Tolle Einrichtung des Hotels, schönes, sehr sauberes und großzügiges Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal!

Alles war toll.

Miła pomocna obsług. Pani nawet wydrukowała mi bilet lotniczy jak ją poprosiłem. Pokój czysty bardzo wygodne łóżko dużo poduszek. Czysta Wygodna łazienka. Bardzo ładny wystrój. Cicha okolica. Porty USB przy gniazdkach elektrycznych. Ogrzewanie z możliwością ustawienia co 1 stopień. Fajny bar. Jak będę jeszcze raz w Londynie na 100% sprawdzę w pierwszej kolejności dostępność pokoi.

Trochę za mały wybór na śniadaniu (kwestia personalna) może dla tego że lubię dużo zjeść na śniadanie. Ale głodny nie wyszedłem.

Excellent service & super friendly front desk, the room was very nice and had everything we needed. The bathrobes provided were super comfy too. The bar and the lobby area looks very nice too. Definitely would stay again when in London.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel, room feels luxurious, clean and smells nice.

Nothing I didn’t like. But to note that it doesn’t have a lift so please consider if you are coming with big luggage, will have to heave it up the narrow stairs.

Very close to St Pancras station. The staff is very helpful, friendly, professional. Nice to have complementary tea and coffee all day. Beds are very comfortable.

The hotel is very small but this isn’t a major issue. No elevator. Very good location but I found it very expensive for the overall quality.

We received a warm welcome from the hotel manager Olly and he’s great at making us feel comfortable! the hotel is very near to King Cross station and easy to find. Bed is comfortable and room is very clean as well. I’m Definitely calling out the pressure of the bath is amazing.

We’re at the basement level and right below breakfast area. Sound proofing wasn’t great for this

It was a great hotel location wise, really easy to get to. The room was clean and the staff were lovely and friendly! Our room had a balcony which was lovely to have a cup of teaon in the morning. The room was smaller than the pictures make out though but was still a good size.

We didn't sleep too great as the room was very warm even with the aircon on and we could hear staff and people moving around as our room was above the main desk.

Utmärkt hotell nära St Pancras. Bra rum och bra frukost, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Praktiskt med kylskåp på rummet. En del kul detaljer

Lite väl mörk inredning (t.ex. svart toalett) för min smak, men det gör väl inget. Lite svårt att begripa hur belysningen i rummet fungerade, Av miljöskäl är det onödigt att byta handdukar varje dag när jag hängt upp dem ordentligt.

Me and my partner both only thought the bath in bathroom was the best part

Where do we begin? Entering the property we were met by a man on reception who thought he was a comedian but in actual fact was really rude. When taking up to the room we discovered that we had to walk through kitchen area every time we wanted in and out the room. When we got in the room and checked the place out, there was ring marks from a glass on the bedside tables from the previous person who stayed there. The bath had maybe 9/10 ants in it. When opening the window you are met with a brick wall about 1m Infront of you. Bath took forever to fill up. There’s also no way for any condensation to leave so when we came back from our night out at dinner the room was very damp smelling and our clothes felt damp. We took pictures of drips coming from the roof ( again because of the condensation ) every morning we were woken up about 6:45 with people in the kitchen area, sounds of cups banging together or just general use of the kitchen. One of the mornings we actually go woken up by a staff member knocking the door. Location is good if you need a train but that’s all, the street looks very dodgey and the locals hang out in the park across the road. Nearly £700 of our hard earned money was spent for a 2 night stay and it was terrible. We emailed the hotel with our complaints after we had arrived back home and still haven’t heard of a response ( this was in November )

Staff were excellent!! Hotel a couple minutes walk from Kings-cross station so very accessible. Very clean and felt comfortable throughout stay.

The shower/toilet area was compact.

Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Und das Zimmers wurde jeden Tag mit neuen Badtüchern ausgestattet. Die Lage war auch sehr gut, da es in der Nähe eine Uban hatte und sehr zentral gelegen ist.

Es hatte keinen Lift (wir waren im 2.Stock und mussten unsere Koffer im kleinen Treppenhaus hochschleppen. Das Personal war nicht freundlich und unmotiviert, um uns alles richtig zu zeigen oder mit einer Map über die Stadt etwas zu empfehlen (was jedes 3-5 Sterne Hotel normalerweise macht)

Horrific noise in the room. Everyone a chair moved or someone used the stairs in echoed throughout the room. Could not sleep, it was honestly the worst two nights I’ve spent in London.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The decor and design of the hotel was gorgeous! It was super dog friendly which was brilliant! The staff were amazing and so friendly!

