This house has everything you need and more. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beds are comfortable. Outdoor patio area is so beautiful and so much fun! Pool, hot tub, outdoor tv, shade and protection from bugs and rain. The neighborhood is quiet and has easy access to everything on Marco Island. This is our second stay and I can’t wait to stay in this house again. The owner is so easy to work with and very helpful!!

Overall house was nice.
Check in was simple. Owner was very responsive. Our stay was unfortunately incredibly rainy. We did find about 5 cockroach’s during our stay between kitchen and bedroom. However, we understand it’s not uncommon in the south. House could use a few minor repairs but nothing that would make us not stay again. We also swept up plenty of dog hair maybe from previous renter (this is pet friendly house but maybe needed swept better). Pool was enjoyed. Fishing was fun off the dock (red, pork, and catfish, were mostly caught). We loved the bikes and enjoyed cruising around the island. Beach chairs were great! Pantry and supplies were stocked well!

Being able to spend the entire month of March in this lovely home in Marco was such a great experience . As like all the other commenters, the house was filled with everything you could ask for …and more . The host was quick to respond to our questions and concerns . The outdoor room was definitely the “ room of choice”. We spent most of our waking hours there. The street is most lovely with nice neighbors who actually spoke to you !
The area on the lanai allowed our dogs to see what was going on , and allowed us to conveniently let they out .
Kim had supplied ample + towels and conveniences so we were totally set to enjoy her home . Thank you for allowing us to use your home for a relaxing month away from the cold .

From the minute we walked in we felt welcome. Everything we needed to begin our vacation was there. The location was perfect for our planned activities and the neighborhood is a comfortable place for walking the dog. Kim was prompt to responding to the few questions we had during our stay. There is not a better way to say we enjoyed our time in this home than to say we have already reserved this home for 2025.

We visited Marco Island over Thanksgiving break. We loved the house and it was nice having the kayaks to use (we didn’t use the paddle boards). The house is stocked with everything you could want and communication with the owner was great (and timely!)

We had a great time staying at the house in Marco Island. The house had everything that we needed and was perfect for my wife and I and our six children. The location is great and we were able to bike to the beach and had everything that we needed to enjoy a great beach day! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 2nd time at this property. Just like last year the house was perfection! Kim is super attentive, sets up the house to make it feel like you are home. Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of linens, and towels for all activities. We love the organization of it all - little reminders on using and keeping everything clean and in the right place. The pool and spa are the focal point for us as we spent much time outdoors where this plenty of seating for relaxing dining and sun! Inside is peaceful and comfortable too for our evenings! We highly recommend this property!

The home is very clean, well maintained, and organized. The house was very stocked so it made it easy since we flew into Fort Myers. Towels (bathing, pool, beach), bikes, beach chairs, pool blow-ups, coolers, plastic wear, fully functional kitchen, two refrigerators, etc. Although we did not use, there are kayaks, paddleboards, an outside fire pit for smores, tennis rackets, beach bags, and fishing poles. It was very easy to rent a golf cart (they delivered and picked-up). Kim is fabulous, very responsive, organized and checks in during your trip to make sure everything is okay. I highly recommend and we will be back for sure!

My husband and I along with our three kids and two of their friends (ages 17-20) had the most wonderful week at Marco. This was our second time to the island, but our experience at the Adirondack Owl was beyond expectations
The house, pool area and dock were gorgeous, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Kim has thought of everything!
The beds were comfy with lots of extra pillows. The bathroom was amazing! The sectional sofa and extra throws made for a great spot to get cozy and read a book or take a nap. The kitchen was stocked with all the conveniences of home…and then some! The laundry room had everything you could imagine. The garage was full of all the fun things for the beach. Bikes, backpack chairs & umbrella, floats, beach towels/blankets, cooler, cup holders, fishing poles & more! The lanai was the best. The sitting area, loungers, grill, hot tub and pool were perfect for anytime, day or night. The fire pit was the perfect place to enjoy s’mores. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. And when I had to do a little work, the desk area came in handy. Plenty of towels for everyone, lots of closet space with hangers and phone chargers everywhere!
It was all the little extras that made this place PERFECT! Kim really has outdone herself with this house to give her renters the very best experience ever! You really just need your clothes and a toothbrush!

