Wow!! What an amazing vacation thanks in large part to this beautiful house in Destin. Everything was exactly as described -- customer service was quick and efficient, the pictures portrayed the house exactly as we assumed it would be, the amenities were great, check in and check out was incredibly easy! The walk to the beach took maybe 10 minutes and was a safe walk for the whole family -- never even had to cross traffic since there is an underground tunnel to go through. There was plenty of parking too if you got there before 10:30 AM. It was great having the grill for dinner and assorted beach toys and pool floats were really convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and utensils. The community area was close, just a 10 minute walk and had tennis/pickleball courts which we used often. We will definitely recommend Warren Beach Rentals!

The house was beautiful!! Loved the huge pool. Location was great not far from the beach and in safe community! Warren beach rentals were great and easy to work with! Will definitely be coming back!!

Great location and great hosts! Patrick was very personable and prompt in his responses to us during our stay. The house had ample space for all 12 of us and the pool was a major hit! We rented the golf cart for quicker transportation to the beach for the kids, but the walk is easy to the beach. Nice, quiet community and amenities at Destiny East. Would definitely recommend this house and would rent again if given the chance.

Top Shelf is an amazing beach house in the perfect location. We had a wonderful time! The pool was absolutely beautiful! It was very private and peaceful. We sat out by the pool for hours. We also loved the balcony that wrapped around part of the house. We enjoyed sitting out there as a family for dinner. Christy and Patrick with Warren beach rentals were amazing. They did whatever they could to make our vacation great! We cannot wait to come back next year!!

Our family of 12 fit very comfortably in the house plenty of space, such a beautiful place inside and out. The pool and hot tube area was very large for sitting outside. They had many pool toys for the 6 kids we had staying there. Large kitchen and dining room. They very quick to answer any questions and concerns we had. The beach was in walking distance and many restaurants near by. We would definitely stay again!!! Loved it.

Everything is great at the TOP SHELF house. This Wass our 4th or 5th stay there and we feel like it is a second home for us.The problem we had at the beginning with the refrigerator was quickly remedied and you took care of the problem immediately. Our week there was great!

This house was perfect for an extended family gathering. Plenty of space inside and out. The pool area was awesome - plan on spending lots of time there during your stay. Management/owner were very responsive to questions and a few minor issues that cropped up, which were very quickly resolved. Nice quiet neighborhood that seems to work hard to keep things that way.

This house was a great property and great location to the beach. The backyard setup is really nice! However, house majorly needs cleaned DEEPLY. This would prevent us from renting again in the future. You literally could not walk in the house without your shoes. We all started wearing shoes in the house after we noticed the bottoms of our feet were turning black. There was hair in the shower and hair/dust in most of the corners. It was obviously only superficially cleaned. It needs a deep clean more often. The responsiveness from management team is second to none but I would recommend a new cleaning service pronto!

Great stay and wonderful house!!!
The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything was in working order! Zero issues!!! We had rented the house next door two years ago and ran into malfunctioning A/C issues. Not fun in July! This house is very well-maintained. Beautiful new flooring throughout! Good sized house. There were nine of us and we were very comfortable! Nice sectional sofa (with headrests) and it was big enough for everyone to fit for movie night!
We loved the heated pool. Lots of privacy!! It’s a good size! We spent a lot of time in it with our grandchildren! It also was well-maintained and it was cleaned twice during our week’s stay. You can tell that this owner actually cares about the guests!!
Lots of seating and nice, quality outdoor furniture. Part of the patio is shaded which is great too! There is a Roku TV outside on the patio but we didn’t use it. Additional pool toys, etc. were in the outside guest closet (though we had brought our own).
Lovely neighborhood! Close to everything and also a super quick walk down to the beach. We chose to rent the golf cart since our grandchildren are still very young. It was also fairly new!
The beds were all very comfortable! Lots of cookware in the kitchen.
We had a great stay!! Would be happy to stay here next time we are in Destin.

Top Shelf was Top Notch
We travel to the Destin area at least twice a year. Top Shel was our best experience over the past many years. The home was outstanding. We walked into a very clean environment that was already cooled to an appropriate temperature level (not the experience at other properties in 2019 and 2021).
This home has a very pretty pool configuration. The decking around the pool had high-end furniture with room for 20+ people to sit comfortably. The whole family loved the private pool/whirlpool. It was used daily by everyone.
The extended family was very happy that the kitchen was as large as it was. It provided room for 4 cooks to be in the kitchen concurrently without issue. The common areas, inside and outside, were sized large enough to provide space for all of us together as well as plenty of space to spread out.
We are already discussing when in 2023 we can return. The only item you should be aware of is that it does not come with a golf cart BUT they have a great relationship with a company that provides outstanding equipment.

Incredible experience and best location!
My family and I fell in love with this house the moment we pulled up. The house itself is wonderful, and the back yard oasis is jaw dropping. You can’t go wrong with this house! It’s located right in the heat of Destin, and right by the beach. Will 100% rent again!