L'emplacement calme près de la gare de Saint Pancras. Nous avons choisi de prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur car 15 £ pour un petit déjeuner continental nous paraissaient excessif. Le personnel, très sympathique et serviable, même si leurs compétences et connaissances des environs immédiats sont très variables de l'un à l'autre. Internet y pourvoit, mais en partie seulement.

Le parti pris de la décoration de l'hôtel est sombre ; mais en outre notre chambre, sombre, était insuffisamment éclairée avec un système de fonctionnement de l'éclairage difficile à maîtriser. Le système de chauffage par climatisation est en réalité centralisé et si un des clients tente de modifier la température dans sa chambre, cela envoie de l'air froid dans toutes les chambres du même étage!!! Nous avons dû intervenir 2 fois pour que le chauffage soit réinitialisé.

Lovely boutique style hotel! High end feel, comfortable bed, close to King’s Cross. The bed was one of the best I have ever stayed in. Coffee and tea available from the main area, again nice perk. Lovely and clean. Robes available in the room. Able to leave bags until check in which was amazing and easy to do. No pressure for breakfast. Slippers available, water in the fridge and coffee/tea facilities. Lovely decor, plenty of room in the hotel room itself. TV high quality and working order. Gummy bears in the room, my child loved that offering and the comic/manga which you can purchase. The room overall was lovely and enjoyable but some areas I wasn’t keen on. Being able to get off at King’s Cross and walk less than 5 minutes was lovely.

Some staff lovely and welcoming but a couple we met during our stay just rude and uninterested. The bathroom - unless super confident it was a no for me. I went with my child/teenager but being able to see yourself on the toilet and in the shower was off putting and no where to dry/change unless you’re in the main room. Which made showering very awkward as we would have to take it in turns to face the wall. Then the other individual seeing your silhouette from the main bedroom side! Lots of work during our stay which started from 7am - not nice. Not the hotels issue but something to highlight it going soon. If you aren’t mobile don’t book as there are stairs for most rooms. Cleaners hovered outside our room from 945 which put us under pressure to leave.

The lounge bar area was very nice and beds were comfy. The breakfast had a good variety and the hotel team were very friendly and helpful.

We had the vaulted bathroom suite and it was advertised on booking.com that the room had a separate shower and bath. However, this was not the case and to have a shower you have to climb down into the bath on the floor. There was nothing to hold onto so I slipped and badly bruised my toe on my foot on the plug hole. Also, the room did not heat up as there was no heating in the bathroom, and with it being almost 0' outside even with the heating and underfloor heating set at max (35') room did not warm up. Shared this feedback with the hotel and was told you need to keep the bathroom door closed.

Well, what a hidden gem, we arrive at Kings Cross and only jad to walk across the road. Walking in, we were greeted and shown to our rooms. Stunning, clean, large room, warm and cosy, the bed was amazing, along with the decor. Stylish bar, just outstanding. Thank you to all the staff. We shall be staying again.

The decoration is very nice! The rooms are really quiet.

The shower in our room smelled. But was no problem because you could close the door to the room.

Very nice breakfast, comfy bed, good location near Kings Cross, nice toiletries and big towels.

Trying to be boutique but too impersonal. Check in could be Travelodge, stool and table! Decor is nice but painting everything black means everything is chipped in the rooms! I booked a large king and it wasn’t that big a room, can hear people above clearly as no carpets. No instructions for coffee machine, what’s the difference between blue and red?! Also toiletries lovely but both the same in shower, is one shampoo, can’t read the writing on bottles and pump tops don’t work well.?! No privacy in bathroom with glass wall, looks nice but not very practical. Expected more of a cosy club atmosphere for the price. Terrible condensation on inside of windows in the morning.

The receptionist was amazing so helpful and we got an upgrade to a much better room. Loved the decor and bed was very comfortable Complimentary coffee etc was a lovely touch. Bath robes aswell.

I am only giving this feedback as I think it could be easily fixed with a fan. The bathroom condensation was terrible, after having a shower the whole area was soaking wet. Shame as the bath was huge and toiletries lovely. Heating did not really work room was quite cold.

The Room was lovely, comfortable

The Breakfast was a joke for the money. As when we got to Breakfast there was just crossons to eat. When asked the staff for some eggs they said we were to late. We were down there by 10. As the staff told us Breakfast was served tell 11. Not good enough.

部屋は3階の部屋でしたが、エレベーターがないので23キロのスーツケースを部屋まで運びました。また、ホテル自体に電子レンジがないので温めもできないです。あと、部屋に栓抜きもないので1階のバーカウンターにある栓抜きをシェアしなければなりません。
