First off, Jan is a fantastic host! Information provided is very detailed and very helpful in the planning of the weekend.
Boat dock is directly in front of the house and a sandy beach off to the right. Very easy access to both.

Loved our stay at Jamma's Lakehouse. We had two adults, 4 teenagers and an 8 year old stay for a week. The beds were comfy and the house was very clean. We loved sitting on the front deck in the morning and evening to enjoy the view of the lake. My son enjoyed the swing in the backyard and the beach close by. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again!

Plenty of room for EVERYONE to be comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need. Bring a golf cart for easy access to the beach. Owner is very good with communication and any need that might arise. Bring your mosquito spray for the back porch. Great view but way too many insects biting. This was our 4th time here. Fav for elderly parents. Ease of getting in and out of the house. No stairs.

Property was gorgeous. Home was perfect for our family of 12 with plenty of places to sit and eat and plenty of sleeping space. Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of amenities. Property owner was just amazing. Great swim beach and easy access to boat dock. Would definitely stay again if were back in the area.

What a great place for a family getaway. The home is fully furnished with everything you will need. We cooked all our meals for the week. Not sure we missed anything we needed at all in the kitchen. The backyard is very large with a portion fenced off which was very nice for our dogs. The boat dock is a few stairsteps away to manage, but the dock/pier was great. We launched our boat from a nearby spot and then tied it up to the dock for easy boating and fish trips. All beds were very comfortable, bathrooms well stocked, a nice large living area that sat a lot of people and a wonderful large covered porch. We highly recommend Jamma's Lake House. Cheers!

Great spot for a family vacation!
House was very clean, with lots of room.
Open living room and kitchen area made it easy to have our large family all together. Out back porch was perfect for sitting outside while the kids played in the yard. Walking distance to the water and beach area. A great place for a get away from the city life. Boat ramps were fairly close for us to use our boat. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay
Lovely home... spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the huge deck and the fenced yard. Finally found a rental home with a decent gas grill (Weber) for cooking all the fish we caught on Texoma (the lake lived up to its reputation). The nearby beach was a pleasant surprise (clean sandy beach and lake bottom, gentle slope and bath-water warm water in the middle of June).
My family enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.

Huge deck!
Jamma’s Lakehouse was perfect for our family trip! We enjoyed the oversized deck and played games at the large dining table. Beds and linens were superb and everything was perfectly clean. Short walk to the beach and the boat dock, but my favorite touch was the beautifully potted plants! Wonderful place to stay!

We all had a wonderful time at a wonderful home except for too much rain. This was a great place to catch up with each other and enjoy the many amenities of this beautiful lake home. Definitely 100 out of 100. Jan was a very helpful host.

This was a Great Lake house. Our group of friends enjoyed the wonderful back porch with a fantastic view of the lake. The fishing was also great and just a short walk to boat dock. The house was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed! Great communication w the host

Everything you could ask for!
This rental was a perfect retreat! The house was nice and roomy. The kitchen had everything you would need. We loved the covered porch as well as the easy access to the beach and fishing off the dock. Jan provided all the amenities to make our stay wonderful. She even went out of her way when I accidentally left some personal items. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

Great place for a weekend getaway
We had our first girls weekend since Covid hit. This was the perfect place. Large open living area with attached kitchen. Lots of room to move about and great outdoor area. Nice view of the lake. We will go back.

Awesome Place to Stay!
This is the perfect place for family and friends to gather. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Clayton, the striper fishing guide, came right up to the dock to take us fishing. There was even a dock for us to leave our boat. Can't say enough good about this place!

Everything We Needed
Wonderful accommodations with everything we needed. Rain forecast kept us from taking the boat, but the beautiful view from the expansive back deck and the beach cart full of everything we needed for the kids and adults to have a perfect time on the beach made our trip seamless. We had everything we needed and could’ve packed much less! Spacious and immaculately clean. Thank you for helping make what could’ve been a disappointing weather impacted visit to a great time for all!

HOT BUT FUN WEEKEND
The house was just what we needed for all 12 of us to enjoy being together. We cooked all our meals and enjoyed visiting at the large round table during and after meals. The weather was extremely hot so we were not able to spend as much time as we would have liked on the awesome deck. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach rather than boat. We will definitely go back again.

Great place to relax
The house is beautiful, it is how it was described. We loved the fenced in yard, but my little dog found a way to escape through the fence in the backyard. There are 102 steps to the boat house, so they are not lying. The pros due out way the cons but I feel I should share them.
1- You actually can't use the boathouse, you can tie your boat up to the boathouse.
2- There is no electricity at the boathouse, because it's turned off. We had an electric knife to clean our fish but no luck.
3. Since they have they not electricity, there were no lights to help you see the stairs when coming back from an evening cruise.
4. The beds need pillow topper, way to firm for our family.
Bring your food because it's a distance to the grocery stores. If you arrive Sunday-Wednesday, there are limited restaurants that are open. We will definitely go back but hope the owners understand, if your a lake or fisherman you do need electricity and lights on the dock. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

May Fun !
This was a lovely setting. Even though we were there after Oklahoma's "monsoon" season and didn't get to enjoy the beach, we so enjoyed the view on the porch for our morning coffee.
The "lazy Susan" built into the dining room table was definitely a hit for our "Wahoo" game.
Our group has already discussing about maybe coming in the fall as we have determined this has been one of best places we've been to.
