Exceeded expectations. Great location and house.

House was just perfect for our group of families in town for basketball tournament. Joseph was always available for questions and checked on us often. Kids loved the pool, pool table, games and bunks. Great trip with fun memories!!

Overall our stay was great! House was clean and Joseph was responsive and easy to communicate with. Just a couple of suggestions: There were plenty of bath towels, but the towels were old and need to be replaced. There was only a few wash cloths for our large group. The beds were comfortable but very low to the floor and did not have a top sheet. Pillows were sufficient but could use more with pillow cases. The rain showers in the bathrooms were great and the water temperature was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The backyard was beautiful and peaceful. We didn’t spend much time at the house as we were sight seeing and enjoying our time in Vegas. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again.

What a great space to gather for a Thanksgiving vacation! Plenty of space to cook and hangout for a week. The host was easy to contact and met all of our requests.

We had a small family reunion at this house and it had so much great usable space for all 12 of us! The owner met us on check in and was super attentive to anything we needed. Everyone in my family loved the space so much, we hardly left the house!

7 of us were in town for a golf trip and this house was perfect! Joseph was a fantastic host and did a great job of making sure everything was good to go for us at the house. We will definitely be staying here again for our next Vegas trip!

This place was as described on the listing and was perfect! The perfect amount of room for our group. The extra amenities made it perfect to stay here before exploring the strip. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and just a short Uber trip to the strip. The host was great at communicating and answering question. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vegas.

The property was great with the bonuses of a pool, a well-stocked set of games, plenty of room and an excellent location.

Owner was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the house and the back yard / pool. Would definitely stay here again. We had a celebrity executive chef visit us during our stay and he highly recommended the location.

House was as advertised, clean, in a safe neighborhood, and family friendly. Everything was provided from towels, toilet paper, paper towels, floaties for the pool, condiments. One of the best Vegas rentals I’ve had. Thanks!

We stayed for EDC and the location was great! It was close to some shuttle stops and also close enough to the strip.

10 of us came to Vegas for the golf in the area. We had to make it work for us. Those top bunks don’t work for my group. They went unused. So keep it in mind. The outdoor space was great. Everything else was great.

Perfect property for a small or a large group. Very quiet neighborhood. Large kitchen for large group of stays. The house was very clean as well.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the property, which is conveniently located and was everything the ad represented. We stayed in mid-March and were glad we paid for the pool to be heated.

Our business team had a great stay at this house - we were there for a conference, and the house was our retreat / regroup point. I have no real negatives to say about it, and plenty of positives, which include: - Well decorated - the decor was stylized and comfortable, with plenty of shared living spaces both indoors and out. It allowed us to congregate in several shared spaces, around the pool, in the main living space, and in the game room. - Beds were really comfortable. I was surprised - I liked the beds better than my own, and that was a sentiment shared by the team. - Everything was clean, and in great shape. - Property has a grill that does not show in the pics. - Property owner was responsive, and personally checked us in to make sure we knew how everything worked. Great guy! 10 out of 10 experience - would stay here again.

Property was very clean and on a quiet street. Pool was heated and ready to go. Property manager, Joshua, was probably the most attentive manager we have ever had. He even brought us donuts the second morning. Would rent here again/ great for a family group.

It was good value for the house. I like to stay off Strip for conventions and this house was comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

The property was perfect for members of a soccer team to stay at the property. The number of bedrooms and bunkbeds were perfect for the needed accommodations. The pool, while cold, was perfect for soothing muscles. The pool table and TV in the garage provided additional entertainment. Joseph was an excellent and communicative host. We look forward to staying here again!

The property is well maintained and fit our needs well. The pool was kept in good condition and usable each day. The single minor issue we had was resolved by the host very quickly. We recommend this property for any large family needing this much space.

The property was spacious and clean,. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool table and outdoor areas were a hit!

My softball team was in town for a tournament and we were looking for a place that could fit almost everyone and this house fit the bill. 10 of us stayed in the house and everyone was impressed with the cleanliness and amenities that were provided. There were plenty of towels not only for the bathrooms, but the pool as well! The double washer and dryer was an added bonus to wash our uniforms after each night. A lot of the small stuff, shampoo, body wash extra toiletries, etc were all provided. A lot of the guys said they would definitely rent this house again for their own personal use if they came back to Vegas. High recommended using this property. Joseph was also very easy to deal with, as well as contact, and resolved any questions that we had quickly.

Joseph has been the best ever! His place is so clean and has everything you need. Towels, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, soap, extra blankets, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, 2 refrigerators, and tv in every room. He was very quick to respond if I needed anything. His home is very comfortable and cozy. I will definitely rent this place again. Thank you Joseph for accommodating all we needed. Best place ever!

Seven of us from a medial office stayed at this beautiful home while attending a conference in downtown Las Vegas. The home was beautiful and well equipped for all our needs. The two men and five women in our group appreciated the number of bathrooms, ample seating options for meals, snacks, work and having fun when away from the conference and the hustle and bustle of the Strip and Downtown. The yard was beautiful and impeccably maintained. We enjoyed the pool, barbeque and outdoor seating during our stay. We especially appreciated the two clothes washers and dryers that allowed us to do our laundry before returning home as we would be returning to Houston midweek in the late evening and would be back at the office 7am the next morning.The home is in a great location, about 15-20 minutes to anywhere along the strip or downtown. There are ample options to buy whatever foods or beverages you need during your stay. Access to the house and parking was excellent.Joseph is, without a doubt, the kindest, most thoughtful host I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He answered all my questions prior to our arrival, made sure we had what we needed at any time and was immediately responsive when we needed the pool temperature adjusted or had any questions about anything during our stay. He was present when we arrived and gave us an orientation of the home and made sure we were comfortable with everything before he left.It's a shame that I can't give the experience more than 5 stars!

Everything about the house was excellent, location, 10-15 minutes from everything. Loads of room, fully stocked with everything you need for your home away from home. Checking in was a breeze, neighborhood was nice and quiet, the back yard was awesome with the gazebo and the fire pit. Highly recommend for anyone with a group or large family. Definitely will be staying there again! Thank you so much for your hospitality.
