We loved our weekend stay. Our group of 6 enjoyed all aspects of this property. It fit our getaway plans perfectly.

The condo was fabulous! It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. However, there was no indication ALL the bedrooms were on 2nd floor and there were 18 stairs to climb to get to them. That's alot of stairs for people over 65. Also, I stepped on 4 burrs in the master bedroom carpet and 1 in the carpet piece downstairs in front of the fireplace. They felt like something hard when I stepped on them but when I picked them up, they were prickly and stuck in my fingers. Lastly, the master shower need to have the grout cleaned in the bottom corner. It was moldy and dark in nature. Otherwise, the condo was perfect, made us feel at home, and we had a great time. Wish the weather would have cooperated with our time there though. Thanks so much for having us.

My wife and I were sort of wondeirng what the noise level would be given the fact that part of our stay included the Labor Day Weekend, complete with bands and fun next door at the Portofino Bay Restaurant. Guess what ... we never heard as much as a peep from the party-goers because this unit is at the far end of the townhomes! It was very nice to be able to sleep through the night. We also loved the spaciousness inside and the double car garage. We parked our rental and my son's boat inside of it for our two-week stay. The sunrises were awesome and we could see them from the bed which is on the second floor facing the lake. Walking around the area and through the county park next door was safe and we saw deer, turkeys, eagles, and other wildlife every time. We plan to go back next year and are already looking at dates.

We've stayed at this townhome in the past and couldn't pass up staying here again. It is in a great location - close to the beach and Castle Rock Lake. The house was the perfect size for our party. Will probably stay again.

2nd year renting this unit. Plenty of room for all of us. Very clean and well equipped. Loved being by the water and exploring the area.

This townhome was absolutely beautiful! Wonderful location. I requested an early check in time of 3pm and I was so pleased to see that they could accommodate this. My family will definitely stay here again!

This condo is not only beautiful, its spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed having so much space, and the bedrooms are super comfortable. Just a lovely view of the lake from the private patio. Its wooded and quiet. We were able to rent a boat slip just a short walk away. The grandkids loved the sandy beach and shallow swim area nearby. Annie was very easy to work with. This place is a winner!

This property was clean and had a kitchen stocked with essential cookware and tools. The coffee maker had filters supplied. Its hard to find reasonable bedrooms when you have adult children, but this place delivers! We enjoyed the secluded feeling of the outdoor patio. This is a townhouse, but feels more secluded and peaceful than that. The listing says the wifi might go out but we did not have that happen. The lake was enjoyable - we rented boats/paddleboards from the nearby rental place and had a blast. Would stay again.

Good location and quiet. Easy access to boat launch at county park with good launches and plenty of parking. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms as well as large kitchen open to dining and living room. Friendly neighbors as well with last minute items close by.

The townhome was very spacious. It had a great kitchen and open floor plan. Large bedrooms and very comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Everything was as described or better. The kitchen was very handy. There was so much room. The beds were so comfortable. It was great to have a garage for parking. I would love to stay there again.

Although we couldn’t get in on arrival (property emergency elsewhere), and the power went out right before we left, we had a lovely time!

Our stay was great as usual besides the cloudy rainy days. Plenty of things to do here from boating and jet ski rentals, tons of eateries, or going 12 miles to the Wisconsin Dells we stay busy. It’s a nice little getaway we do yearly even thou we only live an hour away. The house is in a great location in the country that borders a county park, beaches, bar & grills within easy walking distance, house is spacious and the the property care takers Fred & Anney are always on top of any needs or responding back. Nothing negative worth complaining about, it’s a great rental that is in full time use all summer and there quick at responding and resolving any needs or suggestions during hectic times. Checking in and out process is easy and is given ahead of time. Overall great rental

We chose this property to spend a few days boating on Castle Rock Lake, I was able to rent a slip at Portofino Bay for $30/night and we were able to launch the boat at the Juneau County Castle Rock Park. The day we arrived I planned on arriving in the area early to launch the boat and to take care of paying for the slip and figured we would explore the lake for a bit. While out on the boat I received a voice mail from Annie telling me that due to the previous renter’s mess that my check in would be later than 4 pm as the cleaners were diligently working to get the property ready. While exploring the area prior to our check in time, we found the property and there were no cleaning people on site. When we arrived at 4:30 there were 3 cars in the drive and the cleaning people were just finishing up. I found it interesting that they were not there at 3pm, but 3 cars there at 4:30pm. Anyway, the floors and counters were still wet from mopping/cleaning and the place looked fabulous and very clean. I understand that a half hour late is not a huge deal in the big scheme of things, but it was still delayed and it appears they were not diligently working on cleaning the property since the noon check out from the previous renters. The cabin was very much like the pictures and it was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and there was some basic spices in the cabinet. The downstairs TV would only play some “Samsung App” channels and if I tried to watch Direct TV it was looking for log-in information that did not exist. I did text Annie about the Direct TV issue and she responded back that the cabin no longer has Direct TV and I informed her that Direct TV works just fine on the master bedroom TV, but not on the downstairs TV. Annie then called me back and said that yes there is still Direct TV and that Greg would come by and get it working. However, Greg never did come by and the TV issue was never resolved. Now watching TV certainly did not make or break my stay, but it would have been nice to have the option to watch something that was desirable. The rest of the cabin was flawless, the beds and bedding were very comfortable. Overall it was a nice stay at this cabin. I was just disappointed about the delayed check in time when there were no cleaners on site at 3pm and they were just finishing up at 4:30pm. I am not as disappointed with the TV not working as I was about the lack of a resolution and follow-up on the issue.

