We had one of the best stays in this cottage. It has everything and more that is necessary for a pleasant time. Location is excellent, very close to the beach with the best snorkeling experience we had on Maui. The cottage itself is very comfortable, the whole time we felt like in a paradise. Will book again next time and recommend for everybody.

Great cottage close to the beach. We loved all the well-screened louvered windows that allowed a cool breeze to constantly flow through the house. Well stocked kitchen. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the beaches. Short drive to Lahaina. Ocean views, large lanai. Great place!

The safety of being in a community with the privacy of a cottage. We were very content here. It's spacious, the views are beautiful and it's centrally located to get everywhere. Definitely a feel good spot.

From the morning birds and breezes to the lanai dinners and sunsets and everything in between, this cottage is just wonderful! It’s quiet and the beds were super comfy. Didn’t need any A/C (fans and cross breezes were plenty) and the house was fully equipped. I can’t thank you enough for 12 nights of bliss spent with my family (myself, husband, and 2 teenage sons). We will be back!!

My son and I enjoyed the cottage and easy access to all areas of West Maui. The cottage was impeccably clean and property was very quiet.

We had a lovely stay in the cottage, it is so well stocked with all the essentials, we loved the pool and the beautiful grounds. The cottage is really spacious and the location close to the beach, the golf course and Lahaina is perfect. We also massively appreciated the late checkout on our last day - thank you!

This place was wonderful for our family. Very short drive down to Kahekili (Airport) Beach which had all the sand, reef, bathrooms, and anything else you could need. We saw tons of fish, turtles, and even a couple octopuses out snorkeling. I like to run so there is were lots of options right out the front door. Sunsets from the lanai, pool steps out the back door, all kinds of fun plants and trees cover the property and were lots of fun to look up with our kids. Hosts were really fantastic. Can’t say enough about their responsiveness and eagerness to help. They were wonderful. One thing to keep in mind is that the place doesn’t have AC. We actually purchased a window unit at Costco when we arrived just in case we needed it, but we managed to stay cool enough that we returned it unopened. All the windows open and they have lots of fans. Mid summer, which is when we were there, is probably the only time this may be an issue, but even with days in the upper 80s we were ok. We loved the place and hope to return. A big thanks to Suzanne, Carol, and Andy, all of whom were super accommodating and helpful.

We had a great trip! Property is in a perfect location, clean, roomy and has so much to offer! A lot of extras included (boogie boards, bikes, coolers, extra towels for beach and pool). Walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. If you have a car, so many other options 4 miles either direction!! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise!!

This house had everything, and it was close to beaches, shopping, running trail, and grocery stores. The owners thought of everything! I was a little worried about staying in a house without air conditioning, but it turns out we didn't need it. Sleeping was a dream on the very comfortable master bed. We would love to return to Maui and stay here again!

We loved our stay in this great cottage. It was in a fantastic location and had all the amenities we hoped for. The local beach is gorgeous, and the notes from the property owner helped us find great walks, produce, etc. This was a great place to stay for a family of four.

Great cottage a short walk from a wonderful beach. Much quieter than a resort. We were worried about no A/C, but was no problem at all. Great cross-ventilation, so open things up when you get home and it's pleasant in a few minutes. Spacious, with two bedrooms and two full baths, the second of which is pretty small. Awesome lanai or patio, which we used every single day. Lots of beach equipment and a pantry with some staples, also games, movies, extra towels and pillows. All kinds of things to do. We even hosted dinner for some family members one evening. Wish we could've stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Love the house, it's decor, amenities like bikes, beach gear, and the lanai, and view. The property is hidden with lots of privacy. It has more of an Hawaiian feel than the mega resorts on the beach. It's a 5 min walk to a great beach. Host was great at communicating with us.

Great location on pretty grounds. Chill "local" vibe suited us well. Very comfortable and well appointed. We didn't want to leave!

We absolutely love the International Colony Club because it is so quiet and peaceful. Close to everything but not in a busy resort. The cottage was clean, well-stocked, beautiful views, close to the pool. Amazing!

Everything about this trip was wonderful, starting with the great communication from Suzanne. We stayed in close contact so we knew exactly what to expect upon arrival and we were in close contact throughout the trip for any questions. The "Maui" guide they put together was very helpful and gave great suggestions for getting around. We brought our 2 boys, 15 & 20, for their first time to the islands and they loved it. The home was the perfect size, the location was within walking distance to the beach, and we had all the beach equipment we needed. The fans and shutters helped us let in the island breezes and stay very comfortable throughout the trip. The times we stayed around the property and enjoyed the pool we were treated to great new friends from residents and fellow travelers. A huge thank you to Suzanne for helping us enjoy one of our favorite family vacations. I wish I could give 6 stars :-)

Close to great shopping , restaurants, and best beaches on island.

Suzanne was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. This cottage has everything you can possibly imagine! There is no air conditioning but we never felt hot and the breeze that flowed through was so relaxing. The kitchen is full sized and was great for making meals. There are several beaches in the area and the roads around the place were very easy to navigate. We will be staying here again on our next trip! Thank you so much for providing a place to stay that made everything perfect!

This was my third time to Maui and my second time staying in International Colony Club (ICC), can’t seem to think of why I would want to stay anywhere else! My other half simply fell in love with the location of the property and the cottage and it’s tropical setting. Cottage 19 is a delightful piece of paradise, a cozy fabulous cottage, well-appointed within the greater ICC tropical paradise. Both ICC and Cottage 19 are great for those who want to avoid the high-rise cookie cutter crowded resorts and being shoulder to shoulder with other people. We so enjoyed the privacy and quiet on this lovely maintained property; waking up to the symphony of the multitude of birds and soft hush of a cool Hawaiian breeze. We drank coffee every morning on the lanai enjoying the tranquility of our surroundings. We took advantage of the amazing beach access and other close amenities. We enjoyed using the grill and cooked in almost every night to avoid the crazy restaurant scene, given that many restaurants were not taking reservations and wanted everyone to stand in line! Needless to say, Matt grilled/cooked me a fabulous birthday dinner, which we ate on the lanai, enjoying the gorgeous sunset. The owners, Brian and Suzanne were extremely responsive, a real pleasure and very easy to deal with. They were also very accommodating, when Delta changed our flight, which was beyond our control and allowed us to have a late departure was very much appreciated. We highly recommend cottage #19 and ICC, you should give this one a try… you will thoroughly enjoy your stay and we will happily stay there again!!

ICC19 was perfect. Everything from location to the cottage itself. The cottage is spacious, incredibly clean, and has all the amenities one could ever need. There is a large covered lanai and a great outdoor area to do laundry, hang and dry items. The location is ideal. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and easy access to hiking and biking trails above. Communication with the owners was above and beyond. Everything from booking our stay, to answering our questions and to making sure we had everything we need. In all our stays in Maui over the last 11 years this by far was our most enjoyable.

This VRBO was perfect for a friends trip to Maui. Close to the best beaches and everything fun in Lahaina. The house had every amenity you could ask for. We loved our stay!

Our family really enjoyed the cottage. When we walked in we discovered it was even better than the online listing. It’s such a neat little bungalow with tons of character and comforts. The beach toys and chairs were a great touch which made things even better. The grounds are beautiful with flowers and trees. The units are spaced out nicely so each place feels private. It’s a very short walk to a great beach and a short drive to whalers village with shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

We were sad to leave early due to COVID 19 but will definitely return.

We throughly enjoyed our 10 day vacation at this wonderful property! This was a very comfortable cottage for us. We had so much fun here with our daughter, son-law, and three year old grand daughter . We were so pleased with the location near the lovely beach park and quick access to this part of Maui. The cottage is extremely well-equipped with all the beach toys for a variety of activities, along with plenty of beach towels, beach mats and even a beach umbrella that we put to good use. We didn’t use the four bicycles, but they were easily accessible and ready to go. Communication with Suzanne was so nice to help us prepare for the trip. Onsite we had good communication with Carol. We were disappointed that the pool close to our cottage was not heated and was too cold for us to use, although it was nice to sit out there. We heard from other guests that it is usually warmer so we hope that is the case in the future. Fortunately we found the other pool at the other side of the property was heated and at a lovely temperature. It was never crowded and often we share it with only a few other guests of the complex. We swam there everyday and our granddaughter made great progress on her swimming skills. She had a delightful time there! We ate most of our meals at the cottage and the kitchen was well- stocked with some stables and cooking equipment. We appreciated that so much! The only other issue we had was that some maintenance on the shower had to be done while we were there, but the repair people were very nice and considerate of our privacy. Carol who is the on-site manager was very helpful in getting this issue resolved. Above all this is a great property for those who want to avoid the high rise resorts and large crowds of people. We so enjoyed the privacy and quiet on this lovely maintained property. My one tip would be to bring a night shade eye mask because the property security lights on the other side of the walkway do shine in the bedroom windows. We would definitely like to stay at Cottage 19 again! Thank you for sharing this wonderful property.

Third time Maui, second time ICC- best time ever! This place is clean, has everything you need ( chairs, umbrellas and even bicycles and paddle board, guidebooks, tips, board games, if you like). The pool is practically in the backyard ( in a good way). The home is updated, modern and great size ( we were two couples). The beach is just up the road. Can’t get better. Suzanne is great - emailed us with all info in advance and had no problems to need to contact while there. We left some of our faves/tips in the guest book :) We hope to be back! Thank you Suzanne!
