Rental property was exactly as described. Clean, great location, and had everything needed for a great visit with my sons. The area was absolutely beautiful and it was easy to get to everything. Traffic is heavy in the beach area but that is expected.

I rented this home because i was attending a conference at the resort and loved it. I was walking distance from everything important to me - the hotel where my meetings were held and the beach. It perfectly accommodated my group of four adults and two children. Plenty of linens and bedding, very clean, very comfortable. I loved the sunroom in the back but wish more of the windows opened.

Great house- a little too far from beach for me but beautiful view of the golf course. Love the back room-great space for hanging out with family friends

The house was basically nice but could use updating including but not limited to the furniture, flooring and lighting. There should have been extra towels but received only one set per person. The sliding glass door was hard to slide, ironically I got a text during our stay by maintenance to come by to look at the door, I didn’t call them. The communication with the Management Company was terrible before check-in; during our stay it was excellent. No blow dryer was supplied. What rental doesn’t have a blow dryer in this day in age? Same does for a K-Cup Brewer vs a conventional coffee maker. Our trip was very last minute, a sudden death in the family. There were a couple of light bulbs burned out too. If I owned the place it would get a make-over and a new Management Company. Still in a pinch, I would stay there again as it’s close to the Wild Dunes pools and to the IOP Oceanfront.

Very clean, spacious, great kitchen pots, pans, silverware glasses and dishes! Had everything we needed and a short 15 min walk to beach… used a wagon to take beach items to beach. No keurig but Mr Coffee was fine! Loved to see view of lagoon and golf course. We even had a green heron visitor and watched a gator in lagoon! Grill was awesome too!

Perfect location by the hotels/boardwalk, lovely view. This reasonably-priced home is dated but serviceable. The home had a significant ant problem the week we stayed in it, but this should be a simple fix. The mattresses in the twin bedroom also need replacing as they are painful to sleep on. In the cooler months, rugs would be a cozy, inviting touch. Kitchen had everything we needed and we truly loved the back porch with its quiet heater and forested view of the golf course. We were treated to several deer sightings over coffee.

Every trip starts with your initial impression. Ours was a last minute trip and we found this great house which had availability at the last minute and nobody had rented the house for a couple days ahead of our visit. On the morning of checkin, I asked the management company if we could checkin an hour prior to the checkin time, since nobody had rented the house in several days. They said they would text me when we could check in. Never received any communication from them. Enough said.... Great house! and loved the back porch!

The place is a bit out dated and has a bad smell on the back sun room. Some of the sliding doors don't work and we kept finding long black hairs on the towels, sheets and bathrooms.

We have stayed on this street before in another property, and always enjoy our time here at Wild Dunes. The house was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the mornings and evenings on the porch, which looked out onto the first green of the golf course, but was protected. The house was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Would highly recommend!

House in the woods
The house was amazing. The accuracy of the online listing didn't do it justice that' s why I gave it 4 stars in that area. We arrived on rainy dark night only to wake up looking over a pond and a golf course. The house was spotless. wonderful time was had.

The only drawback (and it wasn’t a big deal) was that there was no cable TV so you’re basically limited to the 3 major networks. We’ve stayed in Wild Dunes during February for several years and hope to return again. I would definitely recommend this property and also Island Realty. They were very good to work with.

Great location and view!
We stayed at this property during a conference that was held at Wild Dunes. The location is a short walk to the Sweetwater Inn, Boardwalk area, and Harbor Golf Course. Probably a 10 minute walk to the beach. Golf course view in the back with plenty of shade from the trees.
The finishes/appliances are a little bit outdated but everything was in good condition and clean. Would definitely recommend as a reasonably priced option within the center of Wild Dunes.

This rental has a great location and a nice general set-up, but the cleaning and maintenance had major issues. The worse cleaning issue was that I found what appeared to be mouse feces and mouse hair in my sheets! The tables and floors were dirty. We had to wash sheets and clean the floors upon arriving; however, there were no cleaning products there so we had to purchase our own. Also, the patio windows were not all operable.

This was exactly what we were looking for - a relaxing cottage with a wonderful view. We loved all of the great blue herons and snowy egrets that were in the pond behind the cottage, and the air conditioned enclosed back porch was the perfect place to enjoy them. We would come back to Twin Oaks Lane 19. We did rent bikes for the week from the concierge which were waiting for us, and they were a must have for the trek to the beach which was a 10 minute walk. Glad we had backpacks to carry our water, towel and sunscreen.

Nice house in a good location on a quiet street. All in all, clean and nice linens. The kitchen is in need of an upgrade as the stove had rust on the outside and the cabinets were need of painting. Only cosmetic however it would be a tremendous improvement. Exterior could use a good wash as well.