Townhouse is as advertised. Plenty of room for 6 adults to be comfortable. Very close to the beach and lake. Would stay here again.

I would like to say a few comments about the property and owner. 1. We were called by the Houskeeper she stated she had an emergency, and her mother would be cleaning but the property would not be ready on time. She stated she called us as she could not reach the owner. The owner never commented on this issue. 2. After we arrived the electricity went out and when I called the owner, she did call me back after leaving a message. But never reached out to make sure we did not have further issues. 3. If you are going there several issues with the kitchen, dirty hot pads and one with large hole. The oven does not work at the prescribed temp made baking a challenge. if you want containers for leftovers you will need to bring them. 4.The best part of the property was right next to the state park.

Beautiful townhome 30 mins from Wisconsin Dells, right by the lake and in the forest. This is our 2nd time visiting the place and we loved it again. Would love to visit in the summer

The condo was absolutely amazing!! It was spacious for all of us, it had everything we needed, and it's location is perfect! We loved the fireplace, the comfy couches, and the beautiful view of the woods and water. Our kids went skiing and snowboarding at Cascade Mtn and the rest of us stayed back and did some hiking, played cards on the huge dining room table, and read by the fire. Our dog loved the space as well! Our boys LOVED the massage chair after skiing and snowboarding!! Thank you, thank you for a great relaxing mini vacation!!

Beautiful townhouse. Located on lake with wonderful views. Lots of places to lounge and chat. What a great way to catch up with old friends. Everything was in working order. So nice to have a garage to park our cars.

We had an excellent experience with the townhome on Castle Rock Lake! We stayed in the area to visit many of the local state parks during our daughter's fall school break. The townhome itself was in a nicely private area and we enjoyed the quiet beauty of the area, but within 20-30 min drive we found restaurants, shopping and visited 4 lovely State Parks. The townhome was as pictured, but even more spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were very nice quality. The kitchen had everything needed and ample plates/bowls/cups! It was very nice to have the ability to park in the garage as well! This was a very spacious unit, our daughter and her friend enjoyed having space to themselves to watch movies and we appreciated ample seating in the living room. We were treated to beautiful sun and moonrises across the lake each day! STUNNING! This unit is pet friendly, which we appreciated, but there was no sign of anyone's previous dog/smell/hair at all! The cleaners do a very nice job! We had great communication with Annie and would happily stay in the area again! Thanks so much!

We stayed two nights. The kitchen is well stocked and serviceable. We were surprised to find no sugar provided for those in our party who use it in their coffee. And, while there's a regular coffee maker and a Keurig, it's a bring your own coffee/Keurig pod situation. We were fortunate my wife didn't listen to me and brought our own coffee. The property description should be updated. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are spacious and comfortable. I was, however, surprised to find that pillows in the queen bedroom are of lesser quality and less comfortable than the pillows in the 2 king bedrooms. Why there are different pillows is unclear. Also, the bathrooms have no facial tissue. For what it cost to stay two nights, I don't understand why coffee and facial tissue are not provided. The listing mentions music in every room. Good luck. There are no instructions on how to make that happen including how to do that upstairs while silencing any music in the great room. The CD Player could not be used... couldn't get the system to work. May be a connection issue from CD player to AV receiver. And, when I tried to play a CD of mine, the CD player tray would not close on its own. I had to assist it with a gentle push. That was significant cause for concern that if I did put a CD in, the tray may not open again and I'd lose my CD. The sliding screen door associated with the patio door would not stay on the track and had open spaces near the bottom of the door jambs and sill. So, if you left the sliding door open, flys got in. We made use of the fly swatter during most of our stay. Overall, the things I've mentioned here would not deter me from booking this property. They are simply a few details that need attention which I'm sure will be taken care of.
