Loved this condo. Large 2 bedroom with a fully stocked kitchen. Hot tub on deck felt fabulous after a long day of skiing. Underground parking. Best of all - a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts. Deer Valley will store your skis overnight for free. What a delight to walk back and forth to the lifts without having to carry your skis.
We were welcomed into the condo with a beautiful fruit, nut and meat tray and 2 bottles of wine. What a nice touch.
Will happily rent this unit again next time we ski at Deer Valley.

I can’t overstate how perfect the location is. Less than a 5min walk (in ski boots) to the Silver Lake Lodge/lifts. The condo was perfect for our family of 5! Plenty of room, very clean and the third bathroom eliminated the early morning fights when getting ready for the slopes. The furniture was newer than the pictures in the listing. Other reviews said the place was a little dated, but we didn’t find that to be the case at all. It’s rustic, but the pictures show that with the stone fireplace and bare-wood, log walls. I don’t consider that to be dated, especially since it’s exactly as shown in the pictures. Tons of closet storage kept our gear out of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. It GREATLY exceeded our expectations. Looking at dates for 2025 to book again!!!

When we first got there, we needed a 10 digit code. An e mail came to us 3 times. We could never find the code. We finally got in by using the key!! Thank goodness!!
The drapes in the master bedroom were off the wall, and the lamp shades were loose and falling to the side. Then the water faucet in the kitchen didnt work. The corner of the sleeper bed was broken too.
Now, saying that all the things got fixed. But when you're on a vacation that's not what you want to worry about.

Spent time here with the family for skiing at Deer Valley. Only issue was the foldout couch bed in one of the bedrooms made it difficult to get to the bathroom. Other than that everything was great. We needed some additional wash clothes and the host responded immediately and we had more the next day. Would stay again!

Our stay was short, but the whole family enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo, and the view was so pretty. Enjoyed the fireplace and the stocked kitchen with coffee for the adults and hot coco for the kids.

Clean property nestled in the pines with hotub and fireplace ambiance. 3rd floor view of pines, aspen and the ski slope mountain. Perfect location with a private feel but easy access to all Park City and Deer Valley amenities.

Great Condo in Deer Valley
Spent a weekend in this condo with another couple when we came to Deer Valley for a birthday celebration. The location is ideal, across the street from Silver Lake with great restaurants, hiking, biking, etc. Unit was well-appointed with everything we needed. It was very clean (except the porch needed sweeping) and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great. Parking garage was very convenient. Took a while to figure out texting (rather than email) was best way to communicate with property owner re: questions, etc. Would stay here again, and I highly recommend this condo!

Solid Place to Stay
Well located mid mountain, easy access to what Deer Valley has to offer. Everything worked well including hot tub on the balcony, AC (stayed in July), appliances, garage parking. Located on the road into ski area so some road noise 8-5. We'd stay there again.

Fabulous
Our family of six had a wonderful stay in Park City. The condo was exactly what we were looking for. Two bedrooms and three bathrooms made this an ideal set up. The kids were able to have a bedroom and bathroom all to themselves. We made most meals in with everything we needed was available in the kitchen. It was a short drive to downtown, for a few nights eating out if we didn't use the shuttle. The hot tub was a big hit for all. We had a great time in the summer but I am sure it would be even a better stay in winter.

January Ski Trip
Our family traveled to Deer Valley in January and we were very pleased with this property. The condo was well-decorated, well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. This unit has 3 bathrooms and that was nice for our college-aged kids. The owners were extremely helpful and even contacted us prior to arrival to let us know that we could check-in early. The location of this complex is a short 2-minute walk to Silver Lake Village where you can rent your equipment and then leave overnight at the complimentary Deer Valley storage. Deer Valley is our favorite place for skiing and we would definitely recommend this rental.