The TOP SHELF Dream
Last week during our stay was one of the best vacation we have had in many years. Large house, private pool, fantastic location and management that answered any question or needs that came up.
This property was walking distance to the beach as well as shopping, eating and entertainment venue very close by. If you have plans to vacation in Destin we highly recommend this property and the property management.

Beach trip
The property was great and in a very good location. We had a large group with two families and loved our time. We rented a golf cart which was great as well. The pool and outside areas worked great for our group. We had a group of teenagers so the seperate room above garage was excellent for giving them some space.

Great, large home with awesome pool and close walk to the beach.
It was wonderful, though quite pricy. Close to the beach and we walked ever day. The pool was wonderful, and we were gone every day; goofy golf, go carts, real golf , pedicures, the wharf, tour of Elgin with a Colonel we knew, Top Gun movie, multiple meals out! Amazing property for big gatherings!
We stayed for a week with 9 adults and had an amazing time! The pool and hot tub is the perfect break from the beach allowing for poolside BBQ, relaxation and fun. Close distance to the beaches so you can walk or take a short drive to local restaurants and bars.
The HOA wrote us tickets for parking our vehicles in the driveway, citing one for being a commercial vehicle (my friend owns a gym and has a window wrap). The other had a camper top on the top of his truck and was cited for having an RV. Each night we were cited $50 x 2. The parking restrictions does not list these rules, but nothing has been done to take care of these issues by the Property Manager or host. Both vehicles are registered as privately owned. The guy wrote tickets at 0130.
When there were issues with the pool, the manager quickly came to fix the issues and was really nice. Great guy!
Other than the bogus tickets this was worth the money with a big group.

"Top Shelf" in Destin
Our family had a wonderful time at the property. The pool was excellent, so much so that it was difficult to get the kids out of the water, they were having so much fun! The property was clean and location great. Communication with the property manager was excellent and all of our needs/questions were answered and taking care of quickly.

Our party of 12 loved this house! The pool wasn't heating properly when we arrived and the property manager came quickly to fix the situation. He came back the next day to check on us and then we had him come back again the next day to bring more propane for the grill. We cannot say enough good things about the attention and service (especially since this was over the Christmas holiday). We loved the huge kitchen and found everything we needed there to cook many meals for 12. There was plenty of seating and beds. Our only complaint was we needed more linens (there were less pillow cases and towels than people), but didn't want to cause any more problems so made do with what we had. We highly recommend this place!

Fabulous family vacation!
We enjoyed our stay at Top Shelf with plenty of room for our 10 family members. The highlight was the pool and hot tub that was enjoyed by all. Also the nice outdoor furniture that we could spread out and enjoy being outdoors. Our only disappointment was the full trash bins in garage that were left from previous occupants that we had to bring to curb. We were made aware of trash day but thought it was only our trash we were responsible for- sadly we had left one recycle bin up near garage at night and that is not allowed in neighborhood so we were charged $50 from deposit- no trash cans can be visible from road and the HOA is very strict so be aware they are very strict on that issue. other than that it was a wonderful stay and we were sad to leave and would definitely return to Top Shelf again!!

Great vacation!
The location of the house was very convenient and easy to find. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and loved that the pool area offered privacy and shade. The little bar by the pool was a fun place to hang out. The kitchen was well-appointed and liked that we had an extra full-size refrigerator in the garage. There was plenty of room for all ten of us. We had a fun vacation!

My kids loved the pool, and it was like a private oasis
My extended family (including our parents and kids) stayed for a week to attend a dance competition in the area. The rental fit our needs perfectly. My kids loved the pool, and it was like a private oasis. When there were any questions or issues, we reached out to WBRs management and they responded promptly. We spent the extra money to rent a golf cart from Patrick (relative of the owner). He was so nice to my family. He came by a few times to say hi and to check in with us to see if there was anything he could do for us. That was very personable and I appreciated the hospitality. I don't really have complaints. I am just giving a suggestion here, but the amount of some supplies was very limited. To their defense this was stated in the rental agreement, but not specific enough for me to know exactly everything I needed to bring (but their instructions did give me a general idea). For example, I didn't find any kind of cleaning sprays (I did not ask though), so we went to the store and bought some (and a few other items we ended up needing that we didn't think of beforehand) so we could clean the counters and such during our stay. It wasn't a huge deal though. But really other than that (and I was being super picky) it was such a nice get-away. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed. We would recommend to others and we would return to stay ourselves.

We enjoyed the home and pool ! Great location Tips for next family have plenty of towels set out so they do not need to hunt for towels ! Make sure enough toilet paper is available for each bath room !for 1st few days ! We never saw or heard from our property manager all week ! Fortunately the owner stopped in and he helped us with some questions great guy ! Bar outside was decieveing no outdoor fridge or sink! One more tip my son who is a Electrician recommended was have all the tv wires behind a cabinet looked very tacky hanging down PLUS NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN !

We loved staying in the Top Shelf home, it was perfect for our family and the house was clean, well cared for, and the amenities were, well, Top Shelf. Emily the local manager contacted us prior to the stay and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. We had lost our gate code but was able to get that from Emily with just a quick call.Warren Beach Rentals is great to work with, and we will definitely rent from them again in the future.
