Excellent apartment in a heart of Bari next to main pedestrian street. Very comfortable, has all necessary amenities. Located in a very nice building. Would definitely come again during future visits to Bari

Staff of cleaners came 15 mins before check out with new guests who wanted to leave the luggage. It should not happen before old guests leave the premises.

Didn't experience anything wrong at all

Good location. Spacious and bright. Allowed an hour “late” check out from 10am to 11am when asked.

No hot water for two days. Although replies were quick, had to chase them up to find out what was going on, timelines etc. Timelines for repair were not met and no apologies which was even more annoying. Hot water would often run out when it did work. Had to use a link for the door which did not work when we arrived. By chance met someone who could help and got keys which was lucky. Has a washing machine but as we were there a week didn’t want to hang about waiting for washing machines so more fresh towels would have been much better. You get the feeling you are seen more as Euros than a customer to be interacted with.
