Nuestro condominio es ideal para hasta 6 personas. También es ideal para parejas mayores que aman escaparse a la soleada California cada invierno.
¡Quédese en nuestro hermoso condominio de dos habitaciones y dos baños a solo unos pasos de la mundialmente famosa Carpinteria State Beach! Nuestro condominio se encuentra aparte del hermoso complejo Solimar Sands ubicado frente a Carpinteria State Beach.
Este condominio está frente al océano y es uno de los condominios de pies cuadrados más grandes del complejo. También tenemos una terraza exterior en este condominio en el segundo piso que da a la playa con vista al mar y una barbacoa.
Encontrará el interior de nuestro condominio con una cocina completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos. Suelos de gres en cocina y en ambos baños. Pisos de madera laminada de madera en sala y comedor. Alfombra en todo el resto del condominio.
Tenemos nuevas sillas cómodas y un nuevo sofá de cuero, perfecto para relajarse o ver la televisión en el televisor de pantalla plana Sony HD. Mesa de comedor con capacidad para cuatro.
Las dos habitaciones están ubicadas arriba. El dormitorio principal de arriba tiene una nueva cama Cal-King, un cajón de la cómoda, un armario para ropa y un televisor de pantalla plana HD montado en la pared para disfrutar desde la cama.
¡El segundo dormitorio tiene increíbles literas para adultos y una cama completa y armario para ropa y un televisor de pantalla plana HD montado en la pared también para que los niños o la segunda pareja lo disfruten!

Everything was great about this condo. It was very clean and well set up. Very close to the beach and cute town of Carpinteria. Had lots of fun with the grandkids. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations.

We loved our stay here. The condo is exactly as described and photographed, comfortably furnished, well-stocked with kitchen and living necessities. A stone's throw from the beach, and easily walkable into a cute, vibrant town. Lisa, the property manager, was incredibly responsive, cheerful, and helpful if we were confused about how to work something, and generally went above and beyond for anything and everything. Highly recommend!

Overall Great experience the only issue for potential renters might be the stairs going up to the condo and in the condo. We would consider coming back in the future.

Fantastic beach getaway
Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the location was perfect. Forgot to bring something to the beach? No problem, you only have to walk across the street to grab what you need. The unit was tastefully decorated, updated and clean. Our only issue was the spiral staircase. Small children could definitely fit through the spaces in the railings and was not safe. The unit description advertises a baby gate and we specifically asked about this but upon arrival the baby gate was upstairs in its original packaging and needed hardware drilled into the wall in order to install it. Needless to say we didn’t use it. Other than that it was great! We’d definitely return with older children.

We were there for 10 days and ran a little short on washcloths but it was nothing that we couldn’t go to the store and buy for ourselves. The one problem I had was that we didn’t realize there were going to be so many stairs inside and out. Got it a little hard for me especially after it started raining outside.
Linens on the beds could of been a little newer and freshened up, other than that all was very nice.

Another wonderful stay in Carpinteria
This is the second time that we have stayed at Anne’s condo in Solimar Sands. It’s a great location, close to the beach, pool, on site, views of the ocean, and well equipped. We didn’t have any issues, but the check-in process was very smooth. Highly recommended!

A Terrific Week
Comfortable, clean, nicely appointed condo ... was perfect for us grandparents, daughter and grandson ... such easy access to the beach and town! Only suggestion is a rubber bath mat for us "old guys" !

A week at the beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach! Carpinteria memories go way back for me. The little community didn't disappoint and the beach with perfect weather, sunsets and more can't be beat! We walked everywhere and our stay at the condo was a pleasant experience.

There were some minor issues with the condo, however they were resolved quickly. The location is awesome, I loved waking up to the view of the ocean.

A perfect week!
We had the best week at this beautiful condo. It has the perfect location and everything was seamless - from check in to check out. The condo is well furnished with everything you would need. Tons of blankets, towels and amenities. Ann is very good at communicating any questions and is quick with responding. We have two kids and the bunk bed room was just what we needed. We cannot wait to go back! Thank you for a wonderful summer beach week. Carpinteria is our favorite little town!

We had a wonderful stay at Ann's vacation condo. Fabulous location right across from the beach! The condo was well stocked with everything we would need. Amazing location
Right across the street from the beach and gorgeous sunsets this condo was comfortable and had all the comforts of home for our one month stay. The condo was clean and well kept with comfy chairs and couch and 3 TVs. One plumbing issue, one phone call and 2 hrs later all was resolved. Sitting on the terrace every day was a pleasure.

Nice place, BUT two out of the three tv’s didn’t work when we got there. The owner told me to text/call her with any concerns before we arrived. When we texted her regarding the tv, then about having no kitchen trash bags, her helper came by and told me to call another number with any further concerns. Basically, stop “bothering” the owner. Don’t tell me to text/call you if you are not ready and willing to help a paid visitor!

Great Vacation Rental
We have stayed in this condo before and we look forward to coming back every year. This condo is so clean and organized and spacious. It feels like home. We never want to leave. We love that the second room has bunk beds so that all of our girls can share a room. We like sitting out on the patio and listening to the ocean. The pool is great for the kids and us after a day at the beach. It is nice that you can walk to town. Owners of this condo are very nice and easy to work with. Thank you for another great family vacation in your condo!!!!

Wonderful Winter retreat
This is not the first time we have rented in this complex so we like coming back here and appreciate being able to deal directly with the owner's agent. Wonderful location and unit; we will return for a longer stay next time.

Enjoyed the Stay
We love the condo. Had everything we hoped for as far as the condo. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Enjoyed the beach and the pool. However, the housekeeping service prior to our arriving needed improving on. Absolutely no wash cloths, all table tops needed to be wiped clean of sticky stuff on them. Drool stains on the pillow covers which we took off and replaced. Outside chairs had to be cleaned prior to sitting on them. It was just the housekeeping, everything else was perfect and we would love to come back. You were wonderful to work with. I would like to come with just my dog for a month do you have any suggestions on condos that rent to pets? I cant find any.

Perfect launching pad for beach fun.
We really loved the location near a great part of the beach and within walking distance of Carpinteria's great shops and restaurants. Like others who have reviewed this location, Carpinteria has been a part of the family for years, and it is still the great place we remember from childhood. We found the condo clean, well-stocked and comfortable - all of our expectations exceeded. One observation - with three girls, the more towels and places to hang them the better! The pool was a hit with our kids, and it was clean and well-maintained. We will definitely consider coming back here again next year!
