Para el golfista en la familia hay dos cursos excelentes. Los senderos para bicicletas en toda la isla ofrecen otra diversión para los ciclistas de la familia. The condo is in the perfect location. Close to the pool, easy beach access, and right next door to the sandbar! The owner is very responsive! We had the best time at fripp!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the location being right on the beach and close by all of the resort activities and pools. Great place for our 4 and 7 yr old. Will be back for sure.

A great Labor Day weekend with easy access to the pool and beach. We were able to watch the UGA game on a nice tv. The place was well stocked with all the cookware and drink ware we could need. Thank you!

Nothing spectacular but it was a comfortable stay and the owners were very responsive and helpful.

Our Fripp experience was top-notch! The condo was clean, spacious, offered excellent amenities, and had convenient access to the pool and oceanfront. We were able to communicate easily during the booking and stay. Would recommend!!

Great fripp trip!
Very friendly host. Great location with easy access to the pool and to the beach. Some great renovations to the bathrooms have been done. Kitchen had everything we needed. No bad smells to report.

Smell of smoke when we first arrived..cigarrette butt on the dresser…very thin mattress cover…coffee grounds still in the pot…screen door broke in bedroom…bottom of charcoal grill broken…bottom drawer of stove very dirty… refrigerator was not cleaned and the bottom leaked water all over the floor…upstairs shower door very hard to open. We complained to the owner and she graciously refunded a large amount of $$$….felt bad about telling her all of these things but they are definetly items that need to be corrected. At the present time, unless updated, this was very over priced.

Family Friendly Spot
We really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient with our little kids to have the pool so close and a short walk to the beach. We look forward to many future vacations here.

The villa has a lovely view of the pool and lawn area as well as a view of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom and balcony. The villa is located next to the Beach Club with all the amenities that are available there. Katalin was a joy to communicate with. She responded quickly to our questions and kept us informed of details before and during our stay.The villa is well-stocked and has new carpet, but could benefit from some additional updating.

Spring Refresher
We enjoyed a wonderful week at 318 Captain John Fripp Villa. The location is ideal. The villa has a lovely view of the pool and lawn area as well as a view of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom and balcony. The villa is located next to the Beach Club with all the amenities that are available there.
Katalin was a joy to communicate with. She responded quickly to our questions and kept us informed of details before and during our stay.
The villa is well-stocked and has new carpet, but could benefit from some additional updating.

Great Family Stay
We really enjoyed our first stay at Fripp. The villa location was wonderful with easy access to the beach and pool for our little ones. We enjoyed playing at the beach and pool, fishing, golf cart cruises to the watch sunset and walks on the boardwalk with great views. Thanks for a great vacation and we will be back for sure.

Loved the wide beach and the curious, hungry deer that sauntered up to the porches. Good for families, was my wife's birthday and with the beautiful weather she was so happy. Owner was very personable, called to check on everything, but there was no need because we loved it. Thanks!

Had quick access to the pool and beach, the place was very nice and the carpets were soft enough to sleep on (I didn't). Loved the wide beach and the curious, hungry deer that sauntered up to the porches. Good for families, was my wife's birthday and with the beautiful weather she was so happy. Owner was very personable, called to check on everything, but there was no need because we loved it. Thanks!

We loved our stay at Fripp! The location of the pool, beach and other amenities was ideal, right outside the door. The children could go back and forth between beach and pool very easily. The owner was very prompt in her response to our questions and easy to work with. A great time was had by all!

This property was perfect for our Father’s Day get away. The six of us enjoyed how laid back the courtyard atmosphere was. The pool was very convenient for the kids while the guys played golf at Ocean Creek. The beach access was steps away from the pool. I would say you need a beach cart if you are hauling tents, toys, and chairs. We all commented on how well the king beds slept. The owner was excellent with communication and made sure we were comfortable. We highly recommended this property! We will rent again.
