Excellent apartment located in the friendly, calm and central neighborhood of Roma where we found a variety of shops and restaurants. The apartment is beautiful. Modern, spacious and well equipped, with two bedrooms and living room/kitchen spread over 3 floors. Good WiFi network and excellent beds. There is a person at the reception to help us but check-in is done online and we entered the apartment using a lock with a code that was sent to us in advance (easy). The reception staff are extremely friendly and showed us lots of places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Great stay. We will certainly repeat it when we return to Mexico City and recommend it to all our friends.

It was in a fairly quiet area, but other guests could be a bit noisy. I had several very quiet nights and then a couple of loud ones. Property does supply earplugs but could be worth bringing your own. Not a big issue overall though.

I received a message prior to check in telling me how to get into the property.

Our room was not ready when they said it would be, and we waited in the (small) reception are for a long time without being given any info.

Beautiful appointments, designer kitchen and lush wood detailing. Outstanding living space with terrace on lower level. Downstairs sofa which is roomy and comfortable. Great Location.

Bedroom and bed on upper level was small by comparison.

The design of the apartments is beautiful and the location could not be better - it is absolutely in the thick of things but positioned on a reasonably quiet street (by Mexico City standards). However, there is a fundamental problem with the soundproofing of the apartments which means, for the price, I cannot recommend it (see further below). That said, the staff were very understanding of this issue attempts are made to remedy it via earplugs (which are already present in the room on your arrival). In general, the staff are lovely and helpful.

I have never stayed somewhere with worse soundproofing (at least this side of cheap hostels in SE Asia). The architects did a great job with the aesthetics of the building, so it is incredible that further thought was not put into soundproofing. The problem is that I could literally hear every word the people in the apartment upstairs were saying (and every word being said on their TV when it was on). I am not a sensitive sleeper, but was woken up several times during my stay when the upstairs neighbours came home (and then couldn't get back to sleep until they had stopped talking - which, on one occasion, required me to go knock on their door in the middle of the night). I ended up checking out early because of the issue, though I am glad to say the property refunded me for the relevant nights - a real credit to them.

Our room (12) wasn’t completely private, which is the minimum expectation when booking a room/hotel. it was split into two floors - the upstairs was the bedroom which had windows that looked at the hallway so those had to remain closed so all other guests can’t look into your bedroom. Downstairs was the living area with floor-to-ceiling accordion doors opening to a small patio which was nice, until we realized another room’s giant living room window looked into our patio and living room. we had no curtains to even create our own privacy if we wanted to. it was very uncomfortable when we were trying to relax and watch TV at night and the neighbor had their windows open (they had curtains) so we were seeing each other (and the windows are big and very close together so it’s not like seeing a neighbor through a window across the street).

Very hip/modern design and it was a great location to stay at to visit a lot of the restaurants/taquerias and attractions.

The walls a very thin and can hear our neighbors loud and clear which is not really ideal for the couples looking for privacy. This is very small but also the the sliding door was really “hard” to put back into its original position. Which led to it being slightly open all the time.

The apartment were didn’t have much privacy. There was a unit who’s window looked out onto our patio/downstairs and they were doing some type of maintenance for hours and looking. Then people arrived. So we really didn’t have privacy. I was sleeping downstairs and I felt watched. Also the walls were extremely thin and it sounded like the people next to us were in the room with us. Noise traveled fast.

An aesthetically pleasing place in a lovely neighbourhood. A lot of bars, restaurants and cafes at a walking distance. The venue also provided a list of cafes and restaurants that were worth visiting.

Everything was really good. only negative was that there was no elevator for taking the bags although the staff was super helpful and helped us carry some.

I loved this place for all of the amenities. It does get super hot in the day so be sure to shut the curtains. Furnishings were comfortable and we'll thought out. Super central and walkable to the cities best restaurants

The host contacted me so so much, for a two night stay it got a bit much even though she was super nice. I felt bad a out leaving the air con on so much but it really heats up. You will hear noise at night but they do provide earplugs for you.

It was a bit noisy as expected, but it didn't bother us so much. The 'bathroom' layout was a bit strange - the shower was in the room

Lovely property, really clean and host was very accommodating. Neighbourhood was nice and felt safe.

No lift access. Top floor room felt like a sauna at times.