Very clean , well appointed and maintained.. fully stocked pantry. More glassware., dishwater, utensils and flatware than you could possibly use. anything that breaks is promptly replaced or repaired. Responsive hostess, lovely pool and hot tub. Extra fridge in the garage for drinks. Only downside is you can’t park in the garage due to 8 bikes, extra beach supplies, and linens. Hostess of thngs and will resolve any issues promptly.is right on

Beautiful home and accommodated all 7 of us very well along with all the equipment extras. Marco Island bounced back surprisingly well after hurricane Ian and we enjoyed the beach and restaurants. We loved going to Wootons Everglades airboat rides and it was so educational.

Our stay at Kim’s property could not have been more perfect. She has thought of every amenity to make you feel at home. The decor, location and attention to detail make this a very special place. We were so happy to spend the week here making wonderful memories.

We arrived late Saturday night after multiple flight delays. The next morning as the adults went for a bike ride, the 16 & 19 yr old boys in our group made some poor choices and jumped from the lift and deck into the canal. Nothing was harmed or damaged. Who would think to say “hey boys don’t jump from the lift” before we left on the bikes? After the horrible ordeal to get there the day before they were just being boys and blowing off steam. Noone could have anticipated them doing that. However, from that point on we were treated like white trash. I have never in my life experienced anything like it and we’ve stayed at several rental properties. I took full responsibility and listened to her full on lecture for about 45 minutes and apologized numerous times. She had her friends come by, Homewatch come every single day (we weren’t even trusted to put the trash out even after being lectured for 15 minutes just on the importance of trash collection), the pool guy come three times and additional cameras installed which took an entire day. We were made to feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. It’s very hard to relax and enjoy yourself when someone is constantly showing up. We paid a lot of money to stay at this big brother house and with the exception of that first day we followed all of her rules. In conclusion, if you have young people DO NOT stay here. As far as the house goes the master shower had black hairs (I’m blonde) all around the base, one of the shower heads wouldn’t work, a huge roach in the back bedroom, and a doorbell that went off at all hours of the day and night after her “tech” guy installed the cameras.

We stayed a couple of weeks after hurricane Ian. Our host updated us constantly before and after. Repairs were completed before our stay it was as if it never happened. A lovely home ,very well equipped and comfortable.

This house is spectacular in every way! Ample space for everyone (we had 4 adults) both in and out of the house. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool and spa (super simple to use). The grill is perfect for nights you’d rather stay “home” to watch the palm trees rustle and the light to fade. Kim is highly attentive and has planned for every basic need plus luxurious wants - the useful welcome basic basket (thank you because I forgot my shampoo so the little bottle came in handy!) comfortable beds, dozens of towels for bath pool and beach, drink fridge in garage, I could go on and on! The kitchen has everything needed including extras other houses do have (spices and oils, soaps and cleaners). We used the kayaks and paddle boards a few times to venture on the canal. This was sincerely the best VRBO! Thank you Kim for opening your home for others who fall in love with Marco Island!

Beautiful clean house. It had everything we needed—a great location and a dock for fishing. Kim, the owner, has everything you could need for a beach vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable. We were centrally located to the beach and restaurants. Kim responds to texts quickly. This was the first time we used VRBO, and we hope all experiences are like this one.

Beautiful Property
The house was beautiful and clean. There is a great pool and hottub area and it is right on the canal for fishing and kayaking. The owners thought of everything-- beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, smart tvs, games, etc. I would highly recommend this house.

Family vacation '22
This was our first time to Marco Island and it did not disappoint! The house was amazing! Great location and a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 to spread out. The house had everything you could ask for. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking essentials, plenty of beach/pool towels to use, and the toys (kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes) were great! Actually the bikes got used the most. This is how we got to the beach everyday, so I feel they were essential! The owner, Kim, was extremely easy to talk to and responded quickly if there was a question. We would rent this house again!

