Absolutely amazing! A home away from Home right on the ocean! Will definitely be our go to place in Kauai from now on. Fell in love with it at first sight!

We enjoyed everything about this condo! Location couldn't have suited us better! Very easy check-in/check out. Lots of great neighbors and fun things to do within walking distance. We hope to be back next year. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

We loved our stay! It has a beautiful view, large/spacious rooms, and is close to shopping and restaurants.

Very beautiful and comfortable accommodations. We were in awe the moment we walked in and saw the view. We were centrally located to do lots of different excursions on the island and having the Lava Lava Beach club close by was an added bonus for relaxing with drinks and dinner at the end of the day. Unfortunately I broke my ankle day 4 into the week and I had to spend a bit more time at the condo than planned but I had a beautiful view the whole time.

Great location, a bit old, but ok. Unfortunately no AC and no night curtains. For Europeans a bit strange ;-)

Great site by the ocean. Condo was in excellent condition. Only one bedroom was air conditioned. Didn’t expect this.

Very comfortable accommodations with a beautiful view! Nice pool area and beach. Several nice eateries within walking distance. Love the area of Kapaa, great central location for exploring both Hanalei and Poipu.

Amazing views! We woke up to beautiful sunrise everyday. Nice Ocean breeze and wave sounds all day long. Well stocked kitchen. Easy access to restaurants close by. Enjoyed our stay really well!

It was really hard to leave the property because it was pretty close to perfect. Great location near the airport, good shopping and dining close by. Easy to navigate the entire island but mostly the views are spectacular! Well maintained property that was very comfortable.

This beautiful condo was far beyond perfect. So well stocked with everything you could need! The view was amazing. There is wonderful shopping within walking distance and the Restaurants were wonderful. The Bull Shed is a must. We will definitely be back!!!

My friend and I went with my infant daughter for a long weekend and it was perfect. We relaxed and stayed by the pool and at low tide, went into the tide pool by the ocean with my daughter. It was perfectly refreshing and I can’t say enough good things about this property.

The condo was beautiful, a warm and welcoming home. We took the sunset cruise through HOLOHOLO tours and would definitely recommend it. The Napoli coast was stunning! Went to Ke’e beach and spent a great day there. Had dinner at Lemongrass which Is near the condo and enjoyed a very fine dinner. Mahalo Kauai!

Beautiful property! Best part was the patio, ground and view. Had all the things we needed for a great stay. Negatives:. Very warm! Adverted air conditioner in 2nd bedroom, but it didn't blow cold air. Carpets were old and dirty appearing, and 2nd bedroom had a dank odor. Should have more box fans available, or fix the air conditioning. Other than that we overall loved it here!

Easy access from airport to condo. Lovely location over looking the ocean. Plenty of amenities in condo.. overall we had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at Lanikai 123. The condo was very spacious and the lanai was large with great views of the ocean and pool. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need including spices, aluminum foil, cooking spray, etc. Furnishing were all very comfortable including beds. The only downside was I did not read the fine print and there is only a small air conditioner in the guest room that didn't even cool down that one room. The condo was very warm even at night with all of the windows open. It was hard for all of us to sleep. There was a box fan in the closet which was a saving grace but it was still too warm for all of us.

Loved our stay at Lanikai 123. The unit itself is incredibly spacious with two large bedrooms, a massive living space, and a huge deck with an expansive view of the grounds, pool, beach and ocean. Honestly, it's difficult to overstate how amazing the views are from the master bedroom and the entire living/dining area. Additionally, the unit was extremely clean and has clearly been well maintained and updated. It is well stocked with kitchen supplies and pool/beach items, including three very nice boogie boards and a kick board. Property management was incredibly responsive and promptly answered any questions that I had. We've been to Kauai a number of times previously, but this was our first time staying in the Wailua/Kapa'a area and we came away convinced that it has a number of advantages, foremost among them: close proximity to shopping (super close to Coconut Market Place) and dining (walk across the street to the Kinipopo Shopping Center and try anything and everything at both Passion Bakery and the Korean Barbeque restaurant), and a central jumping off point for driving to other parts of the island. In short, we would absolutely stay here again in the future.

The condo was very nice with all the amenities included. Very spacious and updated with huge Lanai overlooking the beach and ocean. We really enjoyed everything about the condo and location and highly recommend it. The only recommendation would be to add AC to the master bedroom especially for the hotter summer months.

Beautiful ocean front view with large balcony! The landscaping was immaculate. We enjoyed the convenience of walking to restaurants/shops/stores along the beach side pathway. Look forward to another visit!

The property has a strikingly, beautiful ocean front view of the gentle waves rolling in on the East side of the island. We spent much of our time sitting on the balcony which has both a table and chairs and lounge chairs. We enjoyed the resident birds, the Shearwaters, who cooed and cried while nesting in the bushes in front of the unit. The property has a nice heated (?) pool and a small beach that is good for swimming when the surf is calm. We arrived to the music of Hawaii playing in the condo and felt instantly welcome. Everything was in order and very, very clean. Furnishings are tasteful and in excellent condition. The two master suites were equally comfortable and outfitted. We love to cook and were surprised by how well equipped the kitchen was, with EVERYTHING we needed including seasonings and spices. Television had lots of options including cable, Netflix, Amazon, etc... The property is conveniently located within easy walking distance to the Coconut Marketplace that has a well-priced convenience store, restaurants and shopping outlets. Within a 5 minute drive, you can kayak on the Wailua river, go to the Safeway or the Papaya Natural Foods store, snorkel at Lydgate or attend the Smith Family Luau (highly recommended for it's warmth of spirit and authenticity) In addition to all of this, the condo comes with beach chairs, ample beach towels and an in-unit washer and dryer all in excellent condition. Many thanks to the family who is sharing their lovely property with the rest of us. We enjoyed seeing your family photos and feeling the love you have put into your home away from home.

Wonderful trip and very nice truly ocean front condo. Spacious and well laid out with comfortable king beds. Also large very private lanai. Cannot see or be seen by other tenants. Both bathrooms have double sinks which is a plus with four people. Condo was well stocked with anything you might need. Nice to have coffee maker as well as Kerig. Also they provide very nice bath products. Thank you again.

Everything about this property was simply AMAZING. The location - as well as the size of the complex - was ideal. Walking distance to restaurants (Lava Lava was "the bomb") and shopping and farmers markets. The amenities exceeded expectation ... the kitchen lacked nothing, the quality of the towels (bath AND beach) were of premium quality, even the beach chairs and umbrella seemed brand new. And the view was ... breathtaking. I've stayed in a LOT of VRBO's and this one was as close to perfect as you could get. Would love to return some day.

We stayed in room 123 and couldn’t have been more pleased with the unit and it’s view! Absolutely beautiful day and night. The pool was excellent and heated , we were from Ohio and enjoyed the swimming! The lanai was huge and used daily for relaxing and visiting! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Kauai, the location is perfect for visiting the islands both shores! Mahalo !

Has a gorgeous view from balcony. Spacious and kitchen is well stocked with good pans and knifes and spices, Great location where you can explore both sides of the Island and are close to airport and excellent municipal golf course. Facility well maintained and pool and grill areas are clean and have a family atmosphere. Highly recommend
