This condo is located on the east side of Telluride and has great views looking over the beaver ponds to Ingram Falls. It's close to good restaurants so no need to drive to eat out. A garage slot is provided for a small to mid-size vehicle. It's next to the river trail which is a beautiful walk and close to the Bear Creek trail which leads to a nice waterfall. The gondola to the Mountain Village is only a few blocks away.

NEVER USED THE RENTAL CAR ONCE
What a great location. This was our first trip to Telluride. Went for a boys weekend ski trip. Parked the car in front of the unit on Thursday and never used it again until Monday when we left. Truly the perfect location. We could walk to the Gondola and to all the restaurants, bars, stores, and bakery in town. I will be back. Very gracious host and he checked in several times. All was great.

Incredible
Could not have been better. The views, the location, the space itself - we literally cannot wait to come back! Don made it all very easy. The location is unbeatable. There were only 2 of us but plenty of room for more. Super cozy, we loved everything from the gas fireplace to the board games to the mattress and sheets! Highly recommend this little piece of paradise!

Amazing - will return!
We loved Don’s property! The location within town was incredible! 1 block from the Main Street and an incredible view from the balcony. We wished we had more time. The unit was very comfortable as well! We hope to stay here when we return to Telluride in the future! Don was also so kind and communicative! Thank you for everything!

Great Telluride location
Location of this place is awesome. Short walk to ski lift / gondola and restaurants ect...The views from living room / balcony is incredible. Place had everything we needed...clean and very convenient. Loved the ski mountain and hope to make it back. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was easy to communicate with. Great experience. Perfect nest !
This home was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to nest during our vacation. It was ideal to rest up, relax, re-energize and plan next activities. Comfortable seating for all in the living room space with a warm fire to up the cozy factor, and an awesome view of the mountains to inspire! Don was welcoming from the start of our visit, reassuring us that we could easily reach him if need be. Perfect nest!

Perfect location and perfect place!
We loved staying here and the view was amazing. Super easy to get to the mountain and easy to get to town. Loved that we never had to use the car! Very comfortable and they had everything we needed and more. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

Terrific Telluride
You won’t find a more accommodating host than Don. He made the entire process very easy and checked in with us several times to make sure we were pleased. This condo is literally steps from some of the best mid priced and high end restaurants in Telluride. It is an easy two block walk to the gondola. The view out Don’s bay windows is breathtaking. A great place, a great host, a great location.

Great choice in the heart of Telluride
We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was large enough for our family of 4 to be comfortable. The location is unbeatable and we walked to everywhere in town.

We had a wonderful time! The property is perfectly located in town and we were able to walk to everything. The view from the living room is spectacular. Don was a great host and communicated important information. Property was exactly as listed. We would definitely stay there again!!

The property at 255 Spruce was awesome. We had six in out party and it was perfect space.
The location was so close to everything we needed. We did have a car but you didn’t need one. You could walk to every place.
Don was such a pleasure to work with in making our stay perfect. His condo is furnished nicely and he is so concerned that you have a great experience. We will advise anyone we know to check out this location. Great time with family on Spring Break 2019.

Amazing view!
We really enjoyed the condo. Great location made it easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The condo had a very comfortable feel. It could use a larger tv screen but we didn't watch much tv anyway. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Excellent location with comfort of home
My friends and I had a wonderful stay. Great location in town, walked everywhere, basked in the morning sun on the deck, and slept soundly in a comfy bed. Visiting off-season, we learned from the locals why this is such a magical place. Can't wait to return!

Great location and Amazing Views!
This property was in a great location, just over a block from the main street for shops/restaurants and right on the edge of town for amazing views and easy access to mountain trails/lifts! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is great for a family of 4-6 people. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates/utensils, and a few spice/condiment necessities. The small balcony is big enough to seat 2 (maybe 3) and was a great location to catch enjoy some sun and (did I mention) the views. The unit came with 2 parking spots; 1 parking spot as part of the building parking area in the back (note: not covered parking and is tight for larger/taller vehicles) and 1 parking pass to allow for street parking out front. The gas fireplace could heat the entire unit and electric baseboard heaters supplemented the fireplace with thermostat controls in each room. The WiFi, Cable/Smart TV, and washer/dryer were also great amenities.
One extra note for families like us with young kiddos: the library less than a block away has a great children's reading and play area if you are needing some extra entertainment options for the young ones.

Perfect fit for our family
Our stay in Telluride was perfect with this condo. It is walking distance from shops, restaurants, the gondola, the park, and the medical center (which we sadly did need to use). The condo was clean with a well-appointed kitchen (coffee maker, coffee, toaster, plenty of dishes and utensils, etc), plenty of bath towels. Don had made it so easy for us to access that we had no need to contact him. He proactively checked on us with a text to make sure we had everything we needed. Our family of four would definitely stay there again and we even had room for another 1-2 people.

Great location and view!
This was a great place to stay in Telluride - perfect size, great views of the mountains, super location right by the park, next to the river and just 2 short blocks from Main Street in one direction and the gondola in the other direction. We easily walked everywhere.
We've been to Telluride several times before and stayed both in town (in a hotel) and in the Mountain Village. I think this is the best choice we've made and we will stay here again. It was just me and my husband this time, so we had more than enough room. We wouldn't hesitate to bring our daughters next time with the second bedroom, the space would be perfect. The owner was great about communication and providing all the details we needed. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great location with a beautiful view from balcony
The condo is older, but very clean and comfortable. The balcony is small but has an incredible view. The location was perfect! For the rental price, I thought this was an ideal place to stay.