Marvelous Marco Family Vacation
Hands down! A fabulous property! Owners have thought of everything. From the comfy towels to every kitchen utensil one would need...including beer cozies, grill tools and a top of the line Keurig Coffeemaker. All beds were super comfortable. Great great outdoor/pool space including many choices of seating sunspots and privacy. Highly recommended.,,can't miss as your next vacation home rental.

Relaxing trip, beautiful house!
This house is better than described. Everything you could possibly need is provided at the house. It is a home away from home. The pool and hot tub are perfect. Lots of outdoor seating, beautiful quiet location. The beds were very comfortable.
Use of paddle boards, kayaks and bikes is really nice and just adds to the experience. We have many great family memories from this amazing trip. We definitely would stay here again. Thank you Kim.

The Adirondack Owl is Everything You’re Looking For
My husband, daughter-20, son-18, and myself stayed for 1 week at this amazing house. There were only 4 of us but it could easily accommodate 8. Seriously Kim has thought of everything. This was our first trip to Marco Island and we were so impressed with the town & especially the house. The pool is HUGE with a really nice deep end and the covered patio is so comfortable. The hot tub was perfect and very easy to operate. Also if you want pool floaties you need to bring / buy your own. Basically if we were home, we were either in the pool or hanging out on the patio. I can’t stress enough how quiet and secluded and private the patio / pool area is, it felt like we had the whole canal to ourselves. The kids loved the kayaks & stand up paddle boards, and the special lift for them made it so easy to get in & out. It’s an easy 10 minute bike ride to the beach & we used the bikes every day. Everything in the house was clean & well labeled but if we had any questions at all, Kim responded to any text immediately. Beds and linens were all very comfortable & the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We saw lots of fish from the dock & even a dolphin. We did go on a dolphin / shelling tour which I would highly recommend. We had a family of dolphins swimming in our wake & saw a sea turtle, shark, manatee, and found amazing shells on one of the smaller islands. Between the bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards being included, we absolutely felt that we got a great deal for our money. Honestly by the second day my husband and I agreed that next time we’ll stay for 2 weeks, because 1 just wasn’t enough. 😊

Perfect Home
We rent on Marco Island 2-3 times a year always on the water/canal. Most rental homes although tastefully decorated always feel cold and lacking in personal touch. This home was different. You really felt like you were staying in a tastefully designed beach house with amenities galore. More so then any other home we rented. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs (that really work unlike some rental homes) Pool towels, linens, kitchen utensils, you name it. Owner was super accommodating and easy to reach via text if needed and was always quick to respond. Added bonus: This owner included two paddles boards and two kayaks with a refundable damage deposit. We enjoyed afternoon paddles on the water and even saw a few dolphins. We will definitely be renting again. To sum up: Excellent rental home and professional, friendly go above and beyond home owner who was a pleasure to deal with.

Beautiful house but owner should not be renting
We love renting properties and have always had great experiences. This house was nice, but from the moment we got there we were very overwhelmed by the owner constantly messaging us and telling us that we had left a door open for too long, that we didn’t turn the spa on exactly the way she wanted. We honestly felt like we were being “watched” and it was a little creepy to be honest. We did as much laundry as we could when we left but she was upset that we hadn’t washed all the linens and towels. If you don’t mind being completely hounded and micromanaged then this house would be great, but it was honestly a pretty stressful experience. We own rentals and own a lake home in Wisconsin, so I feel like we are overall good guests but I think the bottom line is this is NOT a good property for families. We had rented golf carts, which were supposed to be picked up on Saturday (we checked out a day early), and when they weren’t picked up on time she was furious. We generally don’t like to leave things on bad terms so we offered to pay her for the extra laundry and leaving the golf carts (by accident) since she was so upset about the linens and towels, but she told my husband she would not take anything. Overall a nice house but not worth the stress! Our friends rented a house over on Lamplighter that was a much less stressful experience so we will probably look there for next time!

Amazing property
We had an awesome time at the Sackett’s. The location is perfect. The home and pool are special. They have thought of all of the little things to make our stay memorable. Kim was so responsive and even accommodated our refrigerated items from a prior rental. We have already booked next year. Thank you Kim and family!

