Condominio planta baja de dos dormitorios en el hermoso complejo Sea Woods justo al otro lado de la calle del océano. Cocina totalmente equipada, comedor, sala de estar con sofá cama, dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size, la segunda habitación tiene dos camas individuales. Baño principal tiene una ducha grande y de invitados baño con combinación de ducha / bañera. Lavadora y secadora. Buena zona de patio y privado y nuestro apartamento está a pocos pasos de la piscina principal. Sea Woods es sólo un hermoso lugar con 53 acres de exuberantes jardines, tres piscinas con una de ellas climatizada, un gimnasio bien equipado, una sauna y todas las cosas para que sea cómodo. La playa libre del coche se encuentra a pocos pasos de distancia y hay tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. New Smyrna Beach está a una hora de Orlando y todas las grandes atracciones.

This condo is lovely! It was exactly as pictured in the write up. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated with a tropical theme. This condo is located just a walkway from the ocean and the complex has three pools! The owner, Joseph was excellent in communicating with us. He wanted to make sure that everything was great!
I would highly recommend considering a stay at Joseph’s lovely condo!

We were a 7 minute walk from beach and had 3 pools in the community to choose from. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Everything was lean and ready to go. Bed was comfortable and it is convenient to the beach.

Our stay was great and Joseph was very helpful and always available. He was quick to answer questions and respond to my texts. The condo was beautiful and everything worked great! Right across from the largest pool at Sea Woods, and convenient to the beach! Enjoyed my stay here, got caught up on rest and reading! Hope to stay again sometime!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was perfect for our family beach vacation.
The check in process was easy and communication was good throughout our stay.
The property had everything we needed. There were towels for the beach, a few beach toys, chairs and even an umbrella (we did not use it since we had our own). The walk to the beach was easy and short. Internet was easy to connect to and was fast enough to support the days where we had a to a bit of remote work.
The onsite pool was great and just a few steps from the property. We did not use the tennis courts, but they were close as well. We enjoyed the walking trails all through the neighborhood.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make meals. The knives were sharp, and it was a rare find that there was a even kettle (since we enjoy making tea a lot it was a big plus).
We hope to be able to return in future. This was a great rental. Thank you!

Great place with a great location to pools and the beach. Very comfortable and enough room for the 4 of us. This was our first time back to the area in over 20 years and would be happy to come back soon.

AMonth at the Beach
We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo’s location is perfect-ground floor with no noise upstairs, very close to pools and beach access.

Excellent experience
We enjoyed staying there. A comfortable apartment, well decorated and very clean. The location is perfect: walking distance to the beach and nearby supermarkets. Joe, the host, has prepared everything for our stay, including living and kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas as well.

Pool was right beside our condo and 5 minute walk to the beach. Joe was great to work with and the condo is immaculate. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in NSB.

Lovely spot
Everything was great about this property except the twin bed mattresses and the pull-out couch mattress. Springs are a bit old school and quite unexpected- but otherwise fantastic in every way!

Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed a wonderful stay in New Smyrna Beach. The condo was very clean and well maintained. And it was in a great location, with easy access to the beach, super markets, shopping etc. Joe was very courteous and super efficient with communication, ensuring a very comfortable stay. NSB Vacation
The condo was very clean and the area was nice and quiet. Location of the Sea Woods was great for easy access to beach and restaurants. We also enjoyed the walking paths and the pool when we had some free time. We highly recommend this area.

Clean and roomy
Found everything as described. Had a wonderful stay at the condo and the pool. Easy walk to the beach, which wasn't crowded at all.hopefully we can get this unit again in the future.

Our family had a wonderful time. The accommodations were lovely and very comfortable. We were just across the street from the beach which was great. We plan to return to this area and hopefully can stay in this same unit at Sea Woods.

Great location. Quick walk to the beach and a short drive to the Speedway
Joe was extremely easy to deal with communicating well before my arrival day with the details of how to access the property as well as providing simple driving directions. The condo is right across the street from the beach. Utilizing the nearby pedestrian crossing signal and walking the boardwalk I was easily on the beach in under 5 minutes. The condo was also just a short 25 minute drive to the Speedway. Nearby grocery stores and numerous restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone planning on spending some time in the area.

Excellent Condo in an excellent location
We would highly recommend staying at this condo. The condo was well equipped for us; from the kitchen to the linens. Being able to run some things through the wash was a bonus that many condos don't offer. It's an easy walk to the beach and the pools at the condo were a nice change when we tired of the sand. This beach town has many nice restaurants and little shops worth checking out. We paddle boarded and went to a near by state park. An awesome location for a family get away!

Awesome place to stay!!
We enjoyed staying at the Sea Woods condo with all the amenities, and the well stocked pantry. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The short walk to the beach was convenient as well as the shopping centers and grocery stores. It is also convenient to go and explore the other towns north and south of New Smyrna Beach. We had a wonderful vacation and the owners were only a phone call away if there were any problems. We will absolutely visit this same condo again in the future. The condo was cozy and well maintained. The coastal decor was a nice touch. The pools and tennis courts were too knotch. The proximity to the Atlantic Ocean was a huge bonus. I would strongly recommend this place to others. New Smyrna Beach is fantastic!

We loved deocor of the condo very tropical and beachy! It's very close to the no drive beach and pool, which is great with kids. There are plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking there. If you are interested in eating out resturants are just a short drive. The rooms were perfect for our family. We had a great family vacation!

This condo was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. It is just a short walk to the beach. The owners are wonderful to answer any questions you may have quickly. I highly recommend renting this condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joe and Anita's condo. It was well-appointed and literally 30 seconds to the pool and maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend renting this condo - we had a fabulous time! Joe could not have been more helpful!
