Nice property. Beach house needs work

Beautiful view and lovely, relaxing home. We love the Finger Lakes region and it’s a great getaway from NYC. The home is comfortable , and well set up. The kitchen is well appointed and great to cook in. Beds, towels, and linens all comfortable . The porch was a great spot to hangout and soak in the view.The kayaks are awesome and hanging out under the boat house was a fantastic, great for active people. The owners were pleasant to work with and communicative. The only cons to the house would be the amount of stairs and a steep driveway, but other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Enjoyed our stay ! Home is beautiful. Appreciated the use of kayaks! Only negative of this property is all the steps! Difficult for seniors and small children!

The lake access and porch on the house was wonderful. The owner provided and a well equipped property.

Spacious, beautiful home with good views, inside and out. Children and adults enjoyed the beach area, with plenty of seating and a boat house overhang for afternoon shade, and use of two kayaks. A lot of steps, but in good shape with sturdy railings. Quite private.

Although the first day required an air conditioner to be installed and for some cleaning to be done by the renters, the homeowners were extremely responsive, fair, and prompt in addressing our issues. Overall the home is a beautiful place to vacation on Keuka Lake with a lovely covered deck that was positioned high above the lake. The dock area, boat house, and beach supplies made hanging out on the lake a joy. However, it was strenuous to walk from the lake front to the main house because it required 100 vertical steps.

Me and the family Enjoyed the property. Bath house was a little hot cause of no a/c or window fan, could use curtains and could use a bathroom. The Google maps took us to state park and tried to bring us down service road so was hard to find at first. But overall a good stay and thank you.

This house was beautiful and perfect for our group! It was childproofed with gates between floors (which was helpful with a one year old and also was helpful with our black lab!) Beach access was great, the kitchen was well equipped, and Allie and Jeff were very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this house for a vacation, I hope to return next summer!

Plenty of space for our family during our week long stay. Fully stocked kitchen, towels, sheets, paper supplies. So great that we didn't have to worry about buying thieve when we arrived. The kayaks and floats were a nice added touch as we played in the water!

Allie was great to work with, very responsive. The property was wonderful - highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about how great is this house, the location/lake access. It is very private, Because of the nicely the properties are spread out, we hardly saw neighbors (docks or houses). There are lots of steps to get to/from the main house down to the lakefront, but our family loved the “exercise.” :-).... The beach house is extremely hot at all times, but we didn’t intend to sleep in there anyway. We used the beach house for day-time snacks and beverages. Having a refrigerator and freezer by the lakefront was awesome! .... Allie is awesome and she promptly responded to a few texts/calls we had with any questions. And, she even zipped a crockpot and hair dryer over!... The week was amazing! We cannot wait to book a week there for summer 2021 :-))

Nice house about a mile from the State Park. Three bedrooms in the main house. We didn’t use the bunk house down by the lake for guests, no bathroom down there would make this tricky for some. House was great for cooking meals, well stocked with pots and pans for cooking with Batman keeping us safe. Wrap around porch was nice place for am tea. Lakefront was lovely. We did not have a boat. Dock pretty shaky/unstable, if w had a boat I think this would have bothered us more. Kayaks were super nice. The lake itself is beautiful. And the area is great. Perfect location for exploring wineries and breweries.

The house was great, a lot of space, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Extra spices . Loved the extra building.. house was clean and easy check in.

Home was clean, comfortable & spacious. Great kitchen for multiple cooks. Wraparound porch was great for meals & just sitting time, especially in the rocking chairs! Lakefront was great for dogs chasing frisbees & balls, launching kayaks, searching for cool rocks, fire ring, & toddler lake swimming. Nice to have State Park just up the road with great playground and nice hiking trails.

