Great option for the a large family and wants to be under the same roof. Rare to find 5 bedroom condos in vail. Great set up with en-suite bathrooms in every room. It was perfect for our group.

Advertised as air conditioned but sign located in the unit says no air conditioning. Multiple TV issues that took 4 days and hours of troubleshooting to resolve. Living room fireplace not working. Crank handles on some windows are broken. The large sectional couch shown in the picture has been replaced with two smaller couches and a big square end table between them - this causes the loss of valuable seating with an adequate TV viewing angle. While the location is excellent we paid a premium price for a misleading rental that was not functional.

The property is very well situated; super convenient to lifts, Lionshead Village, etc. It has beautiful views and is very soundproof which, with kids, is really helpful. The bedrooms aren't huge, and there are some signs of wear and tear, but you can tell that it's a quality, well-built unit. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was all that the photos promised, and the commutations from Berkshire Hathaway was precise timely. The checkin was easy and the valet service was very competent and prompt.

The Penthouse at Lionshead lived up to expectations! We had 8 total guests & the home was more than spacious & comfortable for everyone. The location is central to everything in Lionshead, can't speak highly enough about the accommodations.

Vail Trip
The property was in a great location. My only complaint was that it was difficult to talk to a real person on the management side. Digital communication was great, but a real person is always best. It's difficult to convey issues via text or email... especially in real-time.

Great ski trip location
Great location, close to gondolas and shops. A bit walk to the swimming pool after a day of skiing but kids don’t mind. Layout of the apartment is great, with rooms separated into 2 areas which give you lots of privacy when traveling with several family members. It will be great if more shampoo and conditioner can be provided but this is very minor.

Vail family vacation!
We had a large group 5-75. This was a perfect lodging with everyone having their own space. The location was perfect! The condo bright, clean and the patio looking at the mountain was beautiful!

Everything was excellent, but need to have recurrent cleaning
Property is not managed by Lion Square Lodge, so communication for basic need is a challenge. Suggest to have programed cleaning. We stated for 9 days and had to hire cleaning service during our stay. Other than that the property is excellent, amazing location and very complete property

Great location and beautiful views
We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful location. Lots of room for our group of 7. Perfect location for shopping, ski lift, and restaurants. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and pool. The front desk was great with taking care of us. The bellman provided us transportation when we needed it and we never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. Dillon, one of the front desk managers, went above and beyond to coordinate transportation to the airport when we had issues with the airlines and our flights.

Beautiful and convenient
We enjoyed a getaway with family and a few friends in this beautiful condo. Plenty of space to spread out. Close to the ski lifts. Hope to stay here again sometime.

We had an amazing experience! Access to everything is walking distance, the place is beautiful inside with a massive kitchen/gathering area! We had 8 highly active adults and the place was a perfect fit, would rent afain!!

What a great time! Weather was perfect, location is outstanding, views were stunning! Property management was very responsive and helpful. The unit was just what we needed for this trip! Definitely recommend! Do wish there was a way to have more queen beds, but didn't really matter we were all together

Condo is really nice with excellent view and balconies only minus point is I wish at least three bedrooms were with queen beds this place has five bedrooms for only two bedrooms have queen size bed four couples we were three couples and two children’s so one of the couples really did not enjoy sleeping in two twin beds

The Perfect Vail Retreat

Incredible property and location
We have an incredible stay in this property. The view from the living room was the best of our 10 years of going to Vail and we had plenty of room. The location to Lionshead was perfect and we very my enjoyed our stay. We will try to rent this property again.

Wonderful Property
Beautifully appointed condo. We had 11 in our family group 6 adults and 5 kids under 10. It spaciois and comfortable. THe 5 bedrooms, 6 bath and assorted other general areas gave the kids countless hours of fun playing hide and seek. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for the dinners we cooked each night. Really a very wonderful place.

Fantastic place for our entire family!!
This is an impressive place, we were so glad to find a single level property as I didn't want my parents to have to climb stairs. There were 8 of us in total staying here, and there was plenty of room! The elevator opens right into the home. Each bedroom has a private bath, there is even another half bath next to the washer/dryer. The kitchen is beautiful, and pots, pans, and cooking implements are plentiful. Three of the bedrooms have private balconies. The fireplaces are a nice touch and were great to have even in the summer! The view from the living room balcony is beautiful, it's a perfect place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It was great having 3 parking spaces even though we only needed 2 of them, and the hot tub downstairs was very cozy. The pool for the property and two more hot tubs are located at the building just down the street. The location was perfect as well, plenty of shops/restaurants in easy walking distance. Check in/check out was a breeze as well. We hope to stay here the next time we are in Vail!!

The property was very nice, spacious, and a perfect location! I woul definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean and nicely set up.
I would suggest new renters be aware that the parking spaces are very narrow & not always regulated. Also, the portable humidifiers were a nice idea, but need cleaning.

Great location for a 5 bedroom apt in Lionshead
This apartment is wonderfully located. It is very close to the Lionshead Gondola lift, closer to the Lionshead ski school. There is a lovely view of Vail mountain from one of the porches.
The apartment has 5 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and closet. There is an additional half bath near the laundry. Two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed, two of the bedrooms have 2 twins and the final one has a pull out sofa and day bed. The apartment has a large kitchen with Wolf and SubZero appliances. There is a dishwasher and garbage disposal. There are substantial kitchen pots/pans and gadgets to cook dinner. There is a Grill on the porch that you can use to grill.
The living area of the apartment is large. There is a large sectional sofa and two arm chairs around the large TV. There are two dining tables for eating, games. etc. Plus 3 chairs around the kitchen island.
The apartment comes with daily maid service. They do a good job of keeping the apartment clean. The apartment is looking alittle worn in places. There are lots of plates, but all of them have chips in them. The dishwasher needs a repairman to replace the missing rack in the bottom and clean the broken glass out of the filter.
I had a wonderful experience with Berkshire Hathaway. I found them very responsive and adaptable. We would rent the apartment again. We would recommend it to friends

The best penthouse in Vail
This penthouse is absolutely stunning! It has an amazing view and everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. It's luxurious and well maintained. The rooms are large and well decorated. The location is perfect and you can walk every where. We can't ask for a better place to stay.
