We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We brought our whole family, which included three adult couples and a baby. Plenty of room…and the house had a porta crib and high chair. The host was prompt and responsive to our needs. The property was close to everything and had gorgeous views. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying here, but our first in winter. Everything was wonderful, as always! Trent is a very gracious host - super responsive and helpful to any and all questions. We had a blast skiing Deer Valley and making memories as a family! The shuttle service was so convenient for trips to and from Snow Park Lodge. Truly door to door service! The house has everything you need (and more!) and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after a full day of skiing! Our kids also loved sledding in the backyard and building snowmen and igloos. The game room is a huge plus too - pool table, gaming system, Pac-Man, Peloton, etc. We all agreed, it was one of our favorite trips and we were sad to leave! Don’t hesitate to book here. You will not regret it!

Check in and out was a breeze. Trent was a wonderful to work with. Always available to answer questions. The condo is gorgeous with plenty of entertainment from games to a hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you might need for cooking. Our total party was four adults and three kids and we all had plenty of room. About five minutes away from Deer Valley where you can take a complementary shuttle or a quick five minute drive to Main Street in downtown Park City. Beautiful view of the mountains. Our kids were so sad to come home!

Everything about this home is truly wonderful! From booking, to check-in, location, amenities, and communication with the owner were easy. The kitchen is ideal for cooking big family meals and is extremely well equipped, in fact, the best we’ve had. The multi levels allow for plenty of options to hang out as a group or for different activities from relaxing, playing pool, pac man or games, or reading in front of one of the fire places. The hot tub is FABULOUS - being protected from weather is ideal. This inviting home offers unparalleled views, the bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms are nicely appointed and the beds are extremely comfortable. Every guest will undoubtedly rave about this home!

We go on an annual ski trip and decided to try Park City this year instead of Colorado. I’m glad we did. Staying at this condo was the best decision we made when looking for a place to stay. It is so convenient so the slopes, Main Street, and the airport. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all the meals that we made. We looked forward to the hot tub every night after a long day of skiing. We even enjoyed having a pool tournament with our teens. The Ms Pac Man game was a hit too with our kids (ok mostly me). Trent was very kind and allowed us to check out a little later the day we left. He was also very responsive when I had to text him a few times. We will definitely go back to Park City and stay here in the future. Book this one today - you won’t regret it!

Amenities, spacious, and convenience are just some of the many things i can go on about. I would book this every year for all my upcoming vacations to Deer Valley.

This was a beautiful home with large windows and gorgeous views, and with multiple levels for privacy. It was close to both downtown and outdoor activities, and we never felt too close or too far away from anything. The recreation room was great for the kids and the adults, and the spa tub accommodated lots of people at once. The owner has stocked the kitchen with a big assortment of cookware and dishes which was very helpful in being able to fix some of the meals ourselves. Also, the owner was very responsive to questions, and was great to work with in general.

We were delighted to find this property for our cousins wedding. It was also a family reunion. The condo was easy to find and had an amazing view through floor to ceiling windows of the fall foliage. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of kitchenware/utensils/knives etc. We could make our own meals or go to downtown Park City-5 minute drive. The exercise room had a bike and a Pilates reformer as well as hand weights. We enjoyed playing pool and using the Hot Tub. The patio is huge with a gas grill and fire pit. Plenty of wildlife walked by to say hi. The bedrooms were nicely spaced and everyone was comfortable.
Trent, our host was very responsive and checked in via text frequently. The parking was great. We had a van and one of our guests had a transport van.
The main floor bathroom could use a little updating and the refrigerator light was out, but Trent was on top of that.
All in all, a great experience at a great property with an attentive host. We would love to come back someday.

We had a wonderful time at the condo and I would highly recommend this condo to everyone. Trent was very eay to work with. My only regret is the weather, rained 3 days which is unusual.

A group of 8 "old" friends found this to be the perfect place to relax, sit and talk, cook and enjoy meals around the large table and enjoy the deck with beautiful views. The beds and pillows were super comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked and the house was in a great location, only minutes to the grocery, wine store and downtown. Trent is a super host who quickly responds, and he was more than generous with his time and to our requests. We highly recommend it and would love to return.

From the moment we arrived till the day we packed our bags, we never wanted to leave! This home is top notch in every way, with everything you could ever need. Trent is an incredible host - super responsive and kind. The location could not be any better either. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street, yet we were close enough to walk or take a short bike ride there. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this experience by far was the best. We can’t wait to come back!

This was the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Surrounded by mountains and pines, the perfect hide away. Everything we could possibly need was already there. The house was gorgeous and awesome views from every window. It was perfect place we could of stayed forever.
So much to do close by or a short drive. Downtown Park City, museums, live Planet Aquarium, Olympic Park, Lagoon theme Park, were just a few we found adventures in. We also enjoyed many hikes beginning just outside our door.
We enjoyed most the house and all the places it held for a family to gather, laugh and share. Or private places to sit and read, think or dream awhile. Trent was an awesome host. We felt like his family, ones he invited for a visit. He made our stay a memory we shall always cherish. One we want to return to often.
Anything we needed he had provided. Thank you Trent, for sharing this fairy-tale place with us. Hope to visit again soon.

Great condo- the pictures do not lie. Location is walking distance to downtown Park City and very convenient to the whole area. Trent, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is 100% perfect. Do not hesitate to book this property if you can. Having stayed in several VRBO’s, this one is head and shoulders above any others.

Beautiful cozy home in Deer Valley. On Demand Shuttle to skiing is a big plus. You just sign up for the App. The owner was in contact to make sure everything was ok. The hot tub and pool table a plus.

This property is 10 stars. We stayed for 4 days in February for the kids school vacation. Condo is really a home. Extremely spacious and almost new. Trent was fantastic and always available for any questions that we had. Would give him 10 stars too. The app for the shuttle works great and comes in a couple of minutes. It's 5 minutes to the mountain. We would put our boots on in the condo, shuttle to the mountain and get our skis from the overnight storage. Then onto the lift. So easy. At the condo there is a great hot tub, pool table, sauna, video game and lots of Sonos and TVs. First class kitchen which sadly we did not use. Town of Park City is 6 min drive. We will definitely be staying back here on future ski trips.

We had a wonderful time with old friends who haven't seen each other in years. The house was amazing, can't really think of any negatives. Clean, modern, sizable, and close to Deer Valley. Trent was also very communicative and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was so very easy. The house is awesome! Great hot tub. Awesome game room. Beds and bathrooms were perfect. Shuttle picks you up in minutes and takes you right to the base.

We stayed here for my bachelorette this weekend and it was incredible. The house is HUGE. So spacious with stunning views and everything you could possibly need. Our family soent a week in Trent’s luxurious condo—it was stunning inside and out. The mountain views were amazing, we were greeted by several deer on 2 days, there was plenty of firewood for nightly fires—we enjoyed the hot tub and made s’mores on the deck’s fire pit. Trent was super quick in responding to a few “how to” questions. We slept well in the comfy beds, found baby gates for our little one, and sleds for the hill outside! We cooked every night and lacked for nothing in the spacious and well stocked kitchen. 5 minute drive from Main Street in Park City!

Beautiful condo with prestine views and privacy. Great walking access to Main St for shopping, etc. The host, Trent, was attentive and beyond hospitable! He cares about his guests and truly wants to make sure their experience is AMAZING! The deer that visited us every evening at dusk, and the fact that we visited during the peak season in Fall with the leaves changing color, was a beautiful bonus. Fell in ❤️ with this place and will return!

It was perfect...we spent most of the time on the patio with the amazing view. The buildings seem to be in the process of getting new siding but we did not hear any construction noise. We only had one issue with a door knob and he took care of it right away. The steps are steep but one bedroom is right off of the kitchen which was nice if you have bad knees. Trent was great to work with and the value was excellent. I'm already recommending this rental to friends.

Excellent mountain getaway! What a fabulous home offering spectacular views of Deer Valley ski resort. It was so convenient being centrally located only five minutes to ski areas, downtown Park City Main street, great restaurants, grocery stores and shops. This beautiful newly redecorated home was perfect for our multi generational family, the grandkids had a blast playing in the downstairs game room with the big screen TV, pool table and Pac-Man. Our family enjoyed our coffee sitting in the comfortable patio every morning and dining outside in the evening admiring the scenic beauty of Deer Valley mountains. Thank you Trent for being an excellent host, we had a fabulous time staying in your fantastic home and highly recommend it to all who want a superior experience while staying in Deer Valley!

We had the opportunity to stay at this home while in Park City for our daughters wedding. The home was beautiful as well as the views - even better than the pictures! It was the perfect home for such a special event! Trent was amazing to work with and very responsive - thank you Trent! Our daughter arrived first and her comment to me was, " I cried when I walked in because it's so perfect." Enough said, we had a fabulous time!

My wife and I have been renting vacation properties for the past 25 years. We have seen our share of great homes in amazing locations. The experience we had at this recently updated Deer Valley home was the absolute best we have ever experienced. Everything about this property was outstanding. The owner (Trent) was a pleasure to work with and honestly wants to make sure you have a fabulous experience. The home itself is perfectly located and close to everything Park City has to offer. All beds were comfortable and clean. All appliances and equipment worked perfectly. The views from the deck area were magnificent . The hot tub area was large and easy to relax around etc. etc. etc. The attention to detail in this house is unmatched. Literally everything about the property appears to have been designed to enhance the vacation experience for those fortunate enough to stay here. We loved the home so much that we have already re-booked for two weeks next year. Both my wife and I highly recommend this wonderful property to any group or family who is looking for the perfect Park City experience!

The Deer Valley house is better than pictured or described. Our family had the best time enjoying all the house had to offer. The deck was our most favorite feature of the house - Utah summer nights are amazing. Can’t recommend the house enough for traveling with teens. They had their own space in the game/TV room. We can’t wait to rent this gem of a house again soon.

Wonderful House and Location
This house is absolutely perfect! We had two families with 5 kids ranging in age from 5-17 and everyone had a blast. The back deck is so peaceful and everywhere in the house has spectacular views. The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space and the 1/2 levels made it easy to keep an eye on everyone. The kids loved that they had their own floor to watch tv, play pool, and enjoy the hot tub while the adults enjoyed the top deck and our own living room. We were able to find several trailheads within a short walk from the house and we were able to walk to the center of town, the best of both worlds!

Best Kept Secret in Deer Valley
This condo was by far one of the best properties we have ever stayed at in Deer Valley. From the modern decor, gourmet kitchen, stunning views and the list goes on, we wanted for nothing.
I can't say enough good things about the property, or Trent, the owner. He was always responsive to even our most. inconsequential questions. If I could give the property 10 stars, I would :)

Best ski vacation ever!
Let me begin by saying that Trent is the perfect host! His details regarding arrival, location to resorts, shuttle service, electronics in the townhouse, were excellent! Not to mention, he checked on us the first night to see if we needed anything!
The townhouse could not have been any better set up for our group. My husband and I brought our 3 adult children (ages 23-27), and their significant others as well as one friend for a week. The multi levels allowed for privacy and to be able to spread out. The kitchen was so nice, we decided to cook every night, it had everything we needed. The highlights by far were the extra large hot tub, the pool table and PacMan in the spacious game room, the tremendous deck with plenty of seating around a fire pit, all overlooking the most beautiful views of the mountains! Absolutely breathtaking!
This was by far the hardest trip for me to leave! Did I mention the beds are extremely comfortable!
We are planning to come back in the summer! Thank you Trent for sharing your beautiful home!!!