Magnificent property, spacious well-equipped home. Great location, waterfront lovely! Two kayaks provided were so welcome! Property owner immediately responsive when we had a few simple questions when moving in...the only three items that could make this property yet more ideal ( as it is exceptional!) would be: steps from the water to the dock; a toilet and sink at bathhouse ( with three full bathrooms at the house, it may not be essential, just a bonus); curtains in the second floor bedroom. We had a wonderful stay!! Property very clean, owner very accessible.

Went out for a wine trail weekend and could have enjoyed hanging out at the house and grounds just as well as touring the wineries. Great property with lots of amenities including great wrap around porch in the trees, hot tub, fire pits on the water and above the house. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Two buildings to enjoy including the main house which is well equipped and the lakeside house. The view from the living room is fantastic. Would definetly stay again. We stayed mid October but would be a blast in the summer season.

Our family had a great time! The house was perfect and we had no problems! Had a smores on the lake by the boat house, cant wait to visit next year.

Fantastic property all around. Main house with open floor plan. 4 BRs one of which has a nice crib with its queen bed. A very well appointed cooks kitchen stocked with high quality items fulfilling all cooking needs. Excellent grill, new stove, dishwasher, and the nicest granite farmhouse sink I have seen. Window AC units kept house comfortable. House, linens and towels were clean and comfortable. New Laundry units. Private setting without any view of neighbors. Lakeside house with full bed and 2 twins with amazing view (just needs a window A/C and plumbing for bathroom and it will truly be a fabulous retreat). Lake is about 50 stairs down from road. Going from lake side all the way up to 2nd floor kitchen at main house (another 30 or so steps up from road), so frail older folks may have some difficulty (our 71 yo guest did just fine). I looked at it as a bonus to keep those extra "vacation calories" in check ;) Use of the boat lift was a fantastic amenity, setting this property ahead of many rentals where many owners keep that occupied while you stay. It was great hanging out on the boat while on the lift to rest in shade. Water was almost 6 ft deep at end of dock and dropped off quickly allowing for great boating, swimming/jumping off dock and fishing. 2 nice kayaks provided and plenty of Adirondack chairs. Also appreciated the house being pet friendly. The owner of the house, Allie, was very personable and responsive to phone and text. Really made our stay as convenient as possible. Deposit returned promptly. Other tidbits - we parked the boat trailers at the State Park just up the road for 7 dollars per overnight after launching there, which was well worth it rather than navigating the bluff road with them. Jake's Livery on west side of lake just past end of bluff was very convenient to grab Ice, provisions, bait and gas. Lakeside Restaurant was a blast for lunch or dinner (also have tiki bar at night).

My overall experience was very favorable. The property is well suited to housing 10 people, was clean, and prepared for us. The owner gave full cooperation in the setup of beds etc. Also, there is a boat lift available if one wants to rent a motor boat. I do recommend this property but give it 4 vs. 5 stars for these reasons; o Space for storage clothing and items you bring is somewhat limited, i.e. chest-of-drawers and closet space. This is due to these areas closed off by the owner. This is, though, understandable. o Part of the sleeping facilities are in the Beach House, down an water's edge. These are separate and without toilet facilities (which is good so that sewage is not dumped into beautiful Keuka Lake). In detailing these two items please understand that this is a good place for a mid-size group. Keuka Lake is tough to beat. Marshall Stark

The house is spacious, with beautiful views and plenty of parking. Lots of yard space for walking the dog. Beach area is nice! I would highly recommend this property but note that there are many steps up to the house from the lake and even from the driveway.

We spend a week on Keuka every summer and this year wanted to see what it would be like on the bluff. We weren't disappointed. The east side of the bluff is beautiful (west bluff road), quiet and still a short ride from Penn Yan or Branchport. The house was well-appointed and lovely with a wonderful wraparound porch that made you feel like you were in a tree house. We would have given it five stars if the set up by the lake had been complete with comfy seating and some water toys. That said, we know the owners are new and probably will add these amenities. Only other caution is that there are a lot of steps to the lake - not an issue for us but might be for some. Overall the perfect setting for great week of family fun.
