Resort Home On Ocean Ave - Walk To Beach And Boardwalk
Actualización de primavera de 2018: hemos completado una hermosa renovación que incluyó nuevos pisos de madera, el baño de la planta baja, colchones Tempurpedic y mucho más.
Esta hermosa casa de playa contemporánea se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa y del paseo marítimo de Jenkinson, al este de Ocean Ave. Conveniente, pero aislado. Gran piscina privada y patio de varios niveles perfecto para el entretenimiento.
20 pies + techos y excelente luz natural en toda la sala principal. 5 dormitorios (2 abajo / 3 arriba) y 3 baños - nuevos colchones Tempurpedic en 2018.
No hay que preocuparse por el estacionamiento en la calle: un gran camino privado con capacidad para 4-5 autos.
Realmente nos esforzamos por mantener un ambiente tranquilo y relajante en nuestra casa. Por esa razón, descubrimos que las familias y los grupos que buscan ese tipo de experiencia tienden a adaptarse mejor. Hasta que encontremos un mejor medio de evaluación, los responsables de la reserva deben tener más de 30 años.

The house was very nice just a description listed. What we were not aware of in the beginning was there was an active camera recording the backyard and pool activity. This should have been told before we arrived when we reached out to book. We know owners watched because they reached out to tell us to turn off pool light after it was left on my mistake the next morning. Made us a little less comfortable after we knew they were watching us on our vacation. Should have been upfront about the camera so we could have made a decision to book or not knowing it would be there.

This was just an amazing vacation the property was a 10 perfect quiet relaxing stay just far enough from Jenkinsons Board walk but close enough to walk you can’t beat this location Bradshaw beach is the go to place if you want to keep low key and it’s just rite around the corner the property owners have done an amazing job a must stay

Our family had a wonderful stay! The locking gate around the pool is perfect for children and you can’t beat the location! The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you’d need to cook a family dinner. We would definitely stay again!

we loved our stay- the house was clean and comfortable. the pool was great for the kids and the proximity to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants kept everyone happy. we wil definitely consider staying again!

Gorgeous house right on the beach! We had a few issues when we first arrived but they were on the phone to help us immediately. 5 stars will be back next fall

Really nice visit for a moms weekend away. The location was great and the house was very clean.
I would just say it is dated and there could be some maintenance attended to - lights not working, kitchen very old, towel racks falling off walls. Also the pool was very cold a heater would be a great touch if they considered adding.
Didn’t impact us but there are not enough beach badges for how many fit in the house just FYI.
Otherwise very nice stay and friendly owner who reached out immediately when we had questions which was very much appreciated!

We had such a great experience staying in this spacious house. The layout was great, we had six adults and three children ages 5 and under and there was more than plenty of space for everyone! Overall, the house was clean and well-kept, the proximity to the beach and boardwalk were just what we were hoping for, and communication with the owner was excellent. Will be back!

Not being able to bring a pop up to beach hindered 2 people of my group from spending any time on beach. Brought 9 people total , only 4 beach passes. House located on a very busy street. Oven door did not close all the way , which could be a safety issue for small children. The pool was nice to have. All of us used it daily.

Common space had plenty of room to hang together. Kitchen had what we needed. Pool was perfect way for our infants and 3-year-olds to enjoy swimming..Easy walk to beach and boardwalk. Our last night we enjoyed boardwalk fireworks from second floor balcony. Host was very responsive when we had questions.

We wanted to have a great weekend, but instead they made us feel really bad, they told us that our money was nothing when we tried to talk about to change the air conditioner, because the house was so hot, we couldn’t sleep well and the children either, also

House is very well situated and the owner allowed a late check out which was good.
However house desperately needs some new plates, bowls, glasses and basically a whole kitchen makeover. Silly because its so cheap to do so. I

The location of the home is perfect! The beach is gorgeous and so easily accessible, just a short walk around the corner. Close to downtown Point Pleasant and plenty of other towns. The pool and outdoor space is excellent for at home entertainment. The indoor space is great size for a group with enough space for everyone to spread out. I agree with some previous reviews about the interior being a bit dated, though it is functional with enough entertainment room, plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. I would recommend bringing your own towels, especially with a larger group. Important to clarify check in procedures prior to arrival, the communication through the reminder email was incorrect but the details within the app were correct. The host/property manager were responsive and were able to quickly sort things out!

Overall, our stay was as expected. As others have noted, the finishings and decor are dated but that didn’t effect the quality of our time. The home is situated behind a beachfront property so there is no immediate beach access. If you step foot on the neighboring driveway, you will be accosted by the neighbor and scolded by the owner of this property. In summary, the house is fine - it’s a quick walk to the beach and close to the attractions.

Had a great time at this house! It was plenty of space for our group. Liked the common areas. The pool and outdoor space were really nice to have. Very close to the beach - not super crowded in this area which was what we wanted in the midst of Covid. Plenty of parking space. Would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed about beach access. Being second from the beach I assumed the beach access would be right in front of the house. It was disappointing to have to walk a bit down the street to the beach access. That aspect should be clearer in the ad. Otherwise, the house was very nice and it is a big house with a lot of room.

Had a great time the house was perfect for our family from Florida. I wanted my grandchildren to experience the jersey shore as their dads did and I couldnt have picked a better house. The owner even called to check to be sure that everything was ok would highly recommend Thank you making a bucket list dream perfect

This property is roomy and great for a family!We had 10 (including children) and the 5 bedrooms were perfect. Also there is lots of space for everyone to hang out. The pool is a bonus and the location is close to the beach and boardwalk. We had a wonderful week in Point Pleasant Beach!

My family and I had a great time. Great location, plenty of room. The beach entrance is only a few houses away and the boardwalk is within walking distance. Kids loved being able to step out the door and hop in the pool. Looking forward to going back next year.

We had a great time! Long memorial day weekend, close walk to the beach and main attractions, food, bars etc. Pool and backyard very good for BBQ and relaxing! !

We planned a getaway during school break for our adult children and their spouses and our grandson. Every e thought the house was perfect for us. The weather was cold a blustery and I imagine the pool and activities on the boardwalk would be great n warmer weather. My husband and I enjoyed the walk to the aquarium and all of us enjoyed the fish and creatures inside. The bedrooms on the main floor are far from the living room which makes good sense when you have little ones napping. While we enjoyed the many levels in the house, the steps may not be for everyone. We would rent again!
