This house is located in an ideal location in a beautiful, quiet, neighborhood, with a very short walk to the beach. The home is set up nicely for our family of 6 adults and two children, with basically 3 individual “wings.” The pool and over looking lanai are great. We’d love to leave a 5 rating but… the home needs lots of TLC. It’s outdated, worn down, and not maintained very well. It is not safe for young children because of an open staircase without handrails leading to the lower level. We used one of the owner provided child safety gates to protect the little ones from the staircase, but that became very cumbersome. The kitchen cabinets and linen closets are cluttered with way too many items collected through the years. The gas grill is a nice amenity however it hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned for some time (if ever) and the grease in the base of the grill literally caught fire while I was cooking kabobs for our family (the food was tossed). For the price, we expected a much better experience. At best, we’d rate this house a 3.5. With some TLC and attention it could easily be a 4 plus!

For a number of years we have been taking our family to FL during spring break. We hop around a lot and try different houses and islands. Anne's house has been the best so far. Very spacious, extremely well equipped with everything, all you need to do is bring in food. Everything else is provided. Walk to the beach is 5 minutes across the street. Stores are down the road. We will be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay which included New Year's Eve. The home was in an excellent location on a nice quiet street, just a short walk to Doc's and the public beach. It is a spacious property with a pool and lots of outdoor living space. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the screened in porch on New Year's Eve.
My husband and a few of my children worked while they were there. There was one desk in the master bedroom and the owner's purchased another one for the downstairs living space as well. The screen in porch is a nice area to work from too.
The property has lots of amenities and the owner's were quick to respond to all our issues. The grill did not work and they went out and bought a new one for us. We had problems with ants and they sent an exterminator. We loved that they provided bikes and used them a number of times. They also had nice, sturdy Tommy Bahama beach chairs, which we put to good use as well.
As other reviewer's mentioned, there are lots of dishes and gadgets in the kitchen. It is definitely well stocked, however, we thought the kitchen and unit overall could use a good decluttering. For example, not sure it is necessary to have so many sets of dishes, glasses, silverware, serving ware and mismatched storage containers. There wasn't much room for food.

Great location! Short walk to public beach, and Doc’s Beach House and Coconut Jacks restaurants. Great setup for four couples. Saw two manatees off back dock. We would definitely come back again!

The house was perfect! Everyone loved the pool! This house had plenty of space, it was perfect for relaxing and truly is a 5 minute walk from the beach!

This property was FANTASTIC!! Perfect for our whole family to enjoy a week on the gulf coast! The house had more than enough space for our 7 adults and 2 grandchildren! The pool was great and the fresh mangoes off the tree in the yard were enjoyed by all!! Just a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach!! The ONLY negative- the deck area beside the pool gets VERY HOT, which we learned when our toddler ran onto it and burned her feet. There should be a warning sign!

The home was very nice and had ample room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked except for a can opener, we had to go buy one! The pool was nice but needs a hand rail to get in and out, very difficult for us gals.

A vacation to remember
This property was such a find! In all our years coming to Bonita Springs, we had NO idea of this property, which is in walking distance to my mom and several amenities. Having my children, their families all together under one roof for a whole week was something to celebrate!

Family get away to Bonita Springs
We had a wonderful time at Kings Kew villa. The pictures show exactly how it was. The bedrooms/bathrooms were a great fit for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The available crib/high chair was perfect. There were pool toys and beach toys available. The proximity to the beach made for an easy 5 minute walk. The lower level was a bit warmer than the upstairs, but there was a fan available which we used.
Overall the home was as described and we would definitely go back.

The property was very nice and exactly as described. Location cannot be beat! The communications were all excellent and small issues ( one being user error) were addressed almost immediately. Would definitely stay again if dates work out.

Relaxing getaway on the canal
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ann’s place! It was clean, comfortable, eclectic, colorful, and relaxing. The house is so close to the beach, but it feels very private. The kitchen is stocked to brim with everything one could possibly need. There are multiple places to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. We were so impressed with the price point. This area can get very expensive when it comes to rental properties, and we thought Ann’s place was such a good deal. We had a few issues, and all throughout our stay Ann was accommodating and understanding. It was such a pleasure to stay so close to my parents, but still have our own place for Christmas.

