Breezy Balconies & Ocean Views! Roof Deck w Fire pit, AC, Steps to Ocean!
Atrapa el atardecer y escucha las suaves olas de esta increíble casa de 3 niveles ubicada en Mission Beach. Con balcones, patios y una terraza en el techo frente al mar, esta casa es un lugar ideal para que familias y amigos se reúnan. A pocos pasos de la arena / olas y a poca distancia de la bahía, restaurantes y tiendas, este lugar es difícil de superar. La sala de estar abierta se encuentra en el segundo piso con habitaciones en el primer y tercer piso. ¡Un hermoso hogar para esas vacaciones de playa que has estado esperando!
Lo que hace que esta casa sea especialmente única es sus increíbles balcones y áreas para sentarse al aire libre. "Cócteles al atardecer" se acuñaron con esta ubicación en mente. Mezcle sus bebidas favoritas y escuche sus mejores canciones desde cualquiera de los 6 balcones / patios al aire libre. Hay mucho espacio para extenderse y disfrutar.
Esta casa está a solo una casa del paseo marítimo / océano (lo que significa que tienes casi toda la vista, ¡pero nada del ruido del paseo marítimo!) Tiene 3 dormitorios privados, 2 con baños en suite. El 3er piso den (que es semi privado ... lo que significa que no hay puerta y se encuentra entre el maestro y el segundo dormitorio) y el área de la sala de estar principal tienen sofás cama con espuma de memoria (¡no el incómodo marco de metal extraíble tipo!)
El garaje puede acomodar 2 autos estándar, tiene un espacio libre muy, muy bajo y los SUV de cualquier tipo no son recomendables para el garaje. Sin embargo, hay un tercer lugar de estacionamiento en el lado norte del garaje que tiene una mayor separación y puede caber un Chevy Tahoe.
¡Y por último pero no menos importante, nuestra regla de alquiler de verano de viernes a viernes es un salvavidas! Entre y salga de la zona de la playa de Mission con facilidad cuando ingrese y salga un viernes. El 95% de las casas alquiladas aquí son de sábado a sábado, así que mientras el resto de los inquilinos están luchando contra el loco tráfico de las playas los sábados, compitiendo por el espacio de los callejones para descargar y aparcando / líneas en los supermercados ... se relajarán pacíficamente en la arena y disfrutando de tu sábado de la manera en que deberían ser disfrutados!

The house was perfect for our family. The bedroom downstairs very private. Loved the roof patio for watching sunset and fireworks. The garage is low but my bmw suv x3 fit. That was great because parking on weekends terrible. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. All 4 bathrooms have nice showers. Maybe could have used a few more trash bags. Loved walking on boardwalk. Great beach location for families. Easy beach access. Great kitchen with lots of pots and pans. Some issues with the house. Screen door hard to. WiFi kept crashing. The house only sleeps 12 if you have two people in each bed. Indoor stairs are very narrow and dangerous. Outdoor furniture has to be locked up every night. Washer and dryer take forever to complete a load.

Perfect location for fun at beach and the bay. We could walk to both. We really appreciated all the beach chairs, toys, even a wet suit which fit our grandchildren.

We spent a week and had a wonderful time. We walked daily along the beach and bay, played in the ocean and enjoyed the views on the rooftop deck. We really appreciated the amenities which included towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. We'll be back!

We had 10 women stay in this house (which was a little tight) but it is absolutely stunning. Perfect roof for watching sunsets, one house away from the beach, so perfect to walk along the beach.

Our children and grandchildren joined us for Spring Break in San Diego. The location of our property was very convenient for the tourist activities we enjoyed as we explored the area. And access to the beach was amazing! The property was well set up for the beach and the kids used wet suits and boards to enjoy the surf, even though the weather was rather cool. We had quick and helpful responses to the two questions that we had.

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! It is so spacious, clean and a quick walk to the beach. The inside is beautiful, each bedroom is comfortable and both patio spaces are so relaxing. Last but not least, communication with management is fantastic.

This place was truly incredible. One house away from the ocean, on a great strip between Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. The house itself is a quintessential San Diego beach house, open airy, etc. It also had a great roof deck with great views and a fire pit!
There were some small critiques, the AC in the bedroom across from the master did not work so my two guests in that room definitely were sweating while trying to get some sleep. There were also A LOT of rules... I understand you have to cover your bases but it seemed excessive. These things, though, did not take away from our experience and we had a great time.
Cindy was great and responsive to all of my questions/needs, and clearly does a great job of running this property. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location for a Mission Beach weekend
Our friends and family loved the location of this vacation home. Perfectly situated in a part of Mission Beach with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and close enough to other attractions around San Diego. We found ourselves going from hanging out in the kitchen, up to the roof deck, and down to the beach. It was a great home base for our trip.

Great property but don't expect to get anything into the garage but a car. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee was too tall by an inch. The garage ended up working well as a staging and secure beach stuff storage area though, and there was parking on the close by yacht club parking pier.

Perfect location
The location is exceptional, its quiet, less crowded, the beach is enjoyable bec of the privacy and accessibility of the location. The house is clean and inviting. Thank you for having the spices and the toiletries. The beds are too soft it doesnt provide support thats why i can only give 4stars.

Perfect house for a stay in San Diego.
The property was better than expected and perfect for a group of 8 women because there are 4 full bathrooms and an open concept kitchen! The location near the beach is perfect, and it is walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The rooftop proved to be a great place to gather and relax in the evening. I would absolutely return with a group in the future.

Girls weekend
There were 10 of us celebrating our girlfriend. Check in was smooth and the house worked great for us. Convenient location. Everyone had such a great time. Enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop as the sun set. It was great to use the garage because we would be out of luck otherwise! It was hard to get all the towels done before checkout.

Perfect Pandemic Getaway
This was a perfect Pandemic Getaway, and 80th Birthday celebration for my mother. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We had 8 people sleeping over and there was room for more. There are a lot of stairs, which is difficult for my mother, but she stayed in the first floor guestroom which has its own in suite bathroom. She also had direct access to the courtyard in front of the house, where she enjoyed sitting during the day. I did manage to get her to the beautiful beach on our last day, which is steps away. It was so easy to walk back to the house to use the restroom or grab a quick snack. Being on somewhat of a busy street corner, we felt very safe, and with the windows open you hear the ocean more than the traffic. The clean, soft sand, and the smell and sounds of the ocean was thoroughly relaxing. Thank you Cindy and Alex for sharing your beautiful home. We hope to be back in the future.

Beautiful views, nicely stocked
Easily booked, very kind, professional and personable women we were in contact with. A bit of a lack of response time via e-mail. The 2 times I tried to contact property owner/manager via phone # provided her mailbox was full. I know it is probably standard 4 PM check-in 10 AM check out in this area, but I think the 4 PM check-in is on the late side(as we do pay for a full day, yes?😉) the 10 AM check out a bit on the early side. We have rented quite a few homes/condos where check-in is 3pm and check-out noon. I did have a few conversations with Cindy and she was very understanding and helpful! Hopefully she will work on my rug suggestion 🙏😌!
By the way, with ice and ibuprofen and a few extra stops on the way home my back is starting to feel much better!

Perfect little getaway!
This property will exceed your expectations! We loved staying at Cindy’s Rental. She was amazing with her prompt responses. We rent this place on a Monday night and check-in the same night. Cindy sent the cleaning crew right away for a clean house for our stay. We live in San Diego and decided to take advantage of this beautiful city with a little beach getaway and this property was just perfect what we were looking for. Can’t wait to go back and create more memories. Thank you again Cindy. We will be back.
