Fantástica yurta, la cama comodísima, y la ducha en la parte exterior nos encantó! Ducharte con agua caliente debajo de las estrellas fue todo un privilegio. Las chicas de la recepción super majas y atentas. Nos ha encantado ese lugar en pleno centro de Tulum.

Se oye el ruido de los coches, pero es normal en un lugar como Tulum, mejor escuchar los coches desde un rinconcito tan mágico como ese, que en una habitación de hostal.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Once you are inside the camp you feel the tranquility that the garden brings. Surrounded by trees and beautiful plants, you can chill and cool down in the pool. The ‘tent’ is comfortable, having an ingenious bathroom, with an outdoor shower that I recommend to enjoy it also in the night under the moonlight. The staff is very kind and helpful, we’ll be coming back!

For those who want to be in the center and party, this option might be a bit far.

Die Anlage und die Zelte sind zauberhaft. Eine kleine Oase mitten in der Stadt. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Nachts ist es doch sehr laut gewesen. Nach Sonnenuntergang konnte man nur schlecht duschen, da die Aussendusche nicht beleuchtet ist.

Amazing setting, they’ve got this whole tropical garden-like camp with tents set up in the middle of Tulum. You get a big tent which on the inside feels like a luxury hotel. Plus a shower outside with birds flying over you, really cool! Lastly the staff is so kind and helpful it really makes the whole experience

If you are not big on spiders you might see one or more during your stay but they won’t harm you or anything so don’t worry

I liked everything about Huaya Camp, the Hosts were very helpful and the yurt was exactly as pictured. 100% would stay there again.

Sometimes the noise of the road was loud but that is not anyone’s fault.

Unusual glamping accommodation. Wellness center and events (but didn't participate).

The entrance. Looks abandoned as the cafeteria is not in use. Not a great first impression. It seemed a bit run down.

The tents are really nice and very clean. I did not see a single bug (except one mosquito, which I think we let in) in the tent. There were some ants in the shower outside, but they disappeared as soon as you turn on the water. The tent is huge as well, boasting two large beds with soft sheets and plenty of pillows. Airco works great, and so does the shower. There is a cute pool at the entrance (which we did not use). The site is green and makes you forget that you are on a busy street in Tulum. All touristy restaurants and shops are walking distance (and so are some very good more local taquerias) . We paid less than 50 euros per night, which was good value for the money.

Though the garden might make you believe you are in the jungle, the music and noise at night will remind you that you are in the middle of the party city of Tulum, on the busiest street. Do not go to bed without your earplugs! We had a full concert at night and multiple sirens. The inside of the tents is quite dark, even during the daytime. The single stylish 'birdnest' light in the room does not provide sufficient light to read. Toilet is separated from the beds by only a non-ceiling high wall, so it's basically in the same room. The level of English at the reception is low.

Great location, great stay, comfortable beds. Lovely employees who were nice and friendly!

I did miss having walls. Because it’s a tent you can hear the music from the nearby clubs. One night they went until 4am. But Sundays and Mondays are quiet. Despite the sleep disruption - I still loved where I woke up in the morning.

If you like to connect with nature, this is a beautiful place. The rooms are great, very confortable, with private out side showers. They ofer tons of señfcare activity’s. I did the Temazcal, that is inside the property, and was great. Loved this place!

The best of clamping oasis just off the main road in tulum Pueblo. Based on the vibe of that road, it’s even more exceptional what a quiet and tranquilo space this is. Also…AC in yurts!!!! Special honor to the massage therapist Adriana who gave me a truly transcendent pre-Hispanic massage including healing herbs.

This is not a problem with the property, just an observation that staying in town rather than the beach without a car put me at the mercy of the truly terrible taxi situation. If you stay here and want to go to the beaches, either bring a car or know how to ride a scooter.

Location is a little far from the center but the experience wouldn't be the same otherwise - tranquil, calming and a total reset from the hustle and bustle of downtown Tulum. Huaya is a real haven and we felt instantly relaxed once in our room (we'd stayed somewhere lovely nearby for a few nights previously & booked one night here, I'm so glad we did as it was the most wonderful place for our last night). The pool is pretty deep so actually decent for a little swim, the outdoor showers deserve every bit of their rave reviews and the nature sounds at night from the critters in the bushes (who can't get into your tent so no stress there) was a pleasant surprise.

We'd specifically searched for somewhere with an airport shuttle and had to enquire about this multiple times before getting any information - turns out this is an additional paid service with a significant added cost. Not what the listing implies at all but I suspect the same would apply to any accommodation in Tulum claiming to offer a shuttle service.

Outside shower was great, really enjoyed having the trees above, birds flying over, but still felt really private from other guests. Good pressure and hot/cold temperatures available (not all hotels in Mexico seem to have this!) Air con worked well. There is free parking on the road outside and always had spaces when we needed. Whole tent was spacious and comfortable. Nicely decorated, and comfortable big bed.

Very noisy at night - nearby bars play music until early hours of morning. So most people will need ear plugs. We stayed 3 nights and the bins weren’t emptied the whole time (no housekeeping at all). I’m not bothered about normal rubbish being emptied or making beds, changing towels etc, but it would be nice to have the toilet bin emptied (as you cannot flush toilet paper).

We extended twice. :) Very pleasant little accomodation.

The pool, the outdoor shower and the tranquility of the camp

It would have been just perfect if they had some cutlery, glasses and plates for the guess to be used in the chill out common areas. Mosquito nets in the bed would help with the guests sleep if having some spider/mosquito fobia.

The property is great: jungle, birds, swimming pool, outdoor shower in the room (best ever!) and staff is friendly and available to help. Location is ok, close to both beach and downtown

The yoga classes are not free (it is not specified additional charges in property description) and bar is closed so no functioning. there are bars very close but not in the property as per description

Really bad. No hot water in the shower and no lights in the outside shower. The toilet wasn’t working. The room is too hot during the day, even with the air conditioner on. It is in a very noisy area. Please do to go.

We were in downtown and at the same time in the jungle! The room by itself was so comfortable, spacious and clean! The outdoor shower was amazing!

if the paths were a bit more light up at night would be helpful.

A lovely place to relax and an amazing experience, sleeping in the jurte. As it was raining, it was even more feeling connected with nature. The same in the outdoor shower. Showering and looking up into the sky is such a beautiful feeling, I wish I could have everyday. The Garden with the pond and pool and so many beautiful plants… I‘ ve seen a lot of hotels, this was the most beautiful experience.

Everything was just perfekt. The bed was very comfortable and the people very nice and helpful.
