and great location
We loved the location - 60 seconds walk to the beach and 30 secs to the pool; easily accessible to all major attractions i.e. food, groceries and pretty much any other attraction.
Excellent place to relax with children and friends - kids friendly location and the beach and the pool was very accessible and clean.
Same idea for the house - cozy and clean; it includes everything needed from kitchen tools to swimming noodles and fishing poles; appliances and bathrooms somewhat outdated but not a problem. Also, one car parking only with the second car behind the garage - not an issue but must move cars occasionally.
Definitively recommend especially for a family with children and definitively will be back. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Thank you, Andy.

Great week at the beach
Wonderful vacation property! Easy access to pool and beach and ability to leave all your beach chairs and toys in the garage so you don’t have to keep hauling them upstairs.
Condo was clean, well stocked, bed comfortable, view from balcony spectacular.
Andy was gracious and accommodating and responded immediately to any concerns.
Only negative is that the balcony furniture is well worn and could be replaced.
Also, the two flights of stairs could present issues for those who have trouble negotiating stairs.

Great week at the beach! June 2019
We really enjoyed our stay at "The Beach'. This was our first time staying in Surfside Beach although we have stayed in Myrtle Beach for many years. The property was exactly as Andy described, with a great view of the beach, all the amenities of home including the closed in garage space. We even rented a golf cart so we were able to take the cart to Garden City and other restaurants on the beach and had room to park it in the garage too. We would definitely stay here again, thank you for sharing your home with us!

What a lovely oceanfront beach condo! We absolutely loved it! The view from the living room and master bedroom is absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking! The condo is lovely and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all you need to cook meals. Anyone on the fence, better jump, you won’t regret it! Surfside Beach is amazing! We loved walking the beach at night! It is as described , a family beach! Andy was a phone call away if needed. We only needed to initially make contact for the key info and exit info. Wonderful beach vacation!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. My husband, our girls and his parents all enjoyed our stay. The house was set up great with everything we needed and then some! The sand toys and extra chairs were a great bonus (especially since one of our chairs broke). Andy was quick to respond to all our questions. The beach house was perfect for our family of 7. It was very clean, and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and take home clean laundry! We love staying on the beach, which is a short walk from the property. The only problem that we had was there are two flights of steep steps that my elderly mother had some trouble with. I would recommend the property to anyone with a young family!

Owner was very responsive and helpful. The unit is nicely decorated. We cooked in often and found the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved that we could walk directly to the beach from our unit. It made it easy to carry chairs and cooler for those that wanted to spend the day on the beach.