Grateful at Thanksgiving
What a wonderful week our family of 7 had at this home! It was a short walk to the beach, and the hosts provided all the necessary chairs, umbrellas, etc. The heated pool was enjoyed as well. It was a treat to be able to open up the triple sliding doors and enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner of freshly caught fish on the porch. A dolphin cruise at sunset was a highlight of the trip, and local restaurants were great! Overall we had a wonderful, relaxing trip and would highly recommend this home!

It was an ok place
I mainly rented this property because it stated the pool was heated. The water was cold and I couldn’t enjoy the pool.
The pool was dirty and the skimmer was broke. Was told to buy one and we would get reimbursed. Never stayed in a place that we had to go out of our way to buy something for our rental.
On the up side, dryer belt broke and they did fix that.

Can’t wait to visit again!
We had the best time while staying at Kings Kew! We can’t stop thinking about when we can get back. It has everything you need and we were pleasantly surprised that even pool/beach toys were supplied. The kids loved every second of that pool. After a delayed and very bumpy flight they all jumped in right away at 2:30am for a quick swim. There is plenty of food options within walking distance. While we were there the owners daughter even dropped off a new grill ( not that we had noticed that the old one wasn’t working. ) We even had an encounter with Bob the iguana. Beat vacation to date. Exactly what we needed after being cooped up during covid.

Wonderful, highly recommend
We had a wonderful family vacation at Kings Kew. Home was a short walk to the beach and the home provided beach chairs and towels, strollers, a grill and pool toys. The children had a blast and we highly recommend this home. Home was incredibly clean and provided everything we needed. Our only minor issue was that the downstairs bedroom gets a little warm and would benefit from additional air conditioning, but home was excellent!!

Love this house and location!
Our family of 5 had a wonderful experience at the Kings Kew Villa! The house was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings drinking our coffee, and eating every single meal outside on the lanai, and playing family games. Fishing off the dock in the back was a huge hit. And of course the pool and extensive pool toys were truly amazing! We saw lots of lizards including a very cool iguana that we named torpedo-oranges. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk and has a plethora of sea life including sea stars, star fish and conch shells. The house has all kinds of beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon so you can haul all your goodies to the beach. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back! Next time we will definitely have to stay for two weeks as one week went by way too fast. 😊 Thank you, Anne!

Great location. Four bedrooms with separate baths perfect for golf trip as most are comprised of four players staying together. Close to many good restaurants and beach. Pool a plus.

Perfect location
The stylishly decorated home is within a nice, quiet neighborhood, a five minute walk to the beach. The home also has a nice size pool in the back yard. We only had 5 guests but there was plenty of room in the house for 8 adults. Several bikes, lots of beach chairs and plenty of water toys in the garage. The kitchen is fully equipped for plenty of cooking. We had a few issues while renting but the owners responded immediately to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend the owners and the property for those looking to stay in Bonita.

Wonderful Family Getaway
This home had everything we needed and more. Very well-suited for my three young (6, 3 and 1) kids and my parents. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, the heated pool was used multiple times a day, and we enjoyed renting kayaks and fishing from the dock. An extra bonus was the heated outdoor shower! My husband and I would definitely recommend this house to others looking for a getaway. Great hospitality and great house!

Perfection !
The most relaxing vacation ever! The home made us feel right at home! The neighborhood was so quite! We enjoyed eating every meal on the lanai! The gulf breeze kept us cool never needing AC! The home had everything you could possibly need and more! The short walk to the beach was perfect! The beach supplies in the garage were endless! The pool was a huge hit for the kids, and adults especially after a day at the beach! Our family didn’t want to leave! Already planning when we can return. Zero complaints !

Girls trip

Felt like a King at Kings Kew
The house was perfect for our family trip. We kept jet skis at the dock and it was a perfect location for jet skiing to different restaurants every day and Estero Bay was beautiful. Home is very comfortable and provided plenty of room for our group of five.

Family vacation
This property was the perfect size for 6 adults and 1 baby. The house had all of the supplies needed for my nephew (crib, pack n play, stroller, etc). The pool was perfect and well kept as there were 2 people that came to do upkeep during our week long stay. The beach is just a short 3 minute walk away and we spent most evenings hanging out at Docs on the Beach watching the sunset. The backyard/pool area was a little buggy but the house comes with a net to clean the pool. However, it could definitely benefit from yearly pesticide treatments. Overall, we had a fabulous time and have no regrets with this rental. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to have a chill vacation.
