Have been visiting OIB for the past 10+ years and love these condos for their close proximity to the beach. This one was very nice, recently repainted with a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Great communication too.

Cliff is an amazing host, Very helpful and responsive and gave us ample time to check-in/out. Clean property, stones throw from the beach. We loved our stay.

Very easy to rent through Cottage Vacations. Cliff was super responsive with the few issues we had. It’s easy to overlook those when you are surrounded with family, lovely weather and great food! This is a perfect location.

From the beginning the communication has been excellent!! We were able to get in with no issues. Loved the property the rooms and it was walking distance to the beach. We had a relaxing time. Will definitely be going back!!

The location of the property was great, convenient to beach and the town. Check in was easy and convenient. However, the bad signals started when we got a message from the property manager two days b4 arrival that we needed to bring our own cleaning and paper products. Yes, even TP, paper towels, napkins, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap. Then we arrived to find a dead cockroach on the kitchen counter. There was blood spatter on a mirror in a bathroom, there were spaghetti noodles on the counter and kitchen floor, mold in the grout in the showers, chips in and around the coffee table and the corners of the tile flooring look like they'd never been cleaned. We were stunned at how filthy the unit was. The manager offered to have someone come to clean again, but we had just arrived from a long trip and didn't want to have someone cleaning around us as we were getting our baby's sleeping area set up. We subsequently found 5 more cockroaches over the course of our 4 night stay. The overall experience was certainly less than satisfying as we felt we couldn't get comfortable in such a dirty space. The check out process was weird in that they wanted us to wash, dry and fold towels before checking out at 11am. And remember, this request came without providing any laundry detergent. We did all the towels the night before, but the morning shower towels had to be left due to lack of time and detergent.

My family had a great time visiting this weekend! The place is very clean and so spacious. Our son had a great time looking at the turtles in the lagoon. Would rent here again!

since we had all adults the children around was somewhat annoying. location is good, owners locker with beach stuff needs to be cleaned out/ parking was usual under building

The condo is spacious and feels even bigger than it is. The condo was clean but lacked a deep clean feel. Something I expected given the current climate with COVID-19 concerns. I was disappointed to find several items broken upon arrival. I reached out to the owner, and he was very apologetic and responded quickly to have the items addressed. The location was ideal for the ocean, just a short walk. The pool was further (far enough that we drove there) and the pool was connected to bar/restaurant so we could not bring our own adult beverages. This wasn't spelled out in the description. Other than those points we had a positive experience and enjoyed our stay.

Cliff great to deal with

Had a great time at Cliff’s wonderful condo. This was our first time vacationing at Ocean Isle. It was very family friendly. We loved everything about this area. Would definitely come back again!!

I wish the condo would have been clean. I don’t think it had been. I had to go through and wipe and sweep everything. Especially the floors and bathrooms. The carpet is also really bad. It needs a good cleaning. The mAin TV is soo old, we could hardly watch it. Please upgrade like the bedroom.

We loved staying here for the second year in a row! Everything was nice and clean. Great location for the beach. The communication with the property manager was great.

We love Ocean Isle, and the Islander Villas! This property was perfectly located just a short walk to the peaceful, beautiful beach. The condo is spacious and well appointed, with comfortable beds and all that you need to enjoy the perfect piece of paradise. The owner was absolutely amazing and accomodating! We will be back for sure!

I love ocean isle and the amenities with this place...the beds and bedrooms were great! Clif was great to work with. He was very quick to answer any questions. The only 2 areas that we saw that DEFINITELY needed some work was cleanliness when we checked in (trash was left on the back deck, food was on the chairs and floor around the table, and toilet and tub in the master was really nasty-had to clean myself before we could use it) and the kitchen does NOT have enough pots and essentials needed for a week with a large family (no big pots, no storage containers and no colander-I ended up purchasing one and just left it for future tenants). Theses two were significant enough for me not to want to rent this property again and to look into what is actually provided and ask more questions next time. But we had a wonderful time regardless! 😊�
