¡Qué hermosa casa de playa para pequeñas reuniones y un íntimo momento de unión familiar! "TennesSea" es absolutamente encantadora, con exteriores bellamente diseñados, muebles de buen gusto que incluyen las cubiertas, todo listo para que su familia visite la playa. El suelo es de madera maciza y baldosas de cerámica en los baños. La única pregunta que deberías tener es "¿quién consigue al maestro con los baños de él y ella?" Los baños tienen hermosos azulejos y toda la casa está decorada con buen gusto. Dos áreas de estar permiten que los niños tengan su propio espacio ... un verdadero lujo en una casa de este tamaño. Definitivamente un alquiler de playa para huéspedes con gustos exigentes.
El garaje para dos autos está disponible para los huéspedes, y tiene una mesa de ping pong en un lado. No muy lejos de la playa, ya que la casa está cerca de un camino de Sandbridge al acceso a la playa.

The beach house is very nice. The upstairs is completely renovated and the master suite spacious with the large showers. There are also a lot more beach items available than in the description, like beach chairs, bicycles, beach carts. We had a fantastic stay

Experience was general favorable but this being our second year at this location I was disappointed to see the same broken doors/cabinets/windows and bathtubs as last year.
The house is generally very functional for a family and has plenty of (indoor) space for children to play without crowding the rest of the family. What drew us to this location was the price, which makes up for the long walk to the beach, but it’s disheartening to see effectively no repairs having been made since the last time we rented the property. Several pocket doors are still broken, a window above the sink has shattered glass, cabinet pulls are falling off and the tub in the downstairs master doesn’t hold water. That said the beach was the star of the show, and was never crowded. I would absolutely rent this house again but a few repairs would go a long way.

Lovely Beach house. Loved that it had accessories for the beach but it was a little short on much else inside. We had no basics such as dish soap and only one dishwasher pod. Since we were only on a short stay would have been nice not to scramble to get those basic items. My only other minor complaint is that there was a pet fee in our bill. I asked that since we weren't bringing pets if that could be subtracted and was told no. I think there should be an allowance if pets are not included. Thanks for the stay!

Wonderful property! We highly recommend it. We had 2 couples and a baby. The house has so much space and many different areas (like the sunroom and outdoor decks) for private or family time. There was plenty of room for my other son, his wife and kids too next time we visit! The property is so comfortable and well appointed. Everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach, including bikes and other beach goodies! We love this home and will definitely rent it again. You won’t be disappointed!!

Warning: The property management team threatened me when I mentioned leaving a negative review related to the cleanliness of this listing. Here’s what they will say: they offered to clean the property. However that was after we already had to stay in it overnight and leave during our paid rental to allow access. It was not an acceptable solution. In fact we were told we shouldn't expect “clean” as it was a very busy summer…(during a pandemic). I feel bad for the owner. Took many photos. Cleaning fee was a total waste. Vrbo said there was nothing they could do and we had to deal directly with the rental company. No surprises as to how that resulted. Fair to say, I do not recommend and hope the actual property owners notice this review. It’s a nice property but it was gross. (Read: blood on the main bedroom door, kitchen appliances, counter, cabinets, floor and window disgusting, bedding stained, sand to fill a dust pan on wood floor, dresser cabinet drawers with greasy hand prints, etc.)

This house was perfect for our family. Ping pong in the garage with doors open was a great activity in spite of Covid. Having bunk beds in 1 bedroom rather than all queen beds would be a plus for families with kids.

I feel like the listing should have included some of the "extras" that came with the house. There were several bikes, a cooler, and a cart to pull some things to the beach. Would have been nice to know those items were there prior to arriving. I would definitely stay here again.......in a heartbeat!

The house is great! Very well equipped. The tandem bike and ping pong table were big hits with my family. Short walk to the beach and the hill at the end of the street was great for my 11 year old to skateboard! Made for a great Thanksgiving holiday getaway.

The process was very simple and easy to rent the Beachhouse. We had a great group of seven family members. It was very comfortable, it was fun and relaxing. We really enjoyed the beach. The entire community is beautiful and fantastic beach homes... We will forever remember this vacation.

House was perfect for us, three couples plus an infant. Short walk to the beach, kitchen was well equipped and furniture was beautiful and comfortable.

We had a wonderful time!
300 Oyster Lane is a great house and perfect location to the beach. There are two extremely close beach access points next to the house making the 4 min walk to the beach enjoyable. The main road on the north section is less busy so it’s safer for families who have kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed all the rooms and everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The sunroom was a great place to relax, read, or work. We loved all the bedrooms, and bathrooms were updated and large. The owners provided so many essentials necessary to enjoy a week at the beach. We loved having a fully stocked kitchen. We had brought extra containers and pans, but did not need them. This house felt like home. The refrigerator is new and large offering filtered water and ice. We loved everything about this house. Enjoy!!!

Everything was really good. Very clean , close to the beach, close to supermarket. Only suggestion; keep some kind of dish cleaning soap, other soap and shampo. Ppl sometimes only visit for couple of days and thy hv to buy these things

We loved the home. 1 block from the beach. Very clean! Loved the open floor plan. Great outdoor living. Bikes, ping pong table, corn hole...very clean!
Market right down the street, great neighborhood.
Only feedback: please provide the basics: kitchen soap, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge.. no beach towels and limited bath towels.
Other than that....I would come back!