no hot water and more
The location and condo are very nice, but unfortunately there were issues that were very frustrating with this stay. First, there were several huge boxes that had been delivered that took up a lot of space in the living room making it very difficult to pull out the hide a bed. The refrigerator was brand new but not fully assembled with lots of foam and fillers so we could barely fit a few breakfast items and nothing else. The worse part that there was no hot water so none of us could take a shower- it was freezing cold. One of the property owners happened to call about visiting the property to have something measured so I told him about the water issue. I had already called or texted the number on the checkin info without hearing back. He came, "wiggled the plug" and said he wasn't sure why the water wasn't hot because when he turned it on he felt warm water and assumed it would get hot. The insinuation was that we didn't turn the handle the right way. That night and the next morning, not hot water- not even warm! I called again and he came up and finally found that the hot water heater was unplugged! I also was awakened by a text at 11:30 pm finally responding the the water issue by the other owner! It was a very frustrating stay.

Unbeatable Location for Deer Valley Skiing
The location and price point of this property is absolutely perfect for skiing Deer Valley. The complex itself has a really awesome mountain feel with wood timber everywhere. The unit itself felt a bit tired and could stand a refresh - things felt like they were probably new in the late 90s early 2000s. There were also a few items that stood out as negatives; 1. The shower curtain in one of the baths was full of mold. 2. The light fixture over the kitchen table was dirty / dusty to the point that is was more desirable to leave the light off. 3. Blanket for the sofa bedding was disintegrating. 4. This is probably just a personal thing, but in a time when cleanliness is critical it was really unappealing to have almost empty / used Soft Soap containers at all sinks - bathrooms and kitchen. We set them aside and used our soap, but it was just the impression. All in all a great Deer Valley location!

Perfect location!
The location is wonderful and the condo was just as described. We had a little trouble with the TV but even though it was late on a Saturday afternoon the owner responded and had someone out o fix the problem within an hour. Very impressed!! Very clean and lovely furnishings. Would definitely return.

Great Mountain Getaway
This is our second stay in this condo. Everything was just as described....plenty of amenities and very comfortable. Kim is very responsive and helpful. I'm sure we will return for future stays.

Great Stay in Deer Valley
Beautiful, immaculate, comfortable condo in Deer Valley. Perfect having your own jacuzzi especially during Covid-19. Would definitely comeback in the winter.

Great condo in perfect location!
The place was perfect for our ski weekend. Just steps away from silver lake village and only a couple minute drive from downtown park city. The condo was very well stocked with everything you need. Place was clean, comfortable and spacious!

Loved staying here again
This is the second year we’ve stayed in this unit over the summer. The location is perfect - easy walk to the mountain for hiking, biking. The unit layout is great with the bedrooms separated from the kitchen and family room. We love that the deck is surrounded by trees making it a peaceful spot to drink our coffee or read a book. Plan to stay again next year.

The condo was in a great location right across the street from mid-mountain.
Very nice stay in a well maintained condo. The location was amazing...right across the street from Silver Lake and all the mid mountain activities. The layout of the condo was very nice with plenty of space in all rooms. The only slight downside is the bedrooms did not have dressers to store clothes which was a little odd. Otherwise the rooms were well appointed with large connected bathrooms. The kitchen was nice as well. The balcony with the hot tub was awesome and had an increible view. And plenty of parking in the garage for multiple cars. Finally the property manager was very responsive and timely to our requests for things like more toilet paper.

Amazing Location, beautiful condo!
This condo is PERFECTLY located, close to everything, slopes, food, town. SOOOO nice that they offer a free breakfast. Hot tub was amazing. I can't say enough good things about this condo. The condo is only 2 bedrooms, but SOOOO spacious!! Plenty of pillows, blankets, throws. So warm and cozy. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, all the things I feel rentals sometimes lack this place had it! Very very clean!! Easy to access, instructions for check in and check out were super easy. Warm cookies and coffee in the lobby. We will FOR SURE stay here next time we come to Utah. It was hands down amazing, and a very good price! Thank you so much for the lovely stay!!

Fantastic Location at Silverlake!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! The location could not be beat. We also loved the beautiful view of the mountain from the jacuzzi! The condo was clean and perfectly stocked. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!