Five stars across the board
This was our seventh Marco Island seasonal rental. Kim’s house is the only one to which we will return. The house is immaculate and beautifully furnished. The lanai is large and has ample areas of sun for those who want to sun bathe and shade for those who don’t. There is also a large TV on the lanai with a seating area, as well as a dining table for 8. The hot tub has strong jets and a great heater. The bath towels and pool towels appear to be brand new. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has its own TV. The kitchen has a brand new large refrigerator and has every appliance and gadget you would need to whip up drinks and a meal: 2 blenders, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, each with a starter pack of coffee, a food processor, a hand mixer and a huge supply of glassware, dishes and flatware. The laundry room has a washer and dryer big enough to handle large loads, and a rack upon which you can hang clothes as they come out of the dryer so they don’t get wrinkled. Best of all is Kim, the hostess. She was always available to answer questions and provide advice. She went way above and beyond for us to accommodate our needs. When the 2 year old dishwasher failed due to a manufacturer defect, and the repair service had a 3 week backlog, she bought a new one and had it delivered and installed within days. When we needed a plumber, he was there in a day. Needless to say we are already booked for next year.

A Perfect Vacation!
I have rented frequently from VBRO and this property is the best! Kim makes you feel like a guest in her home - with timely communication, a gift bag when you arrive and a home that is so comfortable. The kitchen is as well stocked as mine at home - so cooking is a breeze. But the true perfection is the outside living area - a pool, a hot tub, area for eating, area for relaxing and an outdoor tv! My whole family loves this property.

Great vacation in a beautiful home and property!
We had the pleasure of spending the week at this beautiful resort home. It was just as beautiful as the pictures showed. Perfect location, beautiful pool, hot tub and dock, bikes, chairs, kayaks, paddleboards and beautiful beaches! When not at the beach or eating at a wonderful restaurant, we spent most of our time in the beautiful outdoor living space. Kim, the owner was wonderful from start to finish and was very helpful with anything you needed or wanted to know. The house was stocked with everything and anything you can think of and the most organized house I have ever been in. It was a perfect family reunion in a tropical paradise. Thank you Kim! I would highly recommend a visit to this beautiful property!

All around awesome experience
Everything about this booking was awesome. Kim went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed. She kept me informed of a tropical storm and conditions that we would be flying into. She let us check in early and was very helpful with any questions we had. She made travel a breeze and gave us recommendations on fun things to do, restaurants etc. She emailed me list and the house had a detail book with everything the island has to offer. The house was immaculate and everything was labeled for easy use. The outside area and pool was our favorite part. The pool was beautiful and had a hot tub connected. Our kids had a blast jumping into and playing in the pool.. There was plenty of seating, a grill and TV for entertainment outside. We put a deposit down to use the kayaks and paddle boards which I highly recommend. The canals are easy to navigate and the bays are beautiful. There was plenty of beach equipment for our family of 8 to enjoy the beach without the hassle of bringing our own chairs umbrella towels toys etc. The house also comes with bikes to cruise the island. I highly recommend this house and plan on renting again next year. Thank you again Kim for being such a great host!

We are a family of 6, ranging all the ages, and there was something for everyone to stay busy inside and out. Beautifully appointed back patio where we spent most of our time. They really have thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and stress-free. The home is comfortable and in a great neighborhood. We didn’t want to leave! Great, helpful communication from the owner the entire time. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back. Thank you for having us!

Kim’s place has it all! Can’t say enough about this property! A huge kitchen stocked with everything you need and plenty of space! A pool area that is amazing! That is where we spent most of the time. A huge pool and a hot tub. A wonderful comfy huge seating area outside and inside. Kim’s house has all the things you need to go to the beach chairs,coolers,umbrellas,etc..We also used the kayaks and paddle boards on property. No charge just a deposit! It was a perfect house with everything you need No Vrbo has ever come close to this house! If your undecided trust me you won’t be disappointed! Close to restaurants and beaches. Also Bikes to ride around in. Less then 5 min drive to beach. Less then 10 min bike ride to beach! Thanks Kim we had an amazing time on Marco Island! We will be back! Your house has it all and it was absolutely beautiful! We had smiles all week!
